摘要随着生活水平的不断提高, 人们对食品的要求不但多样化而且还要求加工方便 , 以尽力把传统食品的精湛技艺和现代化的加工方法结合起来。BX100拌馅机就是基于这种需要而研制出来的 , 它是专供灌制各种香肠用馅料等的肉食品加工设备。BX100拌馅机具有外形小巧精致的特点,使用安全稳定,操作简单易学,能适用食堂,饭店等各种食物加工部门的工作环境和工作需求。为了完成此次BX100拌馅机的设计,主要进行了传动方案的设计,对主要设计内容都进行了严谨的计算,还对料斗、支架、搅拌、翻转等进行设计。本设计是基于UG的设计,所有的构件都是在UG环境内建模并且装配。最后在UG中导出工程图。设计过程中要应用到建模、装配和制图模块。运用实体建模,特征建模等功能完成所有零件的三维实体建模,然后用装配模块进行装配,最后导出工程图为生产提供依据。关键词:拌馅机;UG;三维建模Abstract With the continuous improvement of living standards, peoples demand for food is not only diversified but also requires processing convenience, in order to try to traditional food skills and modern processing methods combined. BX100 mix stuffing machine is based on the needs of this developed, it is designed for the filling of various sausage fillings and other meat processing equipment. BX100 Mixing stuffing machine has the characteristics of small and exquisite appearance, the use of safe and stable, easy to learn, can apply canteens, restaurants and other food processing departments of the working environment and work needs.In order to complete the BX100 mixing stuffing machine design, the main drive program design, the main design content are carried out rigorous calculation, but also on the hopper, stent, mixing, and so on the design.The design is based on UG, all components are in the UG environment modeling and assembly. Finally, the drawing is exported in UG. The design process should be applied to the modeling, assembly and drawing modules.
