Unit 4 Lesson 23一、教学目标: 通过故事复习巩固比较级和最高级的用法,培养学生的阅读能力,教育学生做事要用心刻苦。二、重、难点比较级和最高级的用法 三、教学过程:Step1:Reviewing comparatives and superlatives .Step2: T shows the pictures and introduces about the three little pigs briefly. Step3:Ask students to read the story (They can help each other or use dictionaries to understand the new words ). T shows the cards of the new words and asks students to read them.Step4: T raises questions:1. Who is the laziest pig?What does he use to build the house?2. Who uses sticks to build a house?Is he careless? 3. Which house is the strongest? Who builds it?4. Does the wolf eat the pigs?Why?Ask students to read it again and discuss the questions.Step5: Answer the questions. Step6: Ask students to do the exercises.Step7: Ask students to find out the important words and sentences according to the hint.
