1、 曹安国际商圈曹安公路沿线景观设计摘 要：通过对曹安国际商圈曹安公路沿线的景观设计，阐述现代商业街设计模式，从商业发展演变历史过程中提炼设计理念，从而使设计理念与实际功能融为一体，创作具有文化内涵、以现代商业街道作为载体的景观设计作品。 关键词：风景园林；规划设计：曹安路：商业街 1 项目背景 本案所在地为嘉定区，是进出上海的必经之处，具有重要的通道走廊的作用，已成为嘉定形象标志之一。不仅展现了嘉定区的商业发展面貌与活力，更成为上海这座国际大都市走向国际的一个门户。 本次规划设计的商业街是以专业性市场为主，综合发展商贸办公和休闲商业的专业市场示范园区，将其建设为设施完善，功能齐全的西上海标志商

2、贸综合体，树立上海大型商业标准的专业品牌市场。同时以上海地区为核心，辐射长江三角洲都市圈的商贸中心。(见图1) 曹安公路位于曹安国际商贸城圈内，道路两侧有较多综合商厦。周边有沪宁高速公路、中环线、外环线、金沙路等主要交通干道。 2 设计理念 21历史演变(见图2) 土大地的根源 人生命的活力 街历史的痕迹 城现代的记忆 通常自发的城镇是从一条街开始的，人们有的在南来北往的贸易要道上，有的在条件适宜的地方定居下来，从事生产和生活，经营自己的家园，商业街是由简单活动到复杂的公共商业交流的转变，进行着购物、交易、饮食、文化、娱乐以及人际交往等多种活动。从而一方土养一代人，一代人创造一条街，一条街经过

3、历史的演变、开发，终究变成一座美丽、和谐的城市。 一方土、一代人、一条街、一座城就恰当的反映了现代商业活动的历史演变模式。(见图3)          22寻找符号 221从设计理念当中提炼了“show”秀(展示记忆的符号) “秀”将“一方土、一代人、一条街、一座城”有机联系起来。 222由于地块以大型、批发商业活动为主，匆忙的人们对景观不会有很长的欣赏时间，用一种重复的记忆性符号来贯穿步行商业街，会使景观受众者对此加深记忆，从而达到商业与景观的结合，展现曹安路商业街的特色所在。用“秀”作为有文化内涵的符号，贯穿“

4、一方土、一代人、一条街、一座城”的理念。 3设计特色 31下沉式空间 曹安路在拓宽后为50m的干道、车速平均速度约为60码小时，地块内多数商场门前人车混流，交通状态复杂，为了缓解各种交通的压力，设计中采用下沉式空间处理、能够更好的使步行街与曹安路隔开，并设置无障碍通道步行街道成为真正的私密性空间。 32折线空间 由于曹安路商业街为带状结构，在设计中追求用简洁的形式表现丰富空间，多采用折线的处理方式，在局部结合建筑出入口与下沉空间，营造集休息、观赏的环境场所，设计细节中彰显现代简洁的手法，使空间产生空间相互叠加的丰富效果。(见图4) 4 具体设计解析 一方土：土地，孕育生命的地方，梦开始的方向。

5、在无际的空间里，生命的元素被包围其中，互渗、互透、互交、互融，密不可分。 沪宁高速与曹安路交叉所形成的三角地块，背面为祁连山路，路口作为街头景观处理，以“水土”作为主题，设计了”向上生长”的主题雕塑，进入高速路与曹安商业区的人们都可以远眺此景，给人以深刻印象。背景设计大面积的绿化种植林带，在两条重要干道当中发挥减少噪声、吸尘遮荫作用的林带。(见图5、6、7) 一代人：此段商业街是交通组织是最复杂的一段，周边分布轻纺城与小商品城等商业广场，所以交通组织设计是设计中心。以“生命的活力”为设计理念，通过丰富的色彩来营造一个充满活力的购物环境。在满足基本的商业设施外，还要考虑人们的使用功能，在曹安路与

6、人行商业街设计了下沉式空间来作为两个内外空间的隔离，并且在地面铺装上面运用丰富的材料，缓和了人们长时间购物的单调感。(见图8、9、10)      一条街： 世上本没有路，走的人多了就成了路。 鲁迅 路是沟通和交流的必经通道。此段为新建建筑与新建商业街的地段，沿线为20m宽的商业街，通过地面铺装镶嵌“脚印”展现历史的痕迹，设计突出夜间景观效果，增强建筑的时代性，并且增加过街天桥。通过大乔木点缀空间，给人们充足的休闲场地，使景观与功能更为人性化，紧密联系在一起。(见图11、12、13) 一座城：城市可谓是新生活的代名词，是社会进步，经济发展的标准点。一方土

7、经过一代人的努力开垦，形成一条街的文化概念，最终形成一座城的规模。经过风雨的洗礼，岁月的积淀，世人的努力，将土、人、街、城汇聚在一起，也成就了今天的曹安公路，时尚、丰富、多元的商业集合体。 与外环高架交叉最北端的地块。结合区位的性质，以硬质小品与软质绿化为设计元素，主要以“展示现代的城市文化”的主题。以彩色的环形方柱围合组成群组雕塑，结合具有特殊效果的灯柱，五彩缤纷彰显现代文化的景观魅力。(见图14、15、16) 5 其他专项设计 照明说明： 路灯是不可缺少的元素之一，它是景观的另一种表达方式，也是烘托景观夜间效果的主要小品。形式与功能结合是现代景观的一种体现。景观灯具有观赏性与实用性，并与商

8、业广告结合，引用最新技术操作，照明时间可按昼夜自动控制。例如傍晚时灯会自动亮起来，且做到光彩四射，不仅可使街上景观具有繁华气氛，又不失雅意。 雕塑说明： 观赏性雕塑及小品应放置在开阔的空间，与人观赏视线要有个距离，雕塑有写实与抽象之分，写实性雕塑一般缺乏艺术观赏性。在现代人们的生活当中，很希望有一些让人回味的艺术品展现在面前，抽象雕塑恰如其当，但不能粗制滥造。太抽象又会使观赏者看不懂，又要有含义。 铺装说明： 不同铺装材枓应用于不同用途。以火烧板花岗岩为主要材枓。在平整坚实的路面上，儿童可以骑单车，大人们可以推车，残病人也可以很容易的达到基地任何位置，在雨季，路面会干得很快，在阳光强烈的城市环

9、境中，用光面花岗岩只会加重人行道和建筑产生的眩光，所以最好是磨毛地面。 休息设施说明： 商业街区的座椅不仅供游人休息，更是提升商业品味的景观元素。细节展现情趣，局部表现设计，从细小处体现商业街区的多元化和丰富性。 6 小结 在现代繁华的城市当中，人们的物质生活已经有很大的提高，高科技产品给人们的生活带来方便快捷，我们的设计方式顺应社会发展的步伐，否则将会落伍。 1通过对曹安国际商圈曹安公路沿线的景观设计，我们大胆的尝试全新的设计理念和思维，并将设计过程中的体会和感悟归纳如下： 61功能决定节点设计，同时也是寻找设计出发点的基本条件。 62明确设计主体，空间的营造是商业街最重要的环节。 63环境
