摘 要 镁碳砖是70年代初出现的,先是在超高功率电炉,接着在转炉、炉外精炼炉上使用,获得了非常好的效果。由此,人们才认识到石墨、碳素材料和高温耐火氧化物之间结合所产生的作用。断裂韧性差、高温剥落、抗渣渗透性差,这是高温烧成耐火制品的致命缺点,含碳耐火制品的出现突破了这些弱点。在镁碳砖中氧化镁和石墨之间彼此相互包裹,不存在传统概念中的所谓烧结;石墨具有热传导系数高,弹性模量低,热膨胀系数小,不容易被熔渣浸润等优点,因此,由于石黑的引入,使炉衬耐火制品的断裂韧性和抗渣渗透性有本质的改善。镁碳砖的主要特征是在微观结构上形成碳的结合物,这种结合是由有机结合剂在高温下结焦碳化形成的。镁碳砖是一种不烧制品,其理化指标为:MgO7085,Cl020,显气孔率3,体积密度2.87gcm3,耐压强度4050MPa,1400抗折强度l015MPa。本设计共涉及转炉镁碳砖MT10A 10000吨/年和转炉镁碳砖MT14B 10000吨/年,概述了镁碳砖的发展概况、生产过程、在钢包渣线的应用及生产车间的设计规划,并对其发展前景进行了展望。在设计中确保做到方案科学可行,技术经济合理,并不断对方案优化。在以上工作的基础上,绘制了年产2000吨镁碳砖厂总平面布置图、车间平面布置图及相应的纵横剖面布置图共计12张。关键词: 镁碳砖;生产工艺;钢包;转炉用镁碳砖;耐火制品 Abstract Magnesia carbon brick is appeared in the early 70s, first in the ultra high power electric arc furnace, and then in the converter, refining furnace, obtained very good effect. In the MgO-C brick Magnesium Oxide and graphite inclusions between each other, there is no so-called sintering the traditional concept of; graphite has high thermal conductivity, low elastic modulus, low coefficient of thermal expansion, is not easy to slag infiltration etc., therefore, the black stone is introduced, the fracture toughness of Lu Chennai fire products and slag there are essential to improve permeability. The main characteristics of magnesia carbon brick is formed with carbon at the micro structure, this kind of combination is formed coke carbonization at high temperature by the organic binder. Magnesia carbon brick is a kind of unfired products, its physical and chemical indicators: MgO70 85%, C 20% l0 3%, apparent porosity, volume density of 2.87g / cm3, the compressive strength of 40 50MPa, 1400 flexural strength of l0 15MPa. This design involving a total of magnesia carbon brick for converter MT10A 10000 tons and magnesia carbon brick for converter MT14A 10000 tons / year, outlines the development of magnesia carbon brick, production process, application in ladle slag line and production workshop design and planning, and its development prospect. In the design to ensure that the project is scientific and feasible, economic and reasonable, and constantly to the plan optimization.
