10、rumentsIn developed countries, the development of epoxy emulsion coatings is a kind of water-based paint is relatively mature, while the domestic technology level and living level limit, only in the past few years have been showing rapid development momentum 1- 2. But because of the change of two-co

11、mponent waterborne latex paint curing process is not thorough, the construction mostly rely on the period of application of solvent type epoxy coating, lead epoxy latex coating applications currently on the market are mostly poor performance 3. The applicable period, also known as the activation lif

12、e, is characteristic of two-component or multi component coatings. Its specific meaning is when the composition of the paint is mixed until it can not be used before this time 4. There is also an applicable period for two-component epoxy latex coatings, but they are quite different from the standard

This study through the two-component epoxy emulsion coatings and two-component solvent based paint curing process of epoxy curing system and in viscosity, different stages of preparation of light comparing the film hardness, color analysis, to determine the charact

19、着固 化反应的进行, 分散相环氧树脂相对分 子质量的 逐渐提 高, 其 玻璃化温度也 逐 渐提 高, 甚 至开 始 凝胶 化, 已 经 不能 很 好成 膜, 但是从黏度 指标上看, 并没有 反映出来 所以要寻 找其他 容易观察和测定的指标来反映环氧乳. 胶体系的适用期. 本试验研究的结 果与同 济大 学顾 国芳, 等 的研 究结 果相 左, 顾国芳, 等采用 c only spec ia lity chem. l td 公司 制造的环氧 乳液 pz3961和水性环氧固化剂 h z340进行配漆试验, 得到双 组分混合以 后体 系 的黏 度是 下 降的, 然 后 基本 保 持不 变 6. 本人分
