<p>滑油管的加工工艺及铣键槽、钻8-5孔夹具设计【优秀课程毕业设计含10张CAD图纸+带过程工序卡片+开题报告+文献综述+外文翻译】-jjsj24</p><p>滑油管的加工工艺及铣键槽、钻8-5孔夹具设计</p><p>摘 要</p><p>近几年来,机械制造业的飞速发展,生产产品的工艺在不断提高,在社会中的竞争力越来越高。薄壁管件具有结构紧凑,节约能源材料,重量轻等优点,并逐渐广泛的应用在各工业生产部门。解决薄壁零件的加工生产问题,对推动我国工业加工的发展强大和加快我国国民经济的发展有重要的意义。</p><p>本文设计的是滑油管,也是薄壁管件类零件,其主要的外圆面设有齿轮、键槽等功能槽和螺纹。文中详细的计算了零件的加工余量、切削用量、加工方法并讲述了滑油管的加工工艺,还设计生产加工过程中要用的孔加工专用夹具及铣键槽的专用夹具。</p><p> 关键词:薄壁管件 加工余量 专用夹具 </p><p>Abstract</p><p>In recent years, the rapid development of mechanical manufacturing, the process of producing products has been improving, and the competition in society is getting higher and higher. The thin-walled pipe is also increasingly used in industrial sectors because it has the advantages of light weight, economical materials and compact structure. The problem of processing production of thin-walled parts is of great significance to the development of China's industrial processing and to accelerate the development of national economy.</p><p>The design of this paper is a slide tube, also a thin-walled pipe element, and its main outer surface has gears, key way and other function slots and threads. In detail in this paper to calculate the components of the machining allowance, cutting dosage, processing method and tells the story of the processing technology of the oil pipe, also want to use in
