15、毕业或有一、二年相关机电qs经验; qs岗位职责qs职责任职要求 qs岗位职责 general manager summary reporting to the vp， has p&l responsibility， is responsible for the launch of the mfe new world class facility and for directing the mfe operations. this role is responsible for implementing world class operational excellence， process i

16、mprovements and lean manufacturing tools to improve quality， on time delivery and reduce manufacturing cost. primary responsibilities and essential functions launch new world class mfe facility on time and under budget. work closely with trivista to order and install manufacturing equipment and hire

17、 and train team. responsible for p&l. develop and implement operational strategies， operating and capital expense budgets to maximize growth and profitability. utilize lean manufacturing tools to continuously improve quality， operational performance and reduce costs. provides leadership and set stan

18、dards for performance in all areas of the mfe organization; periodically review reports on department performance， quality， cost and key business indicators. develop and implement improvement plans when needed. provide direction and leadership in the development and communication of company and mfes
