2、or teeth:inclined or vertical root fracture 颈 1/ 3、 根 中 1/ 3、 根 尖 1/ 3cervix-thirds,middle-thirds,apical-thirds 根 折 可 有 牙 齿 松 动 、 叩 痛 、 龈 沟出 血 、 粘 膜 触 痛 等 。有 的 早 期 无 明 显 症 状 ， 数 日 后 出 现 。 无 根 折 外 伤 恒 牙 牙 髓 坏 死 率 为 38 59根 折 牙 牙 髓 坏 死 率 为 20 24 ，断 端 间 隙 利 于 炎 症 引 流 。 X片 是 诊 断 根 折 的 重 要 依 据Diagnosis ca

4、 with Ca(OH)2 and composite resin restoration if dentin is expose and sensitive 牙 髓 暴 露 ， 牙 根 发 育 完 成 者 行 活 髓 摘 除 术 ，牙 根 发 育 未 完 成 者 行 活 髓 切 断 术 。In case of a pulp exposure,pulpectomy is indicated if the root apical is developed,pulpotomy is sufficient if the root apical is developing. root fracture

5、根 中 1/3折 ， 根 尖 1/3折middle-thirds,apical-thirds用 夹 板 固 定 三 个 月 ， 如 牙 冠 端 有 错 位 ，在 固 定 前 应 复 位 。Reposition the coronal fragment and use splinting for 3 months 在 治 疗 后 1、 3、 6、 12个 月 定 期 复 查 牙髓 的 活 力 状 况 ， 一 旦 发 现 牙 髓 有 炎 症或 坏 死 趋 势 ， 则 应 作 根 管 治 疗 术 。Check for pulpal complications after 1 month,3 mont
