1、煤矿反风演习方案及平安技术措施根据?煤矿平安规程?第一百二十二条规定，生产矿井主要通风机必须装有反风设施，能在10min内改变巷道中的风流方向，当风流方向改变后，主要通风机的供风量不应小于正常供风量的40%。矿井每季度应至少检查次反风设施，每年应进行1次反风演习。结合本矿制定的年度?灾害预防和处理方案?的内容，本矿定于年月日进行矿井反风演习，为使本矿反风演习工作平安顺利进行，特制定本次反风演习方案及平安技术措施如下：一、组织工作为平安顺利完本钱次演习工作特成立反风演习指挥部指挥部地点： 总指挥：副总指挥：指挥部成员：二、反风演习日期、反风开始持续、结束时间反风日期：年月日反风开始：月日时反风持

3、1台210%1台1台DFA-2型1台七、反风后矿井风量和瓦斯涌出量预测反风后通风系统与原通风系统逆转，由正风时的负压通风变为反风时的正压通风，使原回风水平变为进风水平，原进风水平变为回风水平，预计反风后的风量可到达正常风量的40%以上，瓦斯涌出量，正压通风时预计比负压通风时有所减少，待反风结束时，改变为正风后，瓦斯涌出量随时间的推移，其浓度将逐渐恢复到原来浓度，根据本矿多年来瓦斯检查情况，此次反风演习中，瓦斯浓度最高不会超过0.5%。八、反风步骤第一步：各组工作人员进入各自工作岗位后，立即进行正常风流中各工程的数据测定，测定完毕后，立即向总指挥报告。第二步：当井下个测定地点测定人员汇报完毕后，

4、全部正常，这时总指挥下达反风开始命令。1、主扇工接到反风命令后，应立即按要求进行反风操作，在10分钟内将风机反转，正转停止后启动风机反转。2、井下各组人员将正风、反风时的风流停止时间记录清楚，并着手开始测定各项数据，瓦斯和二氧化碳浓度10分钟测一次，风量30分钟测定一次，为确保时间准确相同，入井时必须在地面统一对表。3、反风持续时间小时第三步：小时候听总指挥命令，恢复正常通风，各组人员按要求执行，对各自负责的区域进行检查，时间为1小时。第四步：各组人员向总指挥汇报井下情况，等一切恢复正常后，总指挥宣布反风演习结束命令，各组人员撤回指挥部，由总指挥做总结工作。第五步：整理资料作出总结，并将反风演

5、习中发现的问题制定方案，限期解决，同时修改?灾害预防和处理方案?的相关内容。九、反风演习中可能发生的灾害预防十、平安技术措施1、通风构筑物方面1反风前对主要通风机及其电气设备进行认真检查，确保主要通风机反风时启动装置灵活可靠，该项工作由机电负责人落实。2对有关的通风构筑物进行检查确保关闭严密，开启灵活。3反风前对回风道进行一次清理，保证风路畅通。2、火区管理方面1反风前对井下所有火区密闭进行检查，发现问题立即处理。2)反风期间井下不得进行电焊作业。3反风期间所有井口附近20米范围内严禁烟火。4井下备足消防器材，以防不测。3、电气设备管理方面1反风前除井下通讯电源外，切断井下其他所有电源。2恢复

6、正常通风前检查井下各机电硐室的气体含量，当瓦斯浓度不超过1%时，要立即向总指挥报告，待总指挥下达命令后，方可逐级送电。3反风后，瓦检员对工作面进行全面检查，当瓦斯浓度小于1%时工作面方可送电，否那么不得强行送电，局扇及电器设备附近20米内瓦斯浓度小于1%时，方可人工启动风机。4、瓦斯煤尘管理方面反风前对整个风道进行一次洒水除尘工作，对瓦斯进行一次认真全面检查。5、救护方面1参加反风演习人员入井时必须配戴自救器，同时要切实做好自主保安工作。2反风前井下各区域人员到位后，必须对所在区域内巷道、工作面进行一次人员清查，矿灯房应将人员升井情况通知指挥部。3所有参加反风演习的救护队员必须配戴呼吸器，带全
