2、nspection and test is dispatched, used or released to customer. Polyconcept will only accept products from supplier or manufacturer that meet the specified requirements and conform to company quality standards.为了保证只有经过检验及测试合格的产品才能被分派,使用或交付客户,本指南详细阐述了各项要求适用于产品最终随机抽样检验和新产品确认。本公司只接受供应商或厂商所提供的满足列明各项要求及符

3、合本公司品质标准之产品。1.2 Supplier or manufacture will complete required products and packaging before the scheduled final random inspection date according to company purchasing order. It is the supplier or manufacturers responsibility to submit the inspection notification 7-10 working days prior to final ran

4、dom inspection date through fax or email. Our company will further confirm the exact inspection date by fax or email. Inspection notification received after 5:00pm will reply on the next working day.供应商或厂商应根据本公司订单要求,在预定验貨日期到来之前完成所需产品及包装, 並提前於7-10个工作日以传真或电邮的方式通知本公司验货部門可驗貨日期, 本公司驗貨部門收到申請後會安排並以传真或电邮的方式

5、回覆供应商或厂商最終可驗貨日期。下午5:00以后提交的申请視為下个工作日开始处理。Inspection working day carry out from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Saturdays, Sundays & public holidays are not working days. Only under special conditional and confirmed by our company, inspection may carry out outside the normal inspection time.上午9:00至下午5:30为驗貨申請及驗貨

6、人員到廠验貨工作时間, 星期六/星期日及公众假期为非工作日; 如特殊情況需於工作時間外驗貨, 必須得到本公司同意。1.3 Vendor or the factory had the responsibility to provide the higher quality products and accept our company to prepare the final inspection. If the 1st inspection is accept, our company will be responsible for the inspection charge. However

7、, if the product is rejected twice, and needs third inspections or more. Polyconcept will charge a penalty fee US$150 for compensation.供应商或厂商有義務提供良好品質之產品並接受本公司驗貨; 如驗貨工作能於一次完成並品質是被接受 ”Accept” 時, 其所產生之驗貨費用由本公司承担, 但當產品連續二次被判退貨需安排第三次驗貨或更多次, 本公司将收取美金150以作为警惕; If for any reason the previously agreed date

8、for an inspection cannot be adhered, supplier or manufacturer must immediately (Before the day of inspection) advise the inspection office to cancel the visit. Please arrange the correct samples to our company for signature at least 5 working days before the s

10、cheduled final inspection date. And make sure that this sample will be in the factory on the day of inspection.For some products need final testing by our quality colleague. Please arrange samples at least 7-10 working days before the scheduled final random inspection date. *根據本公司訂單敘述內容及帶有本公司業務人員簽字的

11、實際確認樣作為依據, 所以請於驗貨日前5個个工作日将正確樣品交由本公司業務人員簽字, 並確保驗貨當天簽字樣在廠裡以便進行驗貨; 另特殊產品需由我司驗貨部門先行測試時, 請於驗貨日前7-10日将正確樣品交由本公司業務人員簽字後轉交驗貨部門。*Our company will only start inspection when 100% of the order has been manufactured, and a minimum of 80% had been packed in its retail packing. Otherwise, will consider not ready

12、and will not arrange inspection.*本公司要求驗貨時必須: 訂單上數量100%都已生产完畢，并且最少80%的數量已裝箱完成才可以进行验貨。否則不予以驗貨, 視為”空跑”; 但當裝箱數量己逹80%, 而其它20%數量能在驗貨工作結束前完成生產時, 尚可接受驗貨*Inspection plans will follow ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1993 Single Sampling Plan. -General Inspection Level Normal II is usually applied to determine the inspection s

13、ample size for aesthetic and functional check. (AQL Level II: 2.5 Major, 4.0 Minor)-Special Inspection Level IV will be applied for safety, reliability, performance or other special test if applicable. *按照 ANSI/ASQC Z1.4-1993, 单次抽样檢驗。 -常规正常检验二级水平适用于产品外观和功能检验。(AQL Level II : 2.5 Major 重缺点, 4.0 Minor

14、輕缺点 ) -如果需要，特殊检验四级水平将适用于安全性,可靠性,性能或其它特殊测试。* Carton box perform carton drop test/size & weight indicated on side mark of carton box must be as per actual amount/each carton can not exceed 20kg- no nail & pack band used. ( Except over-weight or other special products)*外箱 進行跌落測試 / 側麥標示外箱尺寸及重量必需按實際數量 /

15、每箱不得超過20公斤 不打釘不用打包帶 (視产品不同或過重产品可有例外)*Tension test will be applied for special product if applicable.*如有必要針對产品會做拉力測試Inspectors will use the relevant Defect Classification List specified on the General pre-shipment inspection checklist as the basis for conducting the inspection. During the final rando

