1、露天采矿场电工操作规程1、电气设备和线路安装维修必须符合电气设备装置规程的规定，并应由经过专业培训，获得特种作业操作证的电工人员进行。电气工作人员在进行操作时，应按有关规程穿戴和使用防护用具。2、电气设备和线路可能人为的触及的裸露带电部份必须设置保护罩或遮栏及警示标志等安全装置。3、在断电的线路上作业时，该线路的电源开关把手，必须悬挂“有人作业，禁止合闸”警示牌。4、一般避免带电作业，确需带电作业时，必须采取可靠的安全措施，并应经主管安全的场长批准后由经过专门培训并持特种作业操作证电工操作。5、每台电气设备，必须设有专用的受电开关。熔断器、熔丝、熔电热断电器等保护装置，必须按所保护的设备容量配

2、置。6、从变电所至采矿场边界及采矿场内爆破安全地带的供电线路，应使用固定线路供电，靠近采掘面的用电设备禁止使用塑胶软线。7、在三相四线供电的线路，零线应在总开关附近重复接地。尽可能在总开关处装设容量合符要求的漏电保护器，照明和移动式电器设备的分支线应装置动作时间为0.1秒，动作电流为30安的漏电保护开关。8、为便于夜间工作所有厂房、作业点、人行道转弯处，尽头处、站场和主要运输干线等处、场应有足够的照明。9、手动式移动式电灯的电压应在36伏以下。10、电气设备和装置框架式外壳、电缆的金属外皮、互感器的二次绕组，应按有关规定进行保护接地。设备的接地线应独立与接地装置连接，禁止将各个电气设备的接地线

3、串联接地。11、接地装置的电阻应不大于4欧姆。并应每年测定一次，测定工作宜在该地区地下水位最干燥的季节进行。电工安全操作规程1、电气操作人员应思想集中，电器线路在未经测电笔确定无电前，应一律视为“有电”，不可用手触摸，不可绝对相信绝缘体，应认为有电操作。2、工作前应详细检查自己所用工具是否安全可靠，穿戴好必须的防护用品，以防工作时发生意外。3、维修线路要采取必要的措施，在开关手把上或线路上悬挂“有人工作、禁止合闸”的警告牌，防止他人中途送电。4、使用测电笔时要注意测试电压范围，禁止超出范围使用，电工人员一般使用的电笔，只许在五百伏以下电压使用。5、工作中所有拆除的电线要处理好，带电线头包好，以

4、防发生触电。6、所用导（转载自第一范文网，请保留此标记。）线及保险丝，其容量大小必须合乎规定标准，选择开关时必须大于所控制设备的总容量。7、工作完毕后，必须拆除临时地线，并检查是否有工具等物漏忘电杆上。8、检查完工后，送电前必须认真检查，看是否合乎要求并和有关人员联系好，方能送电。9、发生火警时，应立即切断电源，用四氯化碳粉质灭火器或黄砂扑救，严禁用水扑救。10、工作结束后，必须全部工作人员撤离工作地段，拆除警告牌，所有材料、工具、仪表等随之撤离，原有防护装置随时安装好。11、操作地段清理后，操作人员要亲自检查，如要送电试验一定要和有关人员联系好，以免发生意外。变配电设备安全检修规程1、电工人

5、员接到停电通知后，拉下有关刀闸开关，收下熔断器。并在操作把手上加锁，同时挂警告牌，对尚无停电的设备周围加放保护遮拦。2、高低压断电后，在工作前必须首先进行验电：3、高压验电时，应使用相应高压等级的验电器，验电时，必须穿戴试验合格的高压绝缘手套，先在带电设备上试验，确实好用后，方能用其进行验电。4、验电工作应在施工设备进出线两侧进行，规定室外配电设备的验电工作，应在干燥天气进行。5、在验明确实无电后，将施工设备接地并将三相短路是防止突然来电、保护工作人员的基本可靠的安全措施。6、应在施工设备各可能送电的方面皆装接地线，对于双回路供电单位，在检修某一母线刀闸或隔离开关、负荷开关时，（）不但同时将两

6、母线刀闸拉开，而且应该施工刀闸两端都同时挂接地线。7、装设接地线应先行接地，后挂接地线，拆接地线时其顺序与此相反。8、接地线应挂在工作人员随时可见的地方，并在接地线处挂“有人工作”警告牌，工作监护人应经常巡查接地线是否保持完好。9、应特别强调的是，必须把施工设备各方面的开关完全断开，必须拉开刀闸或隔离开关，使各方面至少有一个明显的断开点，禁止在只经断开油开关的设备上工作，同时必须注意由低压侧经过变压器高压侧反送电的可能。所以必须把与施工设备有关的变压器从高压两侧同时断开。10、工作中如遇中间停顿后再复工时，应重新检查所有安全措施，一切正常后，方可重新开始工作。全部离开现场时，室内应上锁，室外应

7、派人看守。外线安装电工安全操作规程1遵守电工作业的一般规定和高处作业规程。 2在六级以上大风、大雨、浓雾、雷电等情况下，严禁登杆作业。3登杆工作前必须检查杆基是否牢固。对新立杆，在杆基未完全牢固以前严禁攀登。对于明显倾斜，杆根腐蚀，以及冲刷、起土、上拔的电杆应先行加固，或支好架杆，打好帮桩和临时拉线后再上杆。凡需要松动导线、地线、拉线的电杆应先检查杆根并打好临时拉线或支好架杆后再行上杆。使用脚扣、登高板应符合安全规定。4杆上作业时，地面应有人监护。材料、工具要用吊绳传递。杆下坠物范围内不准站人，现场工作人员应戴安全帽。5杆上作业必须使用安全带。安全带应系在电杆及牢固构件上，不得拴在横担或瓷瓶上

