1、涉外法律文书聘任合同(中英对照) 聘任合同(中英对照)，为了提高员工英文水平，北京XX公司（下称公司“）聘请XX先生（下称教师“）作为英文教师教授口语。经双方友好协商，达成以下聘任协议： 1、合同效力 本合同自双方签字后自动生效。 2、聘任期 六个月 3、课程安排 课程按以下计划安排 3.1 每周两次，每次90分钟。 3.2 每周课程详细时间是： 周一 _：_ 周四 _：_ 4、 双方责任 4.1 教师职责包括： a） 按照参考书系统化，条理化教课。 b） 为提高英语听说才能强推相应的磁带。 4.2 公司提供教室及第5条所规定的工资。 5、薪水 在聘任期内，公司在每月月底支付教师工资，每节课按

6、 term of invitation， the Company shall pay the Teacher an after tax salary at RMB _ per course at the end of each teaching month （each 4 courses over）。 Article 6 Termination This Agreement shall automatically terminate， without notice by either party to the other， when it expires. If one party wishes to extend this Agreement， he shall notify the other party two weeks before the termination day of this Agreement.
