2、准，合理选择各种原材料，其中钢管选用483.5的普通钢管，用作立杆和斜杆时长度以46米为宜，用作小横杆以1.3米左右为宜，且钢管上严禁打孔。连接扣件要符合材质要求，脚手板选用木脚手板厚度50mm每块重量不大于30kg。2、作业条件 搭设方案要经批准并向作业人员进行详细交底，对各种原材料进行验收，不合格的不准使用，合格的配件要按品种、规格堆放整齐，平稳且场地不得积水，搭设位置的场地要清理、平整。二、脚手架的搭设1、工艺流程 场地平整夯实浇注砼准备工作检查定位、放线纵向扫地杆立杆横向扫地杆大横杆小横杆连墙杆剪力杆铺脚手板垫底托扎防护栏杆扎平网扎立网2、 搭设要求 基础：浇筑基础前，首先将基础处的冻

3、土挖出，并进行夯实，方可进行浇筑。浇筑完成后在板带上铺设木板，其中靠近挑檐部分的外排架体需铺设两层木板。 从室外地坪起，设置三排脚手架，最里排搭至挑檐底部，中间排搭设屋顶檐口下50cm，最外排搭至挑檐上第三步架体。 靠近挑檐部分的架体，中间排架距离建筑物1m，在挑檐的首层部分加设十字斜拉杆，以减少挑檐部分的承重，斜拉杆共设置三步，自挑檐下反两步。首层部分的固定连接杆，需设夹杠与建筑物紧固连接，以防止由于沉降造成挑檐受力超负荷（具体办法根据现场实际情况确定）。外排架体从0.00往上35m均设双立杆。（挑檐部分架体的具体搭接方法见附图所示） 挑檐层加设的夹杠，应紧贴外墙内侧，且沿建筑四周布置。夹杠

4、应与建筑物紧固连接，遇墙锁墙、遇柱锁住。夹杠的搭接部位应最少出墙、柱5001000mm。 为防止架体压迫挑檐，在搭设内排架体时，首先在挑檐上铺设木板，然后在立管下加设底托和3cm5cm的木楔，待脚手架验收完成后去除木楔。 靠近平台部分的双排架体架设在平台上，首先将平台清扫干净，并且通铺木板，方可进行搭设。 应先立里排立杆，后立外排立杆，内外排两立杆的连线要与墙面垂直。 搭设高度：内立杆要低于檐口50cm，外立杆高出檐口1.5m。 靠近立杆的小横向扫地杆，应紧固拉杆上。 剪刀撑沿高度和宽度方向连续布置与地面夹角为60度，剪刀撑交叉部分需相交1m，两端伸出10cm。 连墙杆的设置为5m5m，梅花型

5、设置，在顶部与转角处加密设置，增加30%，且拉接要牢固、稳定、上下错开。 要满铺一层脚手板用18#钻丝同周围大横杆扎牢，脚手板交接处平整、牢固、无探头板。 设一个出入口，在出入口及开口两侧用双根钢管，用扣件紧固。并在出入口外侧上部搭设安全遮棚，棚宽要大于出入口的宽度，棚顶满铺间距不大于3cm的木脚手板并封密。 立网要求自0.00开始至顶层通铺，平网每三层铺设一道。 在脚手架外围的适应位置设置宽度为1.2m的斜道（坡度为1：3），转弯平台面积不小于3.2m，斜道上要设置防滑条。在平台的两个外侧及平台同斜道连接的一面，设剪刀撑到顶。三、质量要求1、立杆垂直度允许偏差不大于架高的1/200，全高垂直

6、度不大于100mm。2、大横杆同一排水平偏差不大于总长的1/300且不大于50mm。3、用于连接大横杆的扣件，开口应朝架内侧，螺栓要向上。直角扣件开口不得朝下，内外立杆连接需要对接扣件，不得采用搭接。4、剪刀撑斜杆两端扣件与立杆节点的距离不大于200mm，中间1-2个连接点。接长采用搭接，搭接长度为1米，采用三只回转扣件锁紧。5、连接杆应与脚手架成垂直，并尽量拉撑在立杆与大横杆的交接处。6、脚手架各杆件相交伸出的端头，均应大于10cm以防杆件滑脱。7、底座沉降小于2mm，步距偏差上下20mm，纵距偏差为左右50mm，横距偏差为前后20mm。四、拆除1、拆除前应召集有关人员对工程进行全面的检查，

7、确立不需要脚手架时，方可进行拆除。2、拆除脚手架前，应将脚手架上的遗留材料，杂物等清理干净，按照先装者后拆，后装者先拆的顺序进行。3、不准分立面拆架或上下两步同时进行拆除。剪刀撑应先拆除中间后，再拆除两头扣件，所有连墙杆等必须随脚手架同步拆除。所有杆件和扣件在拆除时应分离，不准在杆件上附着扣件或两杆连着送到地面。4、拆下的杆件与另配件运到地面后，应随时整理，检查，按品种，分规格，堆放整齐，妥善保管。5、拆下脚手架时，要加强对成品保护，每天拆架下班时，不应留下安全隐患。五、脚手架的验收要严格把好验收关。要以建筑物的结构分段，分部位验收。各部分都要按照技术交底和相关质量要求，严格把关，确保工程质量

8、。脚手架搭设由专业施工队进行搭设，负责人为侯在书、侯复合，搭设完成后后，必须经过现场安全员检查后，上报项目负责人（张俊山）进行验收，签字认定合格后，才能投入使用。发现问题及时加固。验收合格后的外脚手架未经批准，任何人不得任意拆除。六、安全技术措施1、搭设或拆除脚手架时，必须划出安全区，设警戒标志，并应有专人负责，阻止无关人员靠近。2、脚手架搭设人员，必须持证上岗，并经专业培训，不适于不高空作业者，一律不得上脚手架操作。3、搭设、拆除脚手架人员必须戴安全帽，安全带，使用的工具要放在工具袋内，防止掉落伤人；登高要穿防滑鞋。4、拆下的零部件严禁从高空抛掷。5、当遇六级及六级以上大风和雾、雨、雪天气时
