8、t couch constitute the scanner. The scanner uses a fan-shaped continuous X-ray beam to scan the region to be examined. Transmitted X-rays are detected and converted into electric signals by New generation Quantum? solid state detectors. The gantry consists of the main body and its support mechanism.

9、 The X-ray tube and the detector are mounted facing each other on either side of the gantry aperture. The X-ray tube and detectors rotate continuously about the aperture of the gantry. A slip-ring is employed to transmit power between the gantry and the rotating X-ray high-voltage generator assembly

10、. The gantry may be tilted forward and backward in order to perform tilt scanning. Three-dimensional alignment lights are provided for setting slice positions. Gantry and patient couch operating controls are located on both sides of the front of the gantry housing. The patient guide display indicate

The MegacoolTMX-Ray tube was developed to withstand continuously high gravitation forces and provide the highest cooling rate yet available

13、during the 0.5 s rotation during all exams. The 7.5 MHu X-Ray tube, with its completely new Anode-Grounding technology, includes double-sided bearings and anode interlocked cooling. Dramatically increased cooling surface provides the incomparably high cooling rate of 1.386 MHU/min, differing fundame

14、ntally from metal ceramic X-ray tube. Use of a high-frequency inverter system results in high power output coupled with

17、5kV - SSMD- 可选择层厚多排探测器The Aquilion 16 is the only system with 40 parallel detector rows distributed on a total width of 32 mm related to ISO centre. The special developed state -of -the- art SSMD detectors (Selectable Slice thickness Multi-Row Detector) - enable simultaneous data acquisition of 16 x

18、 0,5 mm for High-Resolution images (e.g. Inner Ear), to 16 x 1 mm mode for Normal (e.g. abdomen) and 16 x 2 mm for the trauma (e.g. wholebody scan). The latter corresponds to a single scan range of 32 mm per rotation. The smallest possible slice-width of 0.5 mm is not only of crucial importance for

19、the isotropic resolution, but provides also a unique precision in 3D-Reconstructions. 21、有相同的图像质量。 PATIENT COUCH检查床 The patient couch is located in front of the gantry and supports the patient. The entire unit moves vertically and the top moves longitudinally. The couchtop can be lowered to within 300 mm of the floor thus simplifying patient transfer to and from a bed or stretcher. Hori

22、zontal Movement range is 2190cm that can be scan the whole body from head to feet without move patient. Fast and accurate patient positioning is assisted by alignment lights mounted on the gantry aperture. High-precision couchtop positioning is possible from the integrated console or by manual opera

23、tion from the control panel and clear digital readouts are located on the gantry. The couchtop can be pulled out manually in case of an emergency. Footswitch for Patient Couch: The footswitch is installed in the space between the gantry and couch of the scanner systems. It is possible to control the

The axial length of the scanning field for Scanoscope can be adjusted up t

29、o 1,750 mm at any time even while monitoring the image being reconstructed in real time. This minimizes patient radiation dosage. The auto index functions allows automatic incremental couchtop movement based on the slice mental couchtop movement based on the slice positions determined while viewing

30、the Scanogram. The exam Plan function allows simple selection of pre-programmed scanning parameters for routine examinations and for efficient patient throughput. The vari-area function allows the user to pre-select a region of interest for zooming using raw data and immediate post-scan analysis. Zo

31、oming using raw data yields higher resolution than enlarging an already reconstructed image. Target tracking is possible by zooming in on a target area. 33、nuously while moving the patient continuously through the scanner. A volume of data is acquired from which slices can be reconstructed at any point along the patient axis. This scan mode is best used for rapid patient scanning within one breath hold and for high definition three-dimensional and MPR

34、imaging. TCOTTM-Reconstruction is based on the Feldkamp-principle and optimised by TOSHIBA with a patented Cone-Beam-Correction to ensure the best image quality possible when scanning with 16 slices. Helical Scan mode provides great speed and excellent image quality which includes single Helical , M

35、ultiple Helical, Multi-Directional Helical, zoomed Helical, Titled Helical and combined Helical. Various Helical scan mode assure broad diagnostic capability. The window save function allows the user to store an image with window settings different from the ones set by the eXam

39、 Plan. Filter parameters can be customized through simple on-screen menu selections. These parameters include the number of filtering passes, matrix size and filter coefficients. Images can be rotated and reversed either right/left or top/bottom. The Multi-frame feature allows up to 64 images to be

42、fecting the performance of the CT scanner. Up to 4 studys data can be processing simultaneous. Image display monitor: 18-inch LCD high resolution color monitor with low radiation dose. The three-dimensional image display allows the generation of color three-dimensional and real time MPR images from

43、the volumetric scan data acquired using Helical Scan. This results in higher definition and image quality than images reconstructed from conventional single slice scanning. This is because helical scanning achieves better data continuity along the patient axis than conventional scanning. Details see

A 4.8 Gb

46、yte magneto-optical disk is provided as standard equipment. A user-selectable automatic archive function can be enabled to automatically store images on the magneto-optical disk after reconstruction. The image storage capacity of the magneto-optical disk is approx. 16000 images or 140 rotations raw
