23、1.1电子天平4.1.1.1打开电源；4.1.1.2按下标定开关（即Tare键）；4.1.1.3放上需标定的砝码待显示屏出现所要标定的质量时即可取下砝码；4.1.1.4将称量的试样放在天平上，待数字不再变动时即可记下读数；4.1.1.5如还需测量下一个试样的质量时则需要清零，然后再称量；4.1.1.6试验结束后，关闭天平的电源再将托盘擦拭干净。4.2注意事项4.2.1操作人员需要熟悉试验操作规程，能熟练操作仪器方可进行本试验；5. 试验/检测工作程序5.1试验准备 5.1.1设备有效性检查：试验前先检查电子天平、路强仪、应力环、百分表是否在使用有效期范围内。如果在使用有效期范围内，可继续进行试

24、验；如果不在范围内，通知设备管理员进行设备检定。5.1.2仪器设备准备5.1.2.1调平天平：将天平平放在操作台上，看水准气泡是否居中，如果不居中，调节天平下方的角螺旋，直至水准气泡居中为止；5.1.2.2校核天平：取一个砝码放置在已经清零的天平上，看天平显示的读数是否与砝码的质量一致，如果一致即可进入下一步试验，如果不一致要对天平进行校核。校核方法为：接通天平电源，按下校核按钮，将一套总质量为5000g的砝码迅速的全部放上天平，待数据显示为5000g即可。 调平天平 校核天平5.1.2.3检查路强仪是否能正常升降，支架是否正常固定。5.1.2.4应力环应力标定曲线，所用应力环编号为E3440

26、准备5.1.4.1将样品标签上“在检”一栏划“”。5.1.4.2称风干试样2kg，如颗粒粒径大于31.5mm，则称4kg，过筛分成4.75mm9.5mm、9.5mm16mm、16mm以上各1份，每份质量大致相同。5.2试验步骤 5.2.1将每份中每一个颗粒大面朝下稳定平放在路测仪压头中心，按颗粒大小分别加以0.15kN、0.25kN、0.34kN荷载，即百分表读数为1.07mm、1.11mm、1.15mm, 放于压头中心 施加荷载（1.07mm） 施加荷载（1.11mm） 施加荷载（1.15mm）破裂之颗粒即属于软弱颗粒，将其弃去，称出未破裂颗粒的质量。各种破裂颗粒5.3样品处理及卫生要求5.

27、3.1试验结束后，将剩余试验样品放置到样品区留存，并且将标签上“已检”一栏划“”；检查试验主检设备，若无异常，将设备使用记录“使用后”一栏填写“正常”，并完整填写使用记录；5.3.2称完集料后将天平托盘擦拭干净；5.3.3试验过程中保持地面、仪器的洁净；5.3.4试验完成后，将电子天平、应力环、百分表擦拭干净并放到指定位置。6. 安全注意事项6.1试验过程中须穿着工作服，佩戴手套；6.2接触高温物品时必须戴好干燥的隔热手套；6.3试验过程中，人员在仪器未关闭的情况下，禁止离开；6.4试验完毕后，应关闭仪器电源，下班后应切断总电源。7. 数据处理7.1试验结果计算7.1.1粗集料的软弱颗粒含量按

28、按下式计算，准确至0.1。式中：粗集料的软弱颗粒含量,（%）各粒级颗粒总质量，（g）试验后完好颗粒总质量，（g）7.2出具报告7.2.1根据委托信息、原始记录进行报告编制。7.2.2报告送审核人员进行审核、签字。7.2.3报告送批准人员进行审核、签字。7.2.4报告复印、盖章，进行存档。7.3数据处理规定7.3.1有效数字7.3.1.1（末）的概念：所谓（末）指的是任何一个数最末一位数字对应的单位量值。7.3.1.2有效数字：任何一个数通过位数截取都可得到一个近似数，该近似数的绝对误差的模小于0.5（末）时，从左边第一个非零数字算起，直到最末尾为止的所有数字。7.3.2近似数运算7.3.2.1

29、加、减运算参加加减运算时以各数中（末）最大的数为准，其余的数均比它多保留一位，多余位数舍去。计算结果的（末）应与参与运算的数中（末）最大的那个数相同。若计算尚需参与下一步运算，则可多保留一位。例如：18.3+1.4546+0.876=18.3+1.45+0.88=20.6320.6如是最后计算结果，取20.6；若尚需参与下一步运算，取20.63。7.3.2.2乘、除运算参与数的乘除运算时，以有效数字最少的数为准，其余的数均较之多保留一位。运算结果（积或商）的有效数字位数，应与参与运算的数中有效数字位数最少的那个数相同。若计算结果尚需参与下一步运算，则有效数字可多取一位。例如： 1.1m0.32
