The safety technical requirements and testing3.1 The color markBoth the low voltage cables of a battery jumper cable must be distinguished through the red and black color mark of the clips clearly from each other.Further more the cable can be marked in red and blac

9、lectric cables RequirementThe low voltage electric cable must be suitable for a temperature operational range of -25 +70 and according to DIN ISO 6722 Part 1 & the related electric cable Rank A according to DIN ISO 6722 Part 2 & Part 3.The low voltage electric cable must be bear completely under -25

18、clips which have a diameter of d1=10 millimeter must be electrified and heated in a hot oven with air floating in it under the temperature of 72 degrees(2 degrees above or below)according to the DIN50011 part 12. Consequently cool down to 235(d) Freezing test standard:The clips must be cooled in a c

19、ooling tank under the temperature of 25 degrees below zero(five degrees above or under), immediately after with a rock or metal block to strike or fall towards the inner of the sample from a height of 1.5 meters for five times in 20 seconds.
