16、test.11、Precautions for use:11.1 Soldering a.Power LED silicon encapsulant is very flexible,dont pressure on the radiant surface of the Power LED.b.Dont touch the radiant surface of the Power LED when process manual soldering,Recommended with a iron within 350 temperature on the heating platform,and

17、 the conduct terminal can not connect the LED pin.11.2 Cleaning a.Dont be cleaned with ultrasonic.b.Recommended to wipe with isopropyl alcohol or pure alcohol,wiping time should not be more than one minute.LED must be placed at room temperature for fifteen minutes before using.After cleaning,you mus

18、t insure the radiant surface is clean.Otherwise,foreign impurity can cause radiant color different.c.LED can not contact with trichloroethylene,acetone,sulfide,nitride,acid,alkali,salt,These chemical matter can destroy LED.11.3 Sealing a.Sealing resin can not contain sodium-ion,sulfide,because these

19、 matter can affect fluorescence powder poisoning,change its color.b.When using normal sealing resin,Recommended to light and test for 168hrs under normal temperature before batch product.11.4 Storage a.Dont open the moisture proof bag before ready to use the Power LED.The LED should be kept at 30 or

20、 less and 60%RH or less before opening the package.Storage period is one year before opening the package.b.After opening the package,the Power LED should be kept at 30-35%RH or less,and it should be used within 48 hrs.c.If the Power LED exposure for 48 hrs,baking is required before use.Bake conditio

21、n as below:605 for 12 hrs for roll goods.1055 for 1 hrs for bulk goods.All around environment have no acid,alkali,corrosive gas,vibration and magnetic field.11.5 Static a.Static and Peak surge voltage can destroy Power LED,Avoiding Instantaneous voltage when on or off.b.Please wear Anti-static wrist

23、ilure light when use low current.11.6 Test a.Should avoid exorbitant instantaneous current on Power LED,otherwise,Gold wire will be burned out and chip will be burned up.b.The forward voltage reduce gradually when Power LED is on,Recommended for test with continuous current.11.7 Heat elimination Tem

24、perature rise with the Power LED on,care for the module thermal transmission and heat elimination when design,the brightness and lifetime of Power LED will be affected if thermal transmission and heat elimination are bad.11.8 Others a.Recommended to be used in series one resistance and continuous cu

25、rrent driver for power led when design.b.Some Products heat sink have polarity,please refer to product specification before design.c.When lighting,Please dont look at the radiant surface of LED directly,otherwise the strong intensity will burn your eyes.d.Dont lighting for long time without heat radiator,otherwise,the power LED damages easily.
