12、不正常,怀疑是泥浆问题.每起五柱灌浆-正常POOH due to change bit因要换钻头所以起钻POOH due to lost pump pressure suspect washout D.C泵压下降起钻,怀疑钻鋌刺漏POOH due to plan change计划改变起钻POOH for changing bottom hole assembly起钻更换下部钻具组合POOH wet pipe and no slug起钻喷泥浆因没打重泥浆POOH no rotary 起钻不转转盆POOH and tight hole at 2500m max over pull 100klbs起

19、ok RIH拉起套管鞋和浮阀单根并连接，检查好后下入井run stinger string下内管柱run 9-5/8 casing fill mud for each 10 joints每下10根9-5/8套管灌满泥浆一次P/U and M/U 9-5/8casing head joint continue RIH W/5drillpipe接好9-5/8套管头，继续用5钻杆送入井hanger off 9-5/8casing 悬挂9-5/8套管M/U cement line to the unit and pressure test same 2000psi-ok连接水泥管线到固井泵并压力测试管

20、线至2000psi-OKpressure test casing 2000psi hold 10mins-ok压力测试套管至2000PSI并稳压10分钟-OK line up to cement unit & set cement plug as per Phillips programs管线连接到固井装置&按Phillips(作业者)程序打水泥塞back off running tools and POOH then break lay down same倒开送入工具起出卸掉甩下rig up run / pull B.O.P stack准备下/起防喷器组run TGB W/rig camer

21、a to seabed. Land on seabed. inspect W/camera appeared all ok .release R/tool用水下电视协助下永久性导向架。座在海底并检查合格后倒出送入工具inspect and repair B.O.P stack检查和修理防喷器组S.C.R about choke line 100psi with 1.26M.with 30 spm and No.1 pump阻流管线的压力降是100PSI。泵速为此30冲/分钟，泥浆比重为1.26SG用一号泵B.O.P test as Phillipss request -ok.按PHILLIPS

22、的要求进行防喷器组测试pressure test inside BOP gray valve and Kelly upper/lower valve -ok压力测试方钻杆上下阀、钻杆内防喷器阀门-OKinspect and repair yellow / blue pod function test BOP -ok检查和修理黄/蓝盒并对防喷器组进行功能测试-OKcrew working on moon pool and spider deck钻井班在月亮池和完井甲板工作pick up 3 joint risers and R/tool make up install L.M.R.P组合三根隔水
