摘要我国是个用煤大国,随着经济和国力的迅速发展,对能源的需求不断的提高。煤炭的使用量也水涨船高。我国煤炭的质量是参差不齐的,不同质量的煤,价格也是差异很大的。所以本次毕业设计是面向煤料采样进行设计的,使用电控系统对煤料进行自动化采样,用以取代人工采样,弥补人工采样的不足。设计中主要使用了西门子s7-300PLC,对设备进行控制。PLC控制现在在工业上也使用的频繁,其有许多的优点,可以适应不同的工作环境,工作要求,使用方便。次设计具有手动/自动,本地/远程,联动/解锁模式。 本次设计仍有许多的不足,在通讯,仿真等方面做的不够,采样也没能实现现场的分析,处理。关键词: PLC,采样1AbstractIn the world, a few of the countries with coal as an important energy sources in China in which 75% of energy production and consumption in China and coal related and can not be separated from the coal in the short term. 11970985161控制系统概述1.1设计内容391.1.1设计内容煤料皮带运输中部采样系统设计中,主要应用了PLC,控制技术等相关的知识。本次设计需要实现在运行中的皮带上进行自动化采样,要实现以下几个控制功能:1手动控制,用于维修,调试。2自动控制模式,实现自启动,进行自动化采样。3远程控制功能,实现远程控制启动停止。4联动模式,皮带启动时,系统也定时启动。5自动化程度高,大大的减少人力的使用。6系统安全,可靠,可以进行长时间的工作。7设计紧凑,所占空间小。8每个控制模式都能做到急停控制。9 控制方便,便于操作人员进行控制。1.2系统的组成 本次设计的采样系统安装在皮带中部,对皮带上是煤料进行直接采样。系统主要由采样机器,粉碎机器,输送机器和收集装置组成。采样机器有一级采样机,二级采样机。输送机器有一级给料机,二级给料机,弃料提升机。其他辅助设备有管道,推杆等。系统结构选用封闭式的,充分的保护了样品是状态,为之后的检测分析提供了科学的依据。机器的选用也充分的考虑现实生产条件,减少了系统的故障率,提高了系统稳定性。图1-1 系统组成图1) 一级采样机设计选用的一级采样机主要组成有采样头,电机,机架,位置开关,机罩等,如图1-2: 图 1-2 一级采样机 2)粉碎机粉碎机主要由锤头,电动机,滚筒,外罩,调节器等组成,如图1-3: 图1-3 破碎机3):一级给料机一级给料机主要由电机,滚筒,皮带,机器外罩等组成,如图1-4:图1-4初级给料机4)二级给料机二级给料机的结构与一级给料机相差不大,但其尺寸更小,在其组成中还包含进行筛分的机构,对粉碎后的煤料进行筛分,将符合采样标准的样品筛分出,进行储存。5)收集装置本次选用是是八罐的样品储存罐,收集装置由电机,罐体,位置开关,限位装置,上盖板组成。收集装置采用密封式的,使样品水分等要素不发生变化,以保证样品的质量,装置如图1-5:图1-5 收集器6)弃料提升机 弃料提升机主要由电机,提升斗,提升机外罩,提升皮带等组成。弃料提升机的密封性好,不会出现撒料,堵料等现象,对环境的影响小。1.3系统控制原理此次设计的采样电控系统,由选用的西门子300PLC进行控制动作,以完成所需求的控制要求。控制方式中包括手动控制模式,自动控制模式,远程控制模式,本地控制模式,联动模式,解锁模式。手动控制模式用设备是维修,调试等个别人工需求和升级需求。自动控制模式用于设备的自动启动与停止,在自动模式下,系统设备将依次启动停止。当人员按下启动按钮时,间隔5秒后启动弃料电机,弃料电机启动10秒后启动二级给料机,再次间隔10秒后,启动收集装置,等收集装置启动后15秒后,启动粉碎机,之后等待10秒,启动一级给料机,10秒后,启动一级采样机,之后系统启动完成。当有人员按下停止按钮或采样到达所设定的时间时,系统启动停止程序,按照启动时相反的顺序进行停止。当接收到停止信号是,首先停止一级采样机,等待15秒后,停止一级给料机,间隔15秒时,停止粉碎机,再次间隔15秒,停止二级给料机,等待15秒后,停止弃料提升机,系统停止。设计的系统的模式具有互锁功能,使系统不会发生干扰。1.4系统工作流程图1-6 PLC控制启动流程图图1-7 PLC控制停止流程图2.手动控制方式手动控制方式时,在操作箱内,进行单机操作,当第一次按下按钮时,启动一级采样机,第二次按下时,启动一级给料机,停止一级采样机,第三按下时,启动粉碎机,停止一级给料机,第四次按下时,启动二级给料机,停止粉碎机,第五次按下时,启动弃料提升机,停止二级给料机,第六次按下时,所有机器的电机停止。 第2章2 PLC简介与选型2.1 PLC技术及产生2.1.1 PLC的结构设计选用的西门子的PLC,其主要结构包括有:CPU处理器,程序存储器,输入输出模块,驱动模块,电源模块,组成如图2-1: 图2-1 西门子PLC结构组成2.3 PLC的选型在PLC的选用上,考虑到今后的升级与维护,对输入输出端口的需求量(输入需要24个接点,输出需要13个接点),综合考虑本次设计,选用s7-300plc供此次设计使用。(1)西门子300 PLC简介300系列的产品采用的是模块化的设计,使用人员可以根据个人设计的实际需求进行个性化的选择,可以满足不同场合下的应用,模块化的设计同时方便的用户的设计,维修和安装,如图2-2,是300PLC的集成图图2-2 300PLC集成图(2)300PLC电源选型图2-3 300PLC电源本次设计选用的电源模块是PS307电源模块,选用次电源对CPU,I/O模块,检测开关等敏感元件进行供电。所选的电源模块可以将220V电压,转换成24V电压。(3)300PLCCPU选型 图2-4 300PLCCPU 所选的PLC的CPU为标准型,型号为CPU315-2DP,其功能参数如表2-5:表2-5 第3章3系统的软件设计3.1PLC软件设计要求此次设计的电控系统,不仅要实现自动化控制,还需要具有手动,远程等操控手段。手动控制时,要求在控制柜中进行操作,按下按钮时启动相应的电机,用以调试编程与维修操作。自动控制时设备按照预先设定的程序进行顺序启动,顺序停止。 1.联锁模式实现皮带启动时,系统也随之其的启动,减少启动操作。2.手动模式需要将开关打在手动放向,才可以进行手动操作,手动操作时,与自动运行互锁,两者互不干扰。手动时,按下按钮设备逐一启动,即初级采机初级给料机次级给料机 破碎机样品收集器斗式提升机。3. 自动控制时,控制开关需打到自动挡,之后才可进行自动化操作。自动模式下,电机启动按从后往前的顺序启动,停止时按照从前往后的顺序停止。4.