16、m inspection, two reference samples should be randomly selected by the inspector and sealed with signature. This is for our quality & sales department record. The inspector will complete an inspection report form after inspection, to record the finding of the inspection. This should be signed by the

17、 manufacturer and the inspector. If the final result is disputable. Inspector will sign the samples with seal. This will be further re-confirmed by our company meeting, and vendor may arrange to join the discussion as well.检验员将根据本标准中的相关条例对产品进行检验。在驗貨結束後會随机抽取2个大貨樣, 并簽名封存交由品检部門及業務部門保存; 另開立一份驗貨報告書/必須有厂方

18、及本公司驗貨人員签名确认驗貨結果無誤; 如雙方意見不同時, 由驗貨人員封樣帶回有意見之產品, 與本公司業務人員討論該產品是否合乎品質要求, 必要時厂商亦可派人參與研商* For new products, our company will arrange the inspection standard, vendor can arrange meeting with our quality colleague to discuss the required standard prior to production.*對新產品, 本公司會主動提出驗貨標準及判定標準, 供应商或厂商也可主動要求本公

19、司義務派人到厂訂定標準1.5 For products which are to be blister-packed/heat seal-packed/vacuum-packed or presented in similar non re-sealable packing, the final random inspection can be performed when 100% of the order has been manufactured and 70% has been packaged. For a selection of 200 samples the inspectio

20、n would consist of 20 (10%) that have been blister-packed/heat seal-packed/vacuum-packed, and 180 (90%) that have yet to be packed. These percentage ratio should be used for other sample quantities and will minimise the waste and cost of damaging retail packs.对于产品有吸塑罩/熱壓封口/真空包装或类似不可复原的包装,只有当全部产品已完成并

21、且70%的产品已被包装,驗貨才可以予以实施。例如抽取样品数为200,其中包括 20 (10%)已用吸塑罩/熱壓封口/真空包装好和180 (90%) 等待包装的。这一比例也适用于其它抽样数量,可以减少浪费及损坏零售包装材料的成本。1.6 If the supplier or manufacturer has any observation or comments to make concerning the inspection processes and result, they should be recorded at this stage. If necessary, the suppl

22、ier should ensure that Polyconcept quality operations department is well informed. 如果在检验期间,供应商或厂商对检验程序和结果有任何异议,应将其记录下来并与品检部取得联系。1.7 If the inspector identifies quality defects or imperfections not specifically named on the Defect Classification List, but which are likely to affect the saleability or

23、 intended use of the product, these should be recorded as “problem remarks”. The relevant Polyconcept Quality Manager should be notify of these comments and further discuss this with the sales people and the vendor. To final confirm the inspection report, Quality Manager should continuously review t

24、he severity and frequency of problem remarks and consider the merits of including them in revised Defect Classification List.如果验貨人员判定的品质缺陷没有在訂定标淮中被列明,但却有可能影响产品的銷售或正常使用。这些品质缺陷应被记作问题备注。對於问题备注本公司的驗貨部門經理将会仔细與業務人員研究/討論, 直到做出最后决定才開立驗貨報告書。驗貨部門經理还要不断审核问题备注的严重性和发生的频率,并且考虑是否有必要将它们列入”驗貨標準”中。1.8 For new product

25、 during product approval processes or pre-production. A quality engineer will evaluate the samples of each new product and record the finding on a Sample Evaluation Report. This process may be carried out in the China or HK. The Sample Evaluation Report is the reference document for all future stage

26、s and applies to each individual product throughout its life cycle. If changes occur to the product specification or there are problems with quality, reliability or performance, then a repeat evaluation may be required to address these issues. If necessary, the quality engineer will on-site review e

27、ach product for compliance with Polyconcept specifications, and highlight any modifications required and provide technical supports to analysis and solve problems at factory.对于产品确认或试产过程中的新产品,品质工程师将对每一个新产品进行样品评估并在样品评估报告中记录下发现的问题。此评估程序将在中国国内或香港进行。样品评估报告是一份用于将来生产中的每一环节并且适用于每一个独立产品整个寿命周期的参考文件。如果产品规格发生变化

28、或存在品质,可靠性及性能问题,重复评估将被要求以阐明这些事项。如果需要,品质工程师将会到生产现场评估产品是否符合本公司的标准。并且强调被要求修改的部分及提供技术支持,分析解决产品问题。1.9 European Regulations of environmental protection歐洲環保包装要求To comply with relevant European Regulations of environmental protection, all Polyconcept products & packaging entering Europe are required the foll

