It was the last day of the year and a large crowd of people had gathered under the Town Hall clock. It would strike twelve in twenty mi

6、nutes time. Fifteen minutes passed and then, at five to twelve, the clock stopped. The big minute hand did not move. We waited and waited, but nothing happened. Suddenly someone shouted, Its two minutes past twelve! The clock has stopped! I looked at my watch. It was true. The big clock refused to w

He gets a good salary, but he always borrows money from his friends and never pays it back. Harry saw me and came and sat at the

10、same table. He has never borrowed money from me. While he was eating, I asked him to lend me &2. To my surprise, he gave me the money immediately. 15、t town. On the way, a young man waved to me. I stopped and he asked me for a lift. As soon as he had got into the car, I said good morning to him in French and he replied in the same language. Apart from a few words, I do not know any French at all. Neither of us spoke during the journey. I had near

50、进度与工期安排、投资估算及资金筹措、财务分析与社会效益、风险因素及防范措施等。1.5 建设地点及基地占地本项目大鲵仿生态驯养繁殖及产业化开发地点位于石泉县红卫乡奋家沟。石泉县奋家沟植被茂密、水质优良、人烟罕至、海拔适宜，自然降水充足，属典型山区溪流型水系，是大鲵捕猎和繁养的首选场所。本项目总建设占地约35亩。1.6 建设内容及规模1.6.1 建设内容本项目采取“公司+科研+基地+农户”等经营模式，新建30个大鲵仿生态繁殖场，同时对企业现有的养殖基地1500平面米进行改造，投放大鲵种鱼100尾（50对），新增养殖大鲵种鱼3000尾（1500对），年放生大鲵4.5万尾。规划设计改选建成亲鲵培育池4

51、000，稚鲵孵化池1200，幼鲵驯养池3500，成鲵养殖池6500，洞外饵料池2500 ，蓄水池4000m3，引水管道2000m，供电设施300KVA，仿生态繁殖场地30处，每处占地1亩，共建仿生态洞穴3000个，平均每处建300个洞穴。孵化室（10010）1000。修建道路3km，供排水管道2000m。建设科研办公楼配套及其它辅助设施等。1.6.2 建设规模实现年繁殖养育大鲵子二代成品苗种15万尾，年产商品鲵5万公斤。1.7 投资估算及资金筹措本项目总投资为6000万元，其中：项目建设投资5180.17万元，建设期利息180.82万元。项目资本金2000万元，申请银行贷款3000万元，申请省
