Due to the existing outfit electric steering gear market, future potential market also relatively broad; The steering gear with low cost and popular by auto makers will.国内外电动转向发展概况国外20 世纪80 年代以来在汽车上大力发展电动转向(EPS),已经取得相当大的成果,在轻微型轿车、厢式车上得到广泛的应用,并且每年以300 万台的速度发展。随着2000 年昌河汽车之北斗星厢式车安装电动转向器,掀开我国汽车转向器历史上新的一页。由于它在转向方面明显的优越性,很受广大客户欢迎。最初组装的200 台电动转向试销车很快被抢购一空。这几年正逐年增加安装电动转向汽车的产量,今年将达到三万六千台。正是由于北斗星汽车在国内首装电动转向,带动了国内电动转向开发热。到现在已有10 家大专院校和10 家国营和民营企业立项或独自开发该种产品,预计我国每年会以10-20 万台速度发展。正是由于各方面电动转向研究的大量投入,该产品已接近成功,已有一部分产品开始装车调试。在汽车电动转向产品的开发中充分体现了我国市场经济竞争的特点,一些大专院校和企业相结合,国营、民营企业齐上阵,这种各方面竞争的结果加快了开发的进度。 电动转向所以称之为“精确转向”,就是在汽车转向过程中,该转向器根据不同车速、方向盘转动的快慢,准确的提供各种行驶路况下的最佳转向助力,这是在计算机(ECU)控制下实现的。电动转向器是在计算机控制下实施对电机电流大小的变化控制,实现不同的转向助力。所以它能精确的实现人们预先设置在不同车速、不同转弯角度所需要的转向助力。 电动转向的发展主要是针对解决纯液压助力转向的最大难题,高速行驶时方向盘发飘,这是汽车操纵稳定性的一大课题。液压助力转向虽然解决了汽车转向轻便性问题,但高速行驶时方向盘太轻,就造成了驾驶员发飘的感觉。新型转向油泵虽然可以作到高速转向时油泵流量可以下降,但高速行驶时并不保证发动机驱动下的油泵亦处于高速转动工况。因此不能彻底解决汽车高速行驶发飘的问题。电动转向系统可通过控制助力电机,降低高速行驶时转向助力,增大转向手力,解决高速发飘问题,而且成本相对较低。但由于电机的功率、扭矩及尺寸的限制,故多用于轻微型轿车和厢式车。随着新的电动转向结构研发,未来将逐步推广到中高级轿车和卡车上。由于目前已有装电动转向器的市场,未来潜在的市场也较广大;该种转向器成本较低,必将受到汽车厂家的欢迎。
