Fluorine Plastic lined in pumps and valves not only overcomes the low stre ngth but also solves the poor corrosi on resista nee and high cost of fluori ne plastic.Fluorine plastic has excellent chemical stabili

5、ty, working well in anti-fouling, anti-sticking, extremely small and similar static friction coefficient, anti-friction lubrication, which is used as the valve set and close seal reducing friction between the sealing surface and operating torque of the valve, improving service life of products. The

6、scope of application can be extended to food, medicine and industry. In addition to its lining material PTFE (F4), FEP (F46), PVDF (F2), and also extended PE, PP and PVC range of Polyolefin to fit different operating conditions.氟塑料(聚四氟乙烯-F4,聚全氟乙丙烯-F46 )俗称“塑料王”,是由美国DUPONT CO.,LTD于是1938年首先研制问世,1949年进行

7、工业化生产,从工业应用角度已有50年历史。氟塑料衬里耐腐泵阀是将聚全氟乙丙烯树脂F46或型材经加工采用模压或镶嵌方法置于钢质或铁质的泵阀承压件的内壁或管件的内外表面,利用其在抗强腐蚀介质方面的独特性能制做成各类泵、阀、管道等产品。在抗腐蚀材料中,氟塑料具有无可比拟的优异性能,除了熔融碱金属、元素氟及芳香烃类有腐蚀现象外,在 其余各种浓度的盐酸、硫酸、硝酸、王水、有机酸、强氧化剂、浓、稀酸交替,酸、碱交替和各种有机溶剂中均 呈惰性反应。将其内衬于泵、阀内壁,既克服了氟塑料材料强度低的缺点,又解决了泵、阀主体材料抗腐蚀性 能差、成本高的不足。另外,氟塑料除了具有优异的化学稳定性外,其防污、防粘性好
