摘要汽车转向系统分为机械式转向系统和动力力式式转向系。其中动力式的是在机械转向器基础上发展的。动力转向系统是一套兼用驾驶员体力和发动机动力为转向能源的转向系统。在正常情况下,汽车转向所需的能量只有一小部分由驾驶员提供,而大部分能量由发动机通过转向加力装置提供。但在转向加力装置失效时,一般还应当能由驾驶员独立承担汽车转向任务。因此,在今天,动力式转向系统因其优良的稳定性和可操作性开始垄断市场。而滑阀式常流液压动力转向器由于其结构简单,造价低,泄漏较少,消耗功率较小等优点曾被广泛应用。例如斯达-斯太尔91系列、CQ30290、黄河地盘等均采用滑阀式常流液压动力转向器。因此,本设计将针对重型载货汽车,进行滑阀式常流液压助力转向系统的结构设计计算。关键词:重型货车;滑阀;常流液压;助力转向;结构设计AbstractAutomotive steering system is divided into mechanical power steering system and power steering system type.
