2、9600，总建筑面积17067.98，地下建筑面积3016.69，地上建筑面积14051.29；工程包括：5幢住宅，3幢配套服务用房，一个地库。17-01用地19894，总建筑面积46652.93，地下建筑面积11972.83，地上建筑面积34680.1 ；17-02用地18262，总建筑面积46987.17，地下建筑面积13291.26，地上建筑面积33695.91；17-01、17-02两个地块工程包括：22幢住宅，8幢配套服务用房，1幢沿街商业，1个地库。工程结构为框架-剪力墙结构，住宅及商业基础采用混凝土预制管桩桩筏或承台基础，一层配套用房采用承台基础，建筑设计等级为二级，建筑耐火等级

3、地上二级，地下一级。抗震设防烈度为7度，住宅地下室埋置深度相对0.00约-3.5m。地库-5.5m.地下车库为框架结构，底板设计防水做法：地下室底板为自防水钢筋混凝土底板；地下室外墙为自防水钢筋混凝土侧墙，10厚1:3水泥砂浆抄平层，2厚聚氨脂防水涂膜，50厚XPS挤塑聚苯板保护层；地下室顶板为自防水钢筋混凝土，20厚1:3水泥砂浆抄平， 2厚聚氨脂防水涂膜，10厚1:2水泥砂浆隔离层表面压光，4厚耐根穿刺型SBS改性沥青防水卷材，干铺无防布一层，50厚C20细石混内配4200钢筋网片混凝土保护层间距44M分仓缝。缝内嵌油膏。种植土1200厚。二、后浇带处理方法：本工程在地库设置宽度为800m

8、、楼板处后浇带施工措施、本工程楼板留置的后浇带与地下室底板相同，后浇带的施工按照设计要求，在后浇带部位上下各加设一层原板筋截面面积一半的加强钢筋。、后浇带的钢筋贯通，利用快易收口网作为新旧混凝土接茬的分隔。4、每层后浇带处，模板拆除后，为保证结构安全，后浇带处梁板不可成悬臂构件，必须用可调支撑杆件做局部加固。三、施工缝的处理方法：1、施工缝主要是指钢筋混凝土竖向构件的水平施工缝，根据其留置部位分为有防水要求的施工缝和无防水要求的施工缝。2、有防水要求的施工缝主要指地下室外墙上留置的施工缝，根据施工总体部署，地下室外墙上共留设1道水平施工缝。3、无防水要求的施工缝包括地下室内墙柱水平施工缝,别墅

9、墙柱水平施工缝，其留置位置为：每层楼板板面处。4、有防水要求的水平施工缝处理方法：、根据设计图纸，在施工缝中间沿结构周圈设置一条3003mm封闭钢板止水带。止水带钢板选用A3钢，每段长4M，两段止水带焊接连接，沿竖向双面满焊，焊缝不得有气孔、夹渣现象、保证密实不漏水。、钢板止水带在墙中每隔2M用25钢筋焊接支架，固定牢固，并且保证位置准确。、地下室外墙板高短墙与下部结构混凝土同时浇筑，注意控制混凝土浇筑标高至板面上350mm处，不得偏高或偏低。、浇筑上层砼前应将结合处已有砼面清理干净，剔除表面浮浆及松动石子等杂物，钢板止水带表面也应清理干净，并用清水冲洗。、在浇筑上部结构混凝土时，将接槎面用水

10、充分润湿，并且要求在混凝土施工前在接槎面上先浇筑一层50mm厚与结构混凝土同配比的水泥砂浆，以保证新旧混凝土的有效结合。5、无防水要求的水平施工缝处理方法：、先清洗干净新旧混凝土接槎处的凿毛面，在浇筑时先用与新浇筑混凝土同配比的水泥砂浆3050mm厚进行接浆处理，然后浇筑新混凝土。、为方便施工，本工程中无防水要求的竖向结构的水平施工缝一般留置在梁板顶面，板下侧部分的尽量一次浇筑完成，浇筑时注意不同标号混凝土浇筑时的先后顺序。四、混凝土成品保护1、混凝土浇筑完成后将散落在模板上的混凝土清理干净并按方案要求进行覆盖保护；2、混凝土终凝前，不得上人作业，按方案规定确定间隔时间和养护期限；3、下道工序