8、，应防止安全带从杆顶脱出。 6使用梯子时要有人扶持或绑牢。7登杆进行倒闸操作必须由两人进行，一人操作，一人监护。操作机械传动的油开关或刀闸开关时，应戴绝缘手套。没有机械传动机构的刀闸开关、跌落式保险器等应使用绝缘棒并戴绝缘手套操作。登杆进行倒闸操作人员，应戴安全帽、系安全带。8多人同登一杆时，应在各自选择好自己的工作位置后，一道开始工作，上下杆时，勿紧跟前者，须等前者到达工作位置或地面后，第二人再开始上、下杆。9断开的断路器、刀闸开关的操作机构应加锁。跌落式保险器的保险管应取下，并应在断路器或刀闸开关的操作机构上挂“禁止合闸，有人工作”的警示牌。10在停电线路上开始工作前，必须先在工作现场逐相

9、验电并挂接地线。验电时应戴绝缘手套，并有专人监护。11线路经本人验明确实无电后，工作人员应立即在工作地段两端及可能送电的分支路线挂接地线。挂接地线时要先接好地端、后接导线端。拆线时，次序应相反。装拆接地线应使用绝缘棒或戴绝缘手套。接地线必须用多股软铜线组成，截面面积不得小于25平方毫米。临时接地极应打入地下不小于06米。接地电阻应符合要求。12线路停电作业必须得到变电所值班员(或调度员)的“已拉开电源，挂好接地线，许可开工”的通知，并办好工作票手续，在有人监护的情况下才能在工作现场验电并挂接地线，然后上杆工作。工作结束后，必须检查线路状况及线路上有无遗留的工具、材料等，查明全部工作人员已由杆上

10、撤回后，才能拆除现场接地线，报告检修工作完成，办理工作票终结手续。严禁约时停、送电。13在杆上进行不停电工作时，必须经过危险作业审批。工作人员活动范围与带电导线距离不得小于表131的规定。表131 在带电线路杆塔上工作的安全距离电压(千伏)距离(米)10及以下2035446011007010012015014停电检修线路如果和另回路交叉或接近，以致工作时可能和另一回路导线接触或接近距离达到表13-2距离以内时，则另一回路也应停电并接地。表132 与其它电力线路邻近或交叉时的工作安全距离电压(千伏)距离(米)10及以下20446011010253015同杆架设的两回路导线或平行架设的两回路导线，

11、二个回路停电检修，另一回路带电时，工作负责人必须详细查明确实停电的线路，向工作人员仔细交待哪一个线路停电，哪一个线路带电，哪些杆塔许可上杆，以及注意事项，并设人监护。16不停电或部分停屯工作时，每一杆塔都应设专人监护。17挖坑时注意事项：(1)挖坑前必须调查地下管道，电缆等地下设施情况。事先要和主管单位联系，做好防护措施，对施工人员要交待清楚，并加强守护；(2)在超过15米深的坑内工作时，抛土要特别注意，防止土石回落坑内；(3)在松软土地挖坑，应加挡板，撑木等防止塌方；(4)在居民区、交通道路附近挖坑时，应设遮栏，夜间挂红灯；(5)石坑、冻土坑打眼时应检查锤把锤头及钢钎。打锤人应站在扶钎人侧面

12、，严禁站在对面，并不得戴手套打锤，扶钎人应带安全帽。18立杆与撤杆注意事项：(1)必须设专人统一指挥，统一联系信号，遵守有关电气安装规范；(2)立、撤杆过程中，杆坑内严禁有人工作。除指挥人及指定人员外，其它人员必须远离杆下在1.2倍杆高的距离以外；(3)立杆及修整杆坑时，应有防止杆身滚动，倾斜的措施，如采取用叉杆和拉绳控制等(拉绳与地面夹角应为45左右)，(4)电杆已立起并符合规定要求后，应及时回填杆坑，并分层夯实，牢固后，方可撤去叉杆及拉绳；(5)在撤杆工作中，拆除杆上导线前，应先检查杆根，采取防止倒杆措施。在挖坑前应先绑好拉绳；(6)使用吊车立，撤杆时，应与吊车司机密切配合，遵守起重工、挂

13、钩工安全操作规程。钢丝绳应吊在杆的适当位置，防止电杆突然倾倒。19放线、撤线与紧线工作都应设专人统一指挥。紧线时应检查导线有无障碍物挂住。工作人员不得跨在导线上或站在导线内角侧。紧、撤线前应先检查拉线、拉桩及杆根。如不能适用时，应加设临时拉线加固。严禁采用突然剪断导线的办法松线。20在交叉跨越各种线路、道路等处放、撤线时，必须先取得主管部门同意，采取安全措施，如搭设可靠的跨越架，在路口设专人看守等。21杆上工作完毕后，应使用脚扣或升降板等下杆。严禁甩掉脚扣，从拉线绳上或抱杆快速溜滑。22使用喷灯工作时，其油量不得超过容积的34。打气要适当。不得使用漏油，漏气的喷灯。在高压设备附近使用喷灯时，火
