42、互1 引言世界各国都在提倡节能环保,其中“低碳”一词大家都不陌生,当今汽车的碳排放量较大, 汽车业的研究重心也逐渐转向低碳领域。 汽车行业的碳排放量越来越高。为做好行业的上升发展和环保减排的平衡, 汽车行业面临着发展的转型。在世界石油资源短缺及全球气候变暖的严峻形势下, 全球汽车行业统一的标准将参照碳排放标准, 进而使全球汽车工业更好地发展。 电动汽车相比较以汽油作为动力的传统汽车, 在环境保护和节约能源等方面显示出着突出的优势。 电动汽车具有很多优点,如污染气体排放量少、高能效、低噪声、低运行成本等,它所具有的这些优点在缓解大气污染及能源紧缺方面意义重大。2 电动汽车充电设施电动汽车的关键技

43、术主要包括:以动力电池和充电设施为核心的能源系统,以驱动电机和传动系统为核心的动力系统;以协调控制各个系统,保证整车安全、高效、舒适运行为核心的整车控制系统。对于减碳环保的电动车来讲 ,充电装置是不可或缺的 ,它的功能是将电网的电能向电动车车载蓄电池内转化 ,为电动车提供动力。充电设施主要是充电站和充电桩。 充电站内,一般配有若干个快速充电插头及少数的慢速充电桩。 一些城市计划在住宅小区、 停车场和超市等公共场合建设充电桩。两种充电设施各有优劣, 需根据实际选择适合本地的设施种类。 以快充模式为主的充电站具有充电时间短、充电效率高的优点。在高速沿线的服务区、大型充电站等地方选用的电源多是能产生

44、 600V/300A 直流电的充电桩。通常还要考虑包括使用环境等方面的因素, 充电桩只有在产生较高电压和较大电流, 并且功率也较大(约 100KW )时,才能保证电动汽车的充电效率,这对充电的技术方法和安全性提出了较高要求。 因此充电站比充电桩耗费的建设和管理成本高很多,规模应该和加油站相当。 现在车用电池技术还有待发展, 快速充电模式会对电池造成较大的损伤。 专家认为,快充模式等同于在相对短的时间内强行向电池“灌入”电能,经历几次快充后的电池,其寿命会大大降低。另外值得注意的是,大规模电动汽车的充电需求单单依靠充电站是满足不了的,而且充电站会占用土地面积,会产生大量的管理成本。因此,充电站只

45、适用于为少量的公共交通工具提供充电服务。充电桩占地面积很少,成本很低,很适合在城市中的超市、停车场、住宅小区等车辆密集停放的区域建设。更重要的是, 充电桩主要是慢充模式,因其需要很小的电流, 这样就保障了其安全性能,而且对电池使用寿命的延长很有益处。但这种模式的缺点同样明显,在车辆有紧急运行需求时,不能及时实现充电。例如提供220V/16A 的交流电源的家用充电桩,所用的充电机是体积小且操作简单的车载充电机。这种充电桩主要为私家车提供充电服务,其功率约为35 千瓦,充电时间则需要510 小时。3 充电系统研究现状近年来从产品和技术两个层面上讲, 充电系统都取得了较好的进展: 充电产品随着控制技

48、地充电,那么电动汽车的普及进程将会加快。 为了实现充电桩在管理和应用方面的智能化, 就需要了解充电桩的功能需求。 电动汽车充电桩需具有下述几大功能: 要保证系统正常工作,监测和保护措施必不可少, 充电桩必须具有电气保护装置, 当系统发生故障时,系统规定的时间内能快速切断充电电源,确保用户的人身安全。充电桩必须可靠运行, 充电桩设备要采用模块化结构, 局部故障不能整个系统的正常运作造成威胁,充电桩还必须能够并行处理多个事件。所有登录、控制、退出等重要操作,充电桩要有相应记录, 还要允许对操作记录进行查询和统计, 充电桩还要有保证系统数据和信息不被窃取和破坏的安全防护。 充电桩应采用全中文图形交互

49、界面,用户根据屏幕显示就可以实现自助充电, 为人们直观清晰的充电操作提供便利。用户在充电桩上可查询到充电时间、 地点以及充电电量等基本信息的历史数据,充电桩上还应安装有嵌入式打印机,方便打印充电报表。充电桩应能依据从电能表中导出电量信息, 并计算用户充电所花费的金额, 并能将数据保存备份,方便发送到后台监控系统。充电桩系统应能实行梯形计费机制。现在,为建设低碳地球、节约资源,合理用电。5 充电桩系统的整体设计电动汽车交流充电桩采用的是交、直流供电方式,交流工作电压是220V 或者 380V,可以针对不同型号的电动车,采用相应的电压等级进行充电,普通纯电动轿车用充电桩充满电需要 45 小时。直流

50、充电桩的输入电压采用三相四线AC380V,频率 50HZ ,可提供足够的功率,并且输出为可调直流电,因此可满足快充的要求。电动汽车充电桩、集中器、电池管理系统、充电管理平台等相辅相成,构成了充电桩系统。 电池管理系统 (BMS) 实时与充电桩控制器进行信息交互,目的是为了监控电池的电压、电流和温度等状态参数、预测电池的容量 (SOC),避免电池出现不良现象 (过放电、过充、过热和电池单体之间电压的不平衡 ),使电池的存储能力和循环寿命得到最大化的保证。 服务管理平台主要对电动汽车电池信息、 IC 卡信息以及充电桩的信息这些数据进行集中的管理。综合来讲,服务管理平台的重要功能在于充电的管理和运营

51、、 以及综合查询等。 为了与客户进行直观清晰的沟通,充电桩上都有可显示重要信息的液晶显示屏方便人机交互。电动汽车充电时,显示屏上会显示充电时间、充电电量、应付金额等主要信息。充电中,电池的过充电或欠电都会对电池内部的造成损坏,加速电池老化,进而影响电池性能。 据分析,不恰当的充电方式是造成电池寿命减短的主要原因。因此,如何保证快速又不影响电池寿命进行充电,近年来已成为重要的研究课题。充电模式的选择决定了电池寿命的长短,其中,恒流充电、 恒压充电以及分阶段充电这些方式都是较常用的充电方式。恒流充电的优点是控制方法较简单,但由马斯定律我们可知: 充电电池可接受电流的能力随充电过程的进行是呈逐渐下降的趋势的。到充电后期,充电电流多用于电解水, 会产生气体, 从而使出气过甚。恒压充电方式在充电过程的初期电流过大,这对蓄电池寿命的影响是很大的,而且恒压充电模式下蓄电池极板很容易产生弯曲,进而造成电池的报废。 阶段充电法实际上是恒流充电、 恒压充电相结合的方法, 较常用的阶段充电法包括二阶段及三阶段充电法。