29、owing为符合相关的欧洲环保法令, 本公司进入欧洲市场的产品及包装要求如下: Polybag塑胶袋- opening perimeter greater than 380mm (opening width equal 19cm or exceed), need to add the following “suffocation warning” (four country languages: Spanish, French, English & German) on polybag. - 开口周长大于380mm (開口寬度為19cm或超過時), 需添加下列”防窒息警告语” (四國語言:西班

All our supplier or manufacture to immediately add below required markings on the products- Wheeled Bin Symbol with PF Concept logo/minimum height of 10.5 mm.2005年8月之后进入欧

38、洲市场的电子电气产品必須完全符合WEEE要求, 所以供应商或厂商应立即在产品上添加下列要求的标志-有轮子垃圾箱符号及本公司商標 /最小高度为10.5mm :This pan-European markings shall be by imprint, engraving or label on the product (Rear / Bottom). It should be accessible, durable, legible and indelible. Under extreme cases, if the product is too small the mark can be d

39、ownsized to 50% (i.e. 5 mm). If the marking is reduced or enlarged the proportions given in the drawing below must be respected此為欧盟統一使用标志,应以印刷,雕刻或标签的方式显示在产品上(背面/底部)。标志应该是可触及的,耐用的,清晰的并且不能拭除的。在某些特殊情况下,如果产品太小,标志可以缩小50%(5mm),但必須等比例。If any of the following conditions exists, marking can not be marked on

42、nces and other relevant regulatory requirements, includes:進入歐盟产品需符合欧洲對有害物质法令及其它相關法令的要求, 如下:n AZO FREE 偶氮為零 (zero)n Low Cadmium 镉含量少於75ppm (less than75ppm)n Formadehyde 甲醛含量少於 75ppm (less than 75ppm)n PCP = Pentachlorophenol 五氯苯酚/防腐劑少於5ppm 一般針對皮革及木頭製品(less than 5ppm usually used as an antifungal onle

43、ather, wood products or textile)n EN71, EN50088 一般針對玩具 ( aim at toys & battery operated toys)n CE 安全標誌 ( Conformity to all relevant directive under the new approach directive such as health, safety, consumer protection & environmental protections.)n UV400 一般針對太陽眼鏡, 傘或防紫外線产品 (usually aim at sunglass,

45、rials from source supplier to prove all materials conform to European requirements on hazardous substances and other relevant regulatory requirements. And Polyconcept will still request sample from supplier then send to laboratory (e.g. SGS), looking for official report:供应商或厂商可提供原材料的无毒证明书/测试报告以证明产品裡

46、裡外外及看得見的看不見的部份都符合欧洲法令要求, 而本公司仍會向供应商或厂商要求測試樣, 送到SGS測試單位檢測:-For new product: before the first mass production, supplier or manufacture shall submit test samples to laboratory (e.g. SGS) for testing-新产品: 供应商或厂商於第一批大貨生产前, 提供测试样品送SGS測試單位檢測-For non-new product, aim at both of AZO FREE & Low Cadmium:Polyco

47、ncept will periodically random draw test sample from scheduled orders, and inform supplier or manufacturer at 1-2 weeks before the scheduled final random inspection date. The samples must be selected at random from mass production by inspectors, then send to Polyconcept laboratory (e.g. SGS) for tes

48、ting (the sample selected by supplier or manufacturer themselves is non-valid ), the results usually take 7 working days after receipt of samples. For special case, coordinate with purchasing representative and arrange “online random draw” to guarantee customer can receipt goods on time.-對於日後回單产品, 針

49、對偶氮及低鎘兩項測試:将不定期从己下訂單中随机選取進行測試, 由本公司業務人於交貨日1-2個星期前通知供应商或厂商, 並由本公司驗貨人員从大货中随机抽取样品交本公司实验室测试或交由SGS測單位檢測 (由供应商或厂商自行抽取的样品無效), 一般於本公司收到测试样品後7個工作日可得到結果, 如特殊狀況可與業務人員商量安排”生产線上抽样”以保証客人能準時收到貨Only obtain laboratory (e.g. SGS) passedtest report, which is one of important documents as payment for each shipping good

50、s, the product can be released to customer. If the result is failed, supplier or manufacturer must pay laboratory testing charge, responsible for all expense once client return all of goods. At the same time, using new qualified material re-make products and deliver for free as per client scheduled

51、time and mode.必須收到SGS-通過-的測試報告書, 才能準予出貨及作为每批货付款的重要文件之一; 如果测试结果为不合格,将由供应商或厂商支付实验室测试费用; 一旦客户退回所有货物也将由供应商或厂商支付所有损失, 並馬上使用新的合格材料重新生产及按照客户所需的时间和方式免费交付给客人。Please note this is only the general instruction. The above information may vary depending on product design, there will be additional test requirements & international regulations as applicable.
