TB is a specific disease caused by infection with mycobacterium tuberculosis, which can affect any tissue or organ of the body, the most common site of the disease being the lungs. 2. Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis present with fever, cough, pneumonia, pain in chest, poor appetite, loss of weight, weakness and fatigue.3. Patients with tuberculosis meningitis may present with fever, headache, vomiting, loss of appetite, seizures or coma, and hydrocephalus.复习思考: 1. What is the definition of TB ? 2. Physical examination: On physical examination the child is a little tired. Her temperature is 37.9C. Pulse is 112 beats/min, and respiratory rate is 27/min. She is angular, pale and weekness. Her chest signs is normal.LabsPPD test is strong positive.Chest X-ray shows dumbbell shape lesions.Questions:1. Please discuss this case. 2.
