11、 production safety and the Olympic Games and other铝粉生产现场管理制度一、 现场平面布置1、危险化学品（铝粉）生产企业必须设置符合安全要求的危险化学品专用仓库、储罐区，安全距离符合规定。危险化学品专用仓库与厂房安全距离不小于15M 。2、办公区域与与产生区域明显界线，并采取相对独立的管制措施。民用建筑、办公区域与生产区域安全距离不小于25M。3、工厂内建筑物、设施之间的防火间距必须满足相关行业规范、标准要求。厂内建筑物、设施之间的防火间距不小于10M 。4、公路和地区架空电力线路，严禁穿越生产区。区域排洪沟不得通过厂区。5、企业与相邻工厂或设施

32、、安全装置设置警示标志。2、生产场所、库房要合理划分防火区，采用防火墙、防火门分隔。防火门向外开启。3、库房不得存在混放、超高超量存放等现象。铝粉产品仓库、半成品存放量不大于200 吨，储罐区储存汽油不得大于200 吨， 柴油可折半计算。超过临界储存量按重大危险源管理。4、厂房的建筑结构要符合相应耐火等级要求。5、生产场所通道畅通，逃生和避难的安全通道（梯）畅通。6、生产场所的防噪音、通风、防护栏、防滑、防灼烫等设施完善。7、生产设备、设施的防护罩、防护屏、行程限制器，制动、限速等设施要有效。8、车间、仓库、储罐区的防雷、防静电、防潮、防晒等设施要完善。9、密闭生产装置系统不得有气密泄漏现象。
