Cheaper and vintage watches will usually have a snap back. This is a watch where the back is held in place by pressing it on until it snaps in

10、to place. This offers the movement little to no protection from outside contaminants. A screw back is a back with finely cut threads. It then is screwed into the watch case. When it is heated, the synthetic sapphire forms round masses that are sliced into piece

21、s with diamond-coated saws. These disks are then ground and polished into watch crystals. It measures 9 on the Mohs scale, which is a system for rating the relative hardness of various materials. (Diamond measures 10, the highest rating.) Watch crystals made of synthetic sa

23、pphire are often marketed as scratch resistant, meaning they are very difficult - but not impossible - to scratch. Diamonds can scratch them; so can man-made materials that incorporate silicon carbide, with, with a Mohs rating of between 9 and 10, is, like diamond, harder than sapphire. These materi

24、als are sometimes used to make simulated-stone surfaces for furniture or walls. Watches usually have three hands showing the hours, minutes and seconds.

It is best to give some indication of the font when using Arabic numbers (for example “Script Arabic numbers” or “Block Arabic numbers” If printed a color with black or other outline be specific and indicate such for example PMS 286C red with black outline. Also, printed luminous numbers oft

40、en look better with a black outline on watches if this is the design please indicate the outline (black or silver or gold) on the production sheet.
