1、WARMING PROBLEM IN OUR WORLDINTRODUCTION:The golden leaves flutter all over Guangzhou. This is the view of autumn in Guangzhou 10 years ago it was beautiful. Before autumn was our favorite season but we cant see it any more. What happen now the days? There is only two one season in Guangzhou, summer

2、, The temperature of Guangzhou now is much higher then before around the whole year you can only see green in the street. People think it was good, but is not. Actually, nowadays the Global Warming problem has get more and more serious. As we know that global warming can show in many research report

It shows to us that because of the industrial revolution and the misuse of resources then it cause global warming, It also shows that in recent years, Guangzhous average temperature get higher than ten years before. Many people said it also cause by global warming.So in this research, our group wo

4、uld like to find out what cause the average temperature change. Is that really is because of Global warming? 8、etherAims of the project:In this research, our group would like to find out what is the main reason that cause GZs temperature change, what do people think about it and how can we solve this problem. We would also interview some people live in other place all over the world to see how the temperatur

9、e changes and compare them with GZs temperature changes. In the end, we would do a PPT, two questionnaires, and a group paper.Research Findings:According to our researching, experts said, the reason why Guangzhou s weather have anomalies is because strong EL Nino and global warming. Strong EL Nino i

10、s when the sea water of the eastern and central of the Pacific Ocean abnormal warming, and it change of the global climate model. At the same time, the temperature keeps increasing because of a large number of greenhouse gas emissions from human activities. Also strong ElNino and global warming are

11、interaction, there is a report said that global warming making strong El Nino worse and worse. Increase of sea level is one of the most obvious influences caused by global warming. The beautiful island Tuvalu in south pacific will be the first country be flood by water, Thebureau of Tuvalu say that

12、the sea level willincrease 37.6cm after 50 years ,It means there will be more than 60% of theirs land will under water after 50 years. However when the tide rise shows up, there is no more Tuvalu. In Guangzhou, the average altitude is 11 m, so we are as dangerous as those countries that which on the

13、 verge of sinking. But global warming no just causing the increase of the sea level, the heat energy from the global warming will give the air and the ocean a big energy, and the energy will change into a big or super large typhoon, hurricane, tsunami those natural disaster, The increasing of temper

14、ature also causes the land loss lots of water, dry land and food shortage. Not only those, increase of temperature will impact on human physiological machine, increase of the probability of get illness, increase of the spread of different kinds of virus, even that there will more new virus. We want

15、to know that how people feel about global warming, So we made questionnaires in website, airport, department store, and New city of Pearl River, There had 50 people filled our questionnaire in our website. We had 5 people in Heathrow airport.20 people are from New city of Pearl River and 4 people ar

16、e from department store.Our questionnaire has 3 questions. The first question is How long did you live in there? The second question is Hows the temperature change? The third question is Did the temperature change effect you?This is the result from our website. We inspect 50 people from different co

17、untries. For the first question, 86%, which is 43 people live in their country for more than 10 years. 10%, which is 5 people live for more than 5 years but less 10 years. 4%, which is 2 people living for less than 5 years.For the second question, 86%(43) people choice to become hotter. 8%(4) people

Whats more survival and descendants can bully animal health, The amount of animals live in Antarctica has decreased sharply, Therefore, we thought that everyone on the ea

24、rth should start protect the environment from now on, since we only have one home-the earth, And the main way we can do to slow down it is reduce diesel vehicle emission, because the emission of CO2 is one of the main reasons causing global warming.Objective intended outcome:Most of people in the wo

25、rld think the country they live has become hotter. According to our research, we think that is because of global warming. So we decide to do something in order to protect the environment and slow down global warming, But through our questionnaire and interviews before, we found that many people dont

26、 take it seriously. Most of them when we asked do you know what is happening to our world? Also do you know what cost it and what impact will it bring to us? Because our world are getting hotter and hotter, most of the people just thought that it is a good things, but it is not. The severity of glob

27、al warming, if it getting worse and worse then it will be a destruction of our human beings and the place we live, the earth, So now we decide to do something,To begin with, since people arent really aware mpottamce of prevent global warming, therefore, we think we should let more and more people kn

28、ow about this problem, We decide to put our result on the website, so that people can know more about the consequences of global warming, Secondly, we are planning to make a poster and those flyers to show to the people, to tell them how important it is, try to let people start to consciousness about it.
