1、楼板裂缝加固施工措施一、 工程概况根据青岛建工学院工程鉴定加固中心于2002年3月26日出具的编号为JJ0203-02检测鉴定报告，针对浮山所改造工程D12楼楼板底表面裂缝宽度0.3mm的贯通裂缝进行结构胶灌缝处理。二、材料 结构胶采用北京市中煤矿山工程有限公司生产的“金草田”牌JCT-8灌缝胶。三、 技术指标 封缝胶：初凝时间为10-20分钟，可灌胶时间为1-2小时。 灌逢胶：拉剪粘接强度（Mpa）压缩强度（Mpa）正拉粘接强度（Mpa）适 用 期（min）10401445四、施工方法 1.裂缝基面处理：在裂缝发生的基体上，用钢丝刷扫除松散层、灰层、污物等，后用压缩空气吹净施工面，最后用水顺

2、裂缝走向擦洗，待水迹干后施工。 2.设置灌胶嘴：灌胶嘴埋设的确定原则是，在裂缝较宽处、交错处、端处、裂缝贯穿处等部位必须设置灌胶嘴，灌胶嘴中心孔应对准裂缝处。灌胶嘴间距应根据裂缝宽度的大小、走向及构成的形式而确定，通常情况下间距应在20cm左右；对于较宽裂缝（缝宽大于0.5mm）时，设置灌胶嘴间距为30-40cm，对于微细裂缝（缝宽小于0.2mm）时，间距10-15cm。将配置好的封缝胶（按A：B料重量比为100：0.5-2混合均匀）刮涂于灌胶嘴底座上，按设计位置粘贴于裂缝基面上，应确保灌胶嘴中心孔对准裂缝，避免封缝胶堵塞胶孔，否则将直接影响注缝质量。 3.封缝处理：其目的在于使裂缝发生区构成

3、一个封闭的空腔，保证灌缝胶注充填密实。将调配好的封缝胶刮涂于裂缝表面，宽度以2-3cm为宜，施工时应保证刮实刮严，避免压力注胶时跑胶、泄漏。 5.压力注胶施工：将灌缝胶按A：B料重量比为4：1混合均匀（配比要严格计量），将配置好的胶装入灌胶软管中，用注胶器沿裂缝方向依次进行灌注，如发现封缝不严，应停止压注并及时进行封闭处理。观察注胶情况：若胶体注入较快应检查是否有泄露处，并进行相应处理；如在同一点注胶时，若一次未注满，可补胶后继续进行。灌注完成后，及时取下灌胶器，并用棉丝将灌胶嘴中心孔堵死，防止胶倒流，外溢。待裂缝内胶初凝后（春季约34小时），拆除灌胶嘴并清除表面。施工完后，楼板上表面浇灌40
