14、1、以2A恒电流充电至电压达到38V,然后38V恒压充 电，电流降为200mA时充电结束。2、打开恒流恒压源，调节其电压为45V,电流为2A。3、将样品接到恒流恒压源对应的正负极上充电7h,或 充电电流降至接近0.02C (200mA)，或发生爆炸起 火等现象结束。电芯无泄漏、不起火、不爆 炸、不冒烟，保护板无损坏， 用万用表量测输出电压不高 于 42.5V。8.2过放保护测试Over-discharge protection1、以2A恒电流充电至电压达到38V,然后38V恒压充电， 电流降为200mA时充电结束。2、将样品接到电子负载正负极上以5A恒流放电10h,或 放电停止结束。电芯无泄漏

15、、不起火、不爆 炸、不冒烟，保护板无损坏， 用万用表量测输出电压不低 于 28V。8.3短路测试ExternalShort-circuiting protection1. 、以2A电流恒流充电至电压达到37V,然后37V恒压充 电，电流降到200mA时充电结束；2、用AWG16#导线短接输出极的正负两端1小时。电芯无泄漏、不起火、不爆 炸、不冒烟，保护板无损坏， 撤销短路导线，可恢复正常 工作。9、贮存、包装、运输 STORAGE ,PACKING, SHIPMENT9.1 长时间储存 Long Time Storage如果电池组储存在一个长的时间，这个电池组的电压应该是36-39V,电池组的

21、投掷或使电池受到振动。Do not strike, throw or subject the battery pack to sever physical shock. 不要试图分解或解剖电池。Do not attempt to disassemble or anatomise the battery pack.11、注意事项 CAUTION 不要使电池处于一个热的环境，或阳光直接爆晒或将电池放于热的车箱内，否则，电池可能会发热， 着火，甚至影响电池的使用寿命。Do not use or store the battery where is exposed to extremely hot,
