6、eneral Description总述The vessel is to be all welded steel construction with twin diesel engines, twin Z-pellers. The vessels accommodation is to be located on the main deck, forecastle deck, upper forecastle deck and officer deck.该船为全焊式钢结构,安装有双机和 双桨,其居住舱室位于主甲板、艏楼甲板、上艏楼甲板和船员甲板。102.Principal Particular

14、材料&工艺a)All materials and workmanship are to be of the good quality. All steel plates, sections, hull forging and castings are to meet classifications requirements and supplied with test certificates where required by classification. All visible steel plates are to be smooth or straight where applica

15、ble.所有材料和工艺应具有好的质量,所有钢板、型钢、船体锻件和铸件应符合船级社要求且提供船级社所要求的证书,所有可见的钢板应光滑或笔直。b)All woods used to be suitable for the intended purpose and of good quality. 18、。108.Welding焊接Vessel to be of all welded construction, in accordance with contract plans, specifications, classification该船为全焊接式结构,且满足合同图纸、规格书以及入级要求。Welding to be in accordance with classification requirements. All steel used to be of good welding quality, free from laminations or other harmful defec

19、ts and be class approved. Electrodes to be selected from classification approved lists. Welding schedules to meet classification requirement/standard. High standards of uptodate welding practice and procedures are to be applied, associated with accurate alignment, fairness, edge preparation and gap

21、确保焊接在最大可能的情况下于低位完成。All welds which are liable to be exposed to sea water including all deck fittings, external ladders and treads, bulwark stays, load line and draft marks etc. are to be of continuous type.对于受到海水侵蚀部分的焊缝,包括所有甲板附件、室外梯子和踏步、舷墙支柱、载重线和吃水标志等应采用连续焊。109.Inspection/Supervision检验/监督Throughout

22、the construction period prior to the delivery, the surveyors, owners representative and consultants are to be given free access to the Builders yard during normal working hours for supervision and inspection. Shipyard to provide permanent cleanliness during construction period.交船前的整个建造过程中,船检、船东代表和设计

23、公司人员应可以在正常工作时间内进入船厂进行监督和检验,并且在整个建造阶段船厂应确保清洁。110.Tests试验Prior to the delivery, the hull, all machinery, electrical, piping, all equipment installed, machinery and deck fittings, domestic equipment are to be thoroughly tested to class requirement in the presence of the classifications attending survey

24、or, owners and/or their representative. The Builder is to submit a program for dock and sea trials to the Owner and class two weeks before the start of the trials for their approval.在交船前,该船的船体、所有机械、电气、管系、所有被安装的设备、甲板附件和家用设备等应全部按照船级社要求在船级社现场验船师、船东和/或其代表在场的情况下进行测试,在系泊试验和航行试验进行前2周,船厂应将相关的程序提交船东和船级社认可。11

25、1.Inclining Experiment倾斜试验An inclining experiment which will ascertain the lightship weight and the vertical centre of gravity at lightship condition is to be carried out by the Builder with the presence of classification surveyor. Basing on these results, a final stability report is to be prepared

26、by the consultant.在船级社检验人员在场的情况下,船厂应对该船进行倾斜试验以确定空船重量和空船状态下该船的重心,基于这些结果,设计公司将提供最终的稳性报告。112.Dock Trials系泊试验Upon the completion of the vessel, the following trials are to be carried out:在该船完工时,应进行下述试验:1)All piping systems are to be fully tested, including the checking of valve name plates.所有管系应全部被测试,包括

The Bui

28、lder is to supply a master, crew, all victuals and necessary equipment and arrange the catering. The compass is to be adjusted during sea trial.航行试验将按照经过船级社/船东认可的程序进行布置和执行,船厂将提供船长、水手、所有食品及必需的装备并安排伙食,在试航过程中应对罗经进行校准。a)Speed Trials航速测试Speed trials shall be conducted over a recognised measured mile. Two

29、 (2) double runs are to be made with the engines running at maximum continuous revolutions (100% MCR). Records of main engine cooling water temperature and pressure, engine revolution are to be taken.航速测试将通过航行公认的航程来确定,主机运行在最大持续转速(100% MCR)的条件下,使船航行2个往返航程,记录主机冷却水温度和压力以及主机的转速。b)Endurance Trials续航能力测试E

30、ndurance trials of 2 hours with the engines developing 100% MCR output is to be carried out in conjunction with speed trials.当主机工作100%MCR输出工况下,该船应进行2个小时的续航能力测试,并且与航速测试一并进行。c)Steering Trials操舵试验Steering trials are to be carried out with normal electro-hydraulic with engine at 100% MCR. 39、 the Builder.对于所有机械装置和设备,船厂应分别提供2套英文版手册。118. Spare Parts备件Spare parts for all equipment are to be provided according to Class requirements and makers recommendation.所有设备的备件应按照船级社以及生产商的推荐进行提供。SECTION 2 HULL STRUCTURE第2节-船体结构200.General总述The steel hull and deckhouse are to be of all welded constructio

Transverse framing system is to be used throughout. 钢质船体和甲板室应为全焊式结构,并且完全采用横向构架系统。201.Keel龙骨A flat plate keel is to be fitted.安装有平板龙骨。202.Stem Bar艏柱The stem is to be made up by thick vertical plate.艏柱由厚的垂直板制成。203.Skeg尾鳍A box shape skeg is to be fitted at the centreline.在船中线上安装有1只箱形尾鳍。204.Bottom Co

41、nstruction底部结构The bottom is to be of single bottom except in part of the engine room where double bottom construction is to be adopted. In order to give a structural continuity in the bottom, two engine girders P&S, together with the centre girder are to be extended as far forward as possible and ar

43、n hull and forecastle are to be angle bar spaced at 600mm throughout and to be toe welded to the shell plating. Insert plate is to be fitted in way of heavy equipment foundation.甲板的板厚应符合船级

Bulwark is to be fitted w

47、ith 3” Sch 80 top rail and flanged plate stays. The top, sides and aft end bulkhead are to be 6.0mm. The front vertical stiffeners are to be 100 x 75 x 7mm. The side and aft bulkhead

49、 vertical stiffeners are to be 75 x 50 x 6mm OA. spaced at approx 600mm. The beams are to be 75 x 50 x 6 at 600mm spacing. 甲板室前壁板厚为8mm,顶部、侧壁以及后壁的板厚为6mm,前壁采用100 x 75 x 7mm的垂直扶强材,侧壁和后壁安装有75 x 50 x 6mm的垂直扶强材,间距约600mm,横梁采用75 x 50 x 6mm的角钢且间距为600mm。215.Funnel烟囱Funnel to be made of 6mm plate with 75 x 6 F

53、 Scheme of decoration together with colour scheme and samples of all decorative materials and finishes such as furnishing fabrics, plastic laminates, deck covering, paints etc. are to be submitted to the owners for approval prior to purchase.居住区应按总布置图的要求进行布置和配备,在装潢材料订购前,应将装潢配套表、颜色配套表、装潢材料和面料(如装饰用织物、
