南昌航空大学科技学院学士学位论文轮毂盘的反求造型与数控加工编程学生姓名:陈荣 班级:078105305指导老师:于斐摘要:汽车轮毂盘的反求工程技术在汽车的设计生产中应用相当广泛,它是国内汽车制造业学习国外的先进设计思想、设计理念,大大降低了产品的开发成本、 缩短了研发周期、增强了企业的竞争力, 为企业提供了产品的快速开发能力,是提高 设计水平不可缺少的重要手段。文章首先阐述了反求工程的基本概念、反求工程的国内外研究概况及发展趋势,反求造型的过程,通过对零件表面信息的获取、 测量数据预处理、零件三 维模型的重建和加工来完成反求工程的实现。重点研究了汽车轮毂盘的反求造型及通过 UG 进行数控加工编程。其次,在反求造型过程中,利用点云模型,运用反求造型的基本方法,开拓了创建思路,掌握了投影曲线、 桥接曲线、截面曲线、扩大曲面、偏置曲面、 扫掠曲面、直纹曲面、通过曲线网格曲面、修剪和延伸特征、变半径面倒圆特征等创建的基本技巧。再次,通过对轮毂盘上下表面进行创建程序、创建加工刀具、创建几何体、工件创建、 创建方法、创建操作、型腔 铣切削参数的 设置、加工刀具路径生成及刀具路径的模拟,完成数控加工 编程。最后,通过后置处 理,得到数控加工代码。关键字: 反求工程;点云模型;数控加工编程;数控加工代码。指导老师签名:南昌航空大学科技学院学士学位论文1Reverse wheel drive model and NC Programming Student name:Chen Rong Class:078105305Supervisor:Yu FeiAbstract :Wheel drive vehicle in reverse engineering technology in the car design and production of a wide range of applications, it is the domestic auto industry to learn from the advanced design ideas, design concepts, greatly reducing product development costs, shorten the development cycle, enhance the enterprise competitiveness, and provide rapid product development capability, it is designed to improve the level of an important and indispensable tool.Firstly,This paper described the basic concept of reverse engineering, reverse engineering of domestic and international situation and development trend of the reverse modeling process, through access to information on the parts surface, measurement data preprocessing, reconstruction of three-dimensional model parts and processing to complete the implementation of reverse engineering. Basic steps and key technology of the automobile wheel drive anti-seeking by UG for modeling and NC programming. Secondly, modeling the process in reverse, using the point cloud model, using the basic method of reverse modeling, to create ideas to develop and master the projection curve, bridge curve, cross-section curve, the expansion surfaces, offset surfaces, swept surfaces, ruled surface, through curve mesh surfaces, trim and extended features, variable radius circular surface characteristics down to create the basic skills. Thirdly, through the wheel drive up and down the surface to create programs to create cutting tools, create geometry, the work piece to create, create method, create operation, cavity milling machining parameter settings, machining tool path generation and tool path simulation, the completion of NC Programming .
