1、指导老师心得指导老师心得篇1 我们小学一直关注着青年老师尤其是新老师的成长,为了全面提升青年老师素质,促进青年老师专业 成长,进一步进步我校的教学程度,教诲处组织新老老师结对子,进展“传”、“帮”、“带”活动,这是营造学习型 学校的一项长期而深远的举措。在本学期,教务处分配给我的任务是指导青年老师马洋洋和刘欣,我知道师徒结对不是一个虚空 的形式,它将承载的是一份责任与一份自我表达,我深深感到身上的责任和压力.在本次活动中,我也是本着“共同学 习,一起进步”的理念,在互帮互助的学习_同成长。师德方面: 我想:要想做好“传、帮、带”工作,我们首先要做到:言传身教,率先垂范。我首先要以身作那么,起到

2、示范表率 作用,在言传身教中首先让两位新老师牢记“德高为师,身正为范”的训言,引导她们发扬爱岗敬业精神,热爱教育教学工 作。教育教学方面: 1、我对自己工作上严要求,处处为年轻老师做好表率,将自己的工作经历和教学经历一点一滴、毫无保存地传授给 她,学会分享。在他们遇到困难时一定给予真诚的关心与帮助,扶持她走出困境。从高从严地要求自己和他俩, 在帮带_同进步。2、做到指导加强教育理论学习和课堂教学的研究 , 形成正确的教育理念,树立“以人为本,育人为本”的新理念。这要求通过对新高校课堂是这样做成的的解读,将理论联络到实际教学工作中,尽快熟悉教学过程中的每一个环节。在工作的同 时,鼓励马洋洋、刘欣

3、老师多阅读教育理论书籍,领会新的教学理念,时刻不忘进步自己的自身素质,不断提升精神追求,增 强职业道德,掌握教育规律,拓展学科知识,强化专业技能和进步教育教学程度。、师徒结队的一种根本活动形式就是互相听课评课,在日常的教学中,我们通过互相听课、评课等形式的活动,共 同讨论、研究教学中遇到的问题,寻找解决问题的方法,不断改良与完善课堂教学方式,从而不断进步自身的业务素养。本学期,我听了两位老师十余节的推门课,课后及时对教学中存在的问题提出自己的看法和意见,进展交流,找出 缺乏,总结经历,以此进步两位老师课堂教学才能。重点指导了她在教学过程中如何根据新课标的要求确立教学目的,重点、难点,并能根据学

4、生的实际情况和本校的教学实际确立实在可行的教学方法,通过这个活动来进步两位老师对教 材的理解驾驭才能。还经常指导老师如何写好课后反思,如何做好培优辅差工作,并经常检查修改作业情况,指导 她如何积累教学经历,从而不断改良课堂教学,进步教学程度。经过一学期的培养和指导,马洋洋、刘欣老师成长很快,在教学方法、备课、课堂教学等方面都有较大进步, 根本完本钱学期的培养、指导的目的和任务。以后,我要一如既往地在做好自身工作的同时,开展好师 徒结对工作,注重与青年老师共同讨论的过程,把自己在教学经历、知识技能等方面微薄的经历,与我们的青年老师共 同分享,为赤眉小学美妙的明天奉献出自己的一份力量。指导老师心得

5、篇2 11月中旬,学校领导通知我,区里组织新任老师“跟岗培训活动”,让我带一位新老师,就是开发区中学的翟秀鹏老师。所谓跟岗培训,就是影子培训,就是我干什么,她干什么,包括班主任工作。一、压力、责任、使命接到任务,我立即感到身上的压力:心理上一直觉得自己是新老师,有很多的缺乏,如今要我带徒弟,而且是同龄人,又有教学经历,万一带不好怎么办?后来,理解到翟老师刚研究生毕业不久,由于种种原因,原来教的是别的学科,今年刚刚接触初中地理;而且,理解到区里组织这项活动,一方面是为了为了努力建立一支师德高尚、教育理念先进、专业知识过硬、教育教学才能强、具有改革创新意识的新生老师队伍;另一方面是想让乡镇学校的老

6、师来学习城区学校先进的办学理念,利用城区学校先进的师资力量带动培训新任老师,再由这些老师将这种先进的教学理念带回到乡镇学校,从而对乡镇学校起到带动辐射作用,从而到达缩小城乡差距的目的。理解到这里,我知道这份工作的意义!同时也意识到身上的责任感和使命感!有一句老话说得好:“什么样的老师带什么样的学生”。所以我必须把自己做好,用自己的实际行动来影响她,当好这个师傅。我本着“共同学习,互帮互助,一起成长”的理念,在这一个月的观摩、研磨当中,我们共同收获了辛苦与快乐。二、筹备与筹划学校专门成立了工作领导小组,并指定我和刘杰老师担任地理和语文的指导老师。我和刘杰老师在与新老师充分交流的根底上,制定详细的

9、参与了学校的集体备课,交给她怎么说课,怎么做学案,翟老师也积极参加到学校组织的“课堂教学达标活动”和“课堂教学开放月”活动当中去,积极向各科老师虚心学习。每次听课后及时对教学中存在的问题提出自己的看法和意见,进展交流,找出缺乏,总结经历,以此进步年轻老师的课堂教学才能。从听课中,我发现翟老师在课堂中调控课堂的才能挺好,应变才能强,而且经常有一些好的点子,但是课上语言不够精炼、重点不够突出,练习内容较少,情绪感染力缺乏。针对这些现象,我及时纠正,并把自己的做法和想法和她一起分享。她每天都会写300字左右的反思,并且每周设计一个教学案例,她们脚踏实地的学习精神,一丝不苟的工作态度也感染了我。、在班

12、安排,从整体上把握教学的过程,教学过程各个环节的特点。在平时的接触中,我成为她们可信赖的人,这样就能使培养和指导工作在和谐的环境中进展,被指导老师才会乐于提出一切在教学中她们所遇到的问题来共同讨论,从而获得进步。二、有针对性进展指导在详细的培养和指导过程中,进展有针对性的指导是非常必要的。每一个新老师在教学中都有自己的优点和缺乏,不能用统一的方法、统一的评价来对待。首先,我肯定新老师教学中的优点,多加鼓励,增强其教学自信心,使其对教学中的优点能在今后教学中发扬光大。然后,再指出教学中的缺乏。我发现,假如一个青年老师教学中的缺乏,不可能立即要求其改正,我们可分几次指出其缺点,一次仅指出其一二个缺
