2、nclining Test to be carried out in accordance with the requirements of CB/T 303596.倾斜试验根据CB/T 303596要求进行。1. THE PURPOSE目的The test is intended to determine the position of the center of gravity and lightweight of ship and the inclining test report to be submitted.该试验应给出空船状态下的排水量,重心位置,并提交倾斜试验报告。2. WEA

3、THER AND SURROUNDING CONDITION 气候条件和试验环境2.1 The test should be carried out in calm water and fine weather with wind not exceeding Beaufort scale 2.本试验在平静水域,晴朗天气,风速不超过2个蒲氏风级。vesse2.2 The vessel should be carried out in the dock of the yard or alongside of shore. The bottom to be from and above the do

4、ck at least 1.0m and 0.8m. The vessel to be head for wind and current and the test to be conducted in slack tide. Arrangement of mooring ropes when incliningtest carried out alongside of shore to be shown as Figure 1.试验在船厂码头或沿海滩的地方进行。船侧和底部距离码头至少1.0米和0.8米。应尽量在平 潮时进行,船舶一般应正对风向或流向。当沿海滩进行倾斜试验时,按图1那样放置缆绳

5、。2.3 It is necessary to ensure the vessel be afloat freely and not touch any other things during the process of the test. Mooring wires should be slacked. All the shore connections such as gangways, cables and poses to be lifted clear of the ship.必须保证在试验过程中,船体自由漂浮,不接触任何其它东西。缆绳呈松弛状态。所有通行 跳板、电缆、软管等接岸物

6、件应全部拆除。3. THE PREPARATION AND ORGANIZATION FOR THE TEST 试验准备和安排3.1 The test should be carried out by Builder, and in the presence of CCSs surveyor and Owners representative.本试验应由船厂进行,CCS现场验船师和船东代表出席参加。3.2 The vessel should be completed all major equipment, fittings and test weight to be placed at ea

7、ch stipulated position, all tools and remainders to be removed from the ship.试验时应使船上所有的主要设备、装置和试验载荷位于其正确位置,其它的所有工具和残余 物均应从船上移去。3.3 The foreign and missing weights, vertical and longitudinal positions of centers of gravity to be edited in a table.多余重量,重心的横向和纵向位置列表。The foreign weights include: Liquids

8、 in tanks.Stores, provisions, personnel, etc.Temporary equipment and weights.Moving weights.Any other variable weights.多余重量包括:液舱内的液体储藏品,供应品,个人物品等 临时设备和重量旧底图总号可移动重量其它可变重量3.4 Deck crane, lifeboat and any other equipment which is able to swing or move, to be securely lashed底图总号in place.3/ 8甲板起重机、救生艇和其它

9、滚动或可移动设备,均应加以固定。3.5 Bilge and tank top water should be removed.舱底和液舱内的水都要打空。3.6 Machinery to be in working condition i.e. water and oil in system but all valves to be closed. 使所有的设备都处于工作状态,比如系统内的水和油。但所有的阀门都要关闭好。3.7 All water tanks and oil tanks to be emptied, except those which are necessary for adj

10、usting the trim and to be filled up, for example NO.1 B.S.W. TK (P/ S) and other ballast transfer tanks(measures be taken to eliminate small air pockets). The weights of the tankers that cant be emptied must be listed in the foreign weights table with surveyor s confirmation. The residual water and

11、oil to be cleaned out in all the tanks (include voids) except in water tanks or oil-bunkers.所有水舱和油舱都应打空,除了试验必须的,例如第一底压载水舱(左和右)和调驳水舱 以及其它用于调整纵倾的需要(需采取措施消除空档间的气泡),其它的舱室如确实不能 实现打空,在征得现场验船师的认可下,可作为多余重量统计在多余重量表中。水舱及油 柜以外的船体空间内(包括空舱),如有积存的水或油应予清除。3.8 The ship should be as upright as possible; in the initi

