52、29878757总注意周围的人8732789828缺乏耐心803210101110由表4可以看出,四年间大学新生所反映出的心理问题相对集中,在个别题目上略有变 化,主要表现在“恋爱的目的是为了婚姻”作肯定回答的人数增加,“对脏很在乎”和“爱操心”的人数略有减少。对于辅助题的肯定回答率极高,分别排在了第1、2、3、7位。 3.讨论 3.1大学新生的心理健康总体状况 通过四年的纵向对比研究,UPI一类学生筛查率在6.95%-8.38%之间,二类学生筛查率在11.99%-20.54%之间。纵向比较2009与2010级偏差,可能与录取分数情况有一定联系,较高的录取线带给学生压力可能更大。以往的相关研究

53、结果显示,一类学生的检出率为11.35%-21.05%,二类学生的检出率为16.09%-34.09%。相比较来说,我校的一类学生检出率明显偏低,二类学生检出率除2009年以外,都较其他学校偏低,说明我校入学新生的心理健康状况符合常态7,且总体呈良性发展。这与生源及学科可能存在一定关系,我校为财经类院校,学生多数来自于苏皖地区,多数经济条件相对较好,并且与家乡距离不远交通方便,都为新生入学的心理适应营造了一个较好的环境。随着对心理健康认识的逐渐深入和关注度的提高,学生心理健康水平也是在逐渐改善的。而针对一、二类学生的关注也是心理工作开展的重要部分。3.2着重关注的几类特殊群体新生首先,男生感觉自

54、己过去不幸、常常失眠、有轻生想法和缺乏兴趣的人数比率明显高于女生。财经类院校往往会出现在总体性别上的比例失调,呈现女多男少的情况,所以要关注男生的心理健康问题尤为重要。其次,大于19岁入学的学生会更多的感到自己是不幸的,并且有更多的轻生想法;小于18岁入学的在睡眠上更好,但轻生的想法也较多。由此可以看出大龄入学的新生可能曾有过不平常的人生经历,比如生病、复读等,对他们的心理产生了较大的影响,需要格外的关注;而低龄入学的新生可能存在心智不成熟、拔苗助长的情况,他们的想法也应得到老师的了解与关注。最后,二本学生表现出更多的缺乏兴趣和对自己感到不幸,这可能与他们处于中间地带,在选择上有很多未知和迷茫

55、有关,在日常的教育中需要加以引导,逐渐地培养兴趣并且找到自己的方向。3.3着重关注的几类心理问题统观4年大学新生集中的心理问题,可以分为如下几个方面:第一,人际关系方面,觉得人际关系很重要,在意他人的看法,以及关注周围的人;第二,恋爱与性方面,体现出开放性与责任感;第三,强迫倾向,体现在对脏很在乎、反复确认以及爱操心;第四,缺乏耐心。这些问题具有较强的时代特征,与社会环境、家庭教育等方面有一定关系,这与以往的研究也有着相类似的结果6。这为心理健康教育工作提供了依据,同时也指出了工作的重点与方向。3.4建议与对策近年来,我校连续开展了新生心理的普查工作,为建立学生心理档案与心理健康教育的开展提供了丰富的数据支持,也为心理问题学生的防范起到了重要的作用。在心理工作的开展过程中要重视男生以及入学年龄过大或过小的新生的心理健康状况。针对大学生普遍存在的问题,开展心理讲座向新生普及心理知识,进行团体心理辅导训练帮助新生更好地协调人际关系以及异性之间的相处,将心理咨询渗透到学生工作之中,让更多地学生接受咨询、受益于咨询。总之,要在形式多样的活动中让学生参与进来,发现自己,认识自己,肯定自己,培养出良好的心理品质。
