2、位老师一直一来的关心和支持，感谢大家全部为我的幸福作证。因为今天是师德汇报，因此我要说的是自己作为一名一般老师的幸福感。一、幸福是什么幸福是一句句的温馨问候。“老师，最近好吗？”“老师，你还好吗？我好想你哦！”“老师，给您拜年啦！”“老师，节日愉快!”手机短信，QQ留言，简单的话语却饱含着深情查看全部条评论，她们即使离开了三小，但在心中的某个角落偶然还有我的位置，我真快乐自己是一名老师。记得前年的老师节，下午回家的路上，我接到了一个学生-的电话。“老师啊，老师节愉快！”一阵笑声过后，她又说：“老师，你知道吗，我排了很久的队才轮到的，对了，也叫我代她向你问好！”这份温情让我心头一震，多懂事的孩子

3、。在集云试验中学担心忙碌学习的她们还记得给自己的小学老师送去节日的祝福。幸福是一份份的特殊惊喜。记得去年中秋节的前两天中午，我接到门口保安的电话，说传达室有我的一份月饼，我甚是惊讶。回到学校一看，原来是我的学生，从远在千里之外的广州中山寄来的。一盒包装精巧的大礼盒“锦绣之月”让我为之感动，全部在值日的老师全部惊叹：“你的学生真是有心啊！太难得了！”是啊，我感动！这份感动可能今生难忘。还记得前年一次家长会的第二天，一个女生递给我一个发夹，腼腆地说：“林老师，我母亲说这个给你！”我先是一愣，猛然又想起昨天开家长会时，因为刘海儿长长了，时不时地撩来撩去。这个的一个细节，家长已关注到了。一个黄色的塑料

4、小发夹，就是孩子带的那种很一般的发夹，即使那天一戴后我就再也没戴过，但一直把它存放在自己的化妆盒里。幸福是一次次的盛情相邀。十几年了，我就教过三届学生。第一届的今年有些已大学毕业，第二届的今年初中毕业，第三届的就是现在教的这班。第一届学生每十二个月全部会聚会一次，或是多个人，或是几十人，她们总不忘一次次地打电话让我们一家人去参与，有时派班长亲自来请。看着她们一个个一米八几的个儿，我全部感觉自己老了，但心中的幸福更多了。孩子们全部长大了！学生还说，老师，我结婚时你一定要到！其实，她还没呢，但却已经想到了。就在十几天前，我在QQ上还真碰上学生，她告诉我八月廿十二要订婚了，酒席全部预定好了，邀请我们

5、一家人前往，还让我留给她手机号码。其实宴会并不主要，主要的是她们的那份诚心。她们长大了，这个时候，我们不但仅是师生，更是好友。老师的幸福是什么？老师的幸福是有着一群又一群知道感恩的学生。幸福它是一个感觉、一个理念、是奉献的回报。你奉献了、付出了，得到了应有的回报，这种感受就是幸福。在坐的老师全部是无私奉献的园丁，相信每个人全部有属于自己的幸福。屠格涅夫说：“你想成为幸福的人吗？希望你首先学会吃得起苦。”我想，做幸福的老师不一定要当得很苦，但我们一定会专心去发明属于师生的幸福的。二、幸福背后的努力我总认为，老师其实是一碗良心饭，想混混也挺轻易，但要给孩子们留下点什么，你就必需得专心。一直以来，我

6、只要求自己做到“恪尽职守，做好老师的本分。”塑老师形象，强本身素质。精神抖擞的教容教貌、朴素整齐的衣着打扮、幽默诙谐的言谈举止、干脆利索的手势动作。这些全部是日常我所努力去做的。孩子们天天对着你，甚至是六年，你天天全部一个样，能不厌烦吗？偶然我们得改变自己，给她们新鲜感。当然，从外在形象来说，我认为最主要的还是老师那真诚的笑容。这是从内而外的美好形象，面对孩子们，多一丝微笑，多一份亲切。努力营造宽松的学习气氛、建立好友式的师生关系,才能从心理上缩短师生间的距离,使孩子对老师产生好感。“亲其师，才能信其道。”不是吗？另外，老师是学生的镜子，学生是老师的影子。我们的一举一动、一言一行、一思一想、一

7、情一态，全部清楚而正确地印在孩子的视网膜里、心光屏上。我们必需重视本身素质，不但仅是专业素质，更是行为修养，到处做学生的表率。进入教室，里面脏兮兮的，我一言不发，先自个儿弄洁净，等孩子静静看好后，你不用多说她已铭记心底。大扫除时，老师挽起袖子，卷起裤脚，带头示范，还能有谁会袖手旁观？老师的美好形象就是这么一天一天地在孩子们心中牢牢树立。凝集体力量，激个人热情。有着强烈的集体荣誉感是我所教的全部孩子的共同特点。我就教她们一句话“班荣我荣，班耻我耻”。学校的每次活动、竞赛全部是凝聚集体力量的最好时刻。第一届学生，那时每十二个月开运动会，我亲自率领她们去训练，大家全部主动参加，成绩遥遥领先，好多个孩

8、子全部被学校选上去参与市运动会。直到现在，每逢相聚，她们总回想那段风光的历史。三届学生全部参与了广播操比赛，这是我刻骨铭心的记忆，因为确实师生全部很辛劳，我陪着她们一起学、一起练。规范动作、队形创意、服装统一，全部花费了我很多精力，最终我激励她们努力争取第一，同时告诉她们，万一输了不要哭，努力过就不后悔。等她们成功后，我给大家每人加分，同时物质奖励，每人一条红领巾或一根棒棒糖。三届学生全部拿第一，亲眼见证了她们获胜时的激动和热情，让她们感到在这么的集体里学习生活是幸福的，全部热爱自己的班集体。记得一位学生常常在日志中这么写：“班级是我家，老师像我妈。”我也愿意当好孩子们共同的妈。有了集体荣誉感

9、，个人的学习热情、工作热情自然就激发出来了。学校的各项比赛大家全部踊跃报名，每项比赛我全部事先在班级预赛选拔，这是为自己争光，也是为集体争得荣誉。哪怕是一次国旗下讲话，我全部会让这孩子在班上反复练习，一人在国旗下演讲，其实下面的也基础已会。以活动促发展，这是我工作的法则之一。重情感交流，抓教育时机。日志是我和孩子交流的最好窗口，她们的日志我每篇细读，心情日志还在后面写上评语，和她们对话。老师激励的话语能激起学生情感交流的勇气和欲望。日志是她们真实的生活统计，我能够悄悄地走进她们的内心世界。新换了一位数学老师，不知孩子们喜爱不，是否听得懂，于是，周末，我部署她们写“新来的数学老师”。我去上海培训

10、了，生怕孩子们放任自由，交代她们老师回来时每人上交一篇日志，在日志中告诉老师老师不在时你的进步和谁表现最棒。那几天她们个个进步了，我从她们的日志本上找出了最棒的孩子进行表彰，以激励达成教育的目标。孩子们有什么喜怒哀乐总会在日志中对我说。在孩子眼中，老师是神圣的，老师的话孩子总切记在心。尤其是期末成绩单上的老师寄语，她们总是不厌其烦地看了一遍又一遍。第一届的一位女生告诉我，当年小学的成绩单她还在抽屉里留着，每逢气馁的时候拿出来看看我对她的激励。今后，写成绩单，我再也不敢疏忽，即使没有华丽的辞藻，但尽可能写到孩子的心坎里。“恪尽职守”，让孩子心中留下老师的一点美好形象，让孩子们为自己曾经有这个的班