12、al position, up to 0.5 is acceptable. Themaximum heeling angle of the ship after moving solid ballast should be more than 1.0 degrees, but need not be more than 2.0 degrees. The trim is not more than 1.85 m (1% of the ship length), and each trim angle will be found with Hydrostatic Data or calculate

13、d.船舶开始试验时应尽量呈正浮状态,所允许的原始横倾角应小于0.5度。移动试验压载后, 最大横倾角应大于1度,但不能大于2度。纵倾应小于1.85米(船长的1%),纵倾下的横倾 将由静水力表查得或经计算而的。3.9 Ships conditions should be checked by Owners representative and CCSs surveyor for their confirmation before commencement of the test. Survey and measure wind direction, wind speed and surroundi

14、ng condition to ensure that it is complying with the test and mooring condition.在开始试验前,船体状况应由船东代表和CCS验船师检查,征得他们的同意。需观察测量 风向、风速和周围水面的情况,并确认符合试验环境及系泊状态。4. INCLINING TEST倾斜试验4.1 Draft MeasurementIn order to determine the weight of light ship, the draft measurement to be carried out using a sampan, and

15、the measurement point to be taken at both sides of stem, stern and amidships. Measured drafts at stem and stern should be corrected to drafts at fore and aft perpendicular. The specific gravity of water to be measured.吃水测量为了测定空船重量,用小船来测量吃水。测量点分别在船首、船尾和船中各部分的左右舷。 在船首和船尾测得的吃水应修正为在首尾垂线处的吃水。水的密度要测量。4.2

16、All personnel taking part in the test should be in place, and their weight and gravity centre should be recorded clearly. Excess personnel not directly involved in the test should be away from the ship before the test.参加试验人员应位于规定的位置,记录他们的重量及重心位置,不参加试验的人员均应离船。4.3 The shifting weight for testing are b

MEASUREMENT METHOD测量方法Two hanging pendulums to be used for testing, the length of hanging line to be

27、 18m, pendulums to be located in NO.1 Cargo Hold and NO.5 Cargo Hold respectively. The amplitude of pendulums due to ship heel to be measured at beginning and each times of shifting. During the heeling, hanging line to be upright away form scaler.试验需要两摆锤,摆锤线长度大约为18米,钟摆分别放置于第和第五货舱。由于 船的后倾,钟摆的摆幅在开始时和每

28、次移动时都要测量。船舶倾侧时摆线应保持垂 直并避免与插尺相碰。6. ERROR ALLOWANCE误差范围旧底图总号底图总号6/ 8The respective amplitudes should not deviate from their average line more than 4% of its own, otherwise the testing should be redone partially or completely.各摆幅偏离中心线不大于本身摆幅的4%,否则试验需要部分或全部重新进行。7. TEST REPORT试验报告The inclining test data

29、should be recorded by Builder, and Sdari should complete the report and submit to ship owner and CCS.倾斜试验报告应由船厂负责,由船厂整理原始数据后交由设计院完成并提交船东和CCS。7.1 The definition of lightweight should be clearly stated in the inclining test report.在倾斜试验报告中,空船重量的定义要明确。7.2 Final calculation of lightweight data and recor

30、ds from the inclining test are to be clearly presented in the report.报告中空船重量数据和来自倾斜试验的记录的最终结果要清楚的体现出来。7.3 The lightweight data are to be used in the loading conditions calculation (in the Final Stability Manual) and the inclining test report to be as appendix of the Final Stability Manual.空船重量数据将用于工

31、况计算(完工稳性手册),倾斜试验报告将作为完工稳性手册的附 页。8. DEADWEIGHT MEASUREMENT载重量测量Deadweight to be calculated as the difference between displacement of ship at the summer load water line in seawater of specific gravity 1.025t/m3 and the lightweight of ship.载重量就是在海水密度为1.025 t/m3时相应于所勘划的夏季载重线的排水量和空船重量之 差。旧底图总号底图总号旧底图总号底图
