高中英语会考考试分析京翰教育北京教研中心- 2010 高中英语会考考试分析根据北京市教育委员会关于普通高中新课程会考制度改革的意见(试行)(京教基200735号)精神,北京市出台了普通高中会考改革的有关政策。从2009年1月起将实施新的普通高中会考方案,以全面落实素质教育,进一步提高普通高中教育质量,为培养学生创新精神和实践能力创造良好环境。第一部分:新课改下会考制度改革政策简介 一、指导思想 高中会考改革以教育部基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)和北京市普通高中课程改革实验方案为指导,以教育部普通高中课程方案(实验)和各学科课程标准为依据,旨在全面落实素质教育,进一步提高普通高中教育质量,为培养学生创新精神和实践能力创造良好环境,促进普通高中学生学业素养全面提高。会考改革要适应教育改革和发展的新形势,有利于促进普通高中教育事业发展;有利于加强普通高中教学管理和质量监控;有利于高中会考与高考招生的逐步协调。二、主要功能 高中会考适合模块教学特点,从促进学生全面、主动、健康发展的目标出发,强调对学生基础知识和基本能力的考查,全面评价学生的高中学业水平。通过高中会考改革,进一步完善会考的功能,建立和逐步完善高中阶段全面实施素质教育的正确导向机制及教育质量的监控评价体系。 (一)对高中教学质量进行监控与评价。高中会考作为政府监控高中教育质量的手段之一,通过设置科学合理的考试标准,达到检验高中教学质量的目的,促进高中课程标准的全面落实。高中会考合格是普通高中学生毕业的必备条件之一。 (二)提高学生对学科内模块间知识整合的能力。高中会考的目的在于帮助学生在模块学习的基础上进行回顾和总结,整合学科内模块间的知识,提高综合能力,为学生未来学习与发展创设良好的环境与条件。 (三)促进高等院校招生制度改革。高中会考作为模块教学基础上的水平性考试,是检验学生通过必修模块相关知识的学习是否具备相关能力的重要手段。(四)为高中学生就业或接受国内外其他各类教育提供高中学业水平证明。高中会考作为学生学业水平检验的手段之一,其合格证书一直作为高中生就业或申请继续学习的学历证明。新课程条件下的高中会考,仍能更好地发挥此作用。三、会考科目、内容及时间 (一)全市会考统考范围 限定在与必修学分相对应的模块教学内容。 (二)会考科目 全市会考统考语文、英语、数学、思想政治、历史、地理、物理、化学、生物等9个学科。 区县考试(考查)体育与健康、技术(含信息技术与通用技术)、艺术(或音乐、美术)和物理、化学、生物实验操作等7个学科(项)。课程计划中规定的其他科目的考试(考查),由学校按规定自行组织实施。(三)时间安排 全市统考科目根据各年级课程进度,高一年级不安排会考;高二年级第一学期统考历史、地理、物理、化学,高二年级第二学期统考思想政治、生物;高三年级第一学期统考语文、数学、英语(具体安排见附件)。区县及学校考试(考查)科目原则上不作统一安排,由区县本着相关科目必修(含必选)模块修习完成时间确定其考试(考查)时间,也可结合模块考试(考查)进行。四、组织管理 (一)高中会考实行全市统一管理、分工负责。 市教委负责制定相关政策。北京教育考试院负责组织实施。委托北京教育科学研究院依据各学科课程标准和各学科教学指导意见和模块学习要求,制定北京市普通高中会考考试说明并命题。 (二)成绩与认定 1考试科目原始得分采用百分制,公布成绩使用A、B、C、D、等级制。A、B、C三级为合格以上等级,D为不合格等级。各等级分数标准为85分以上(含85分)为A,84-70分(含70分)为B,69-60分(含60分)为C,60分以下为D。 2普通高中在校学生参加所有科目的会考且成绩达到合格等级以上者,颁发北京市普通高中会考合格证,此证是取得高中毕业资格的必备条件之一。 3高中会考成绩将记入高中学生综合素质评价手册。 4在校学生当次考试不合格,可以重复参加同一科目的考试,全市不单独组织高中会考补考。离校后会考成绩仍不合格者,可到户籍所在区县会考办报名参加不合格科目的考试,所有科目合格颁发北京市普通高中会考合格证。 (三)相关政策 1凡具有本市普通高中学籍的所有在校学生都应参加高中会考。普通高中在校学生须在完成某学科所有必修学分对应的模块教学内容并取得相应学分后,方能申请参加该学科的会考。学校须在学生完成某学科所有必修学分对应的模块教学内容后,方能组织学生参加该学科的会考。 2原经市、区县教育行政部门批准的办学模式改革试点校和拟自行安排新课程实验的学校,需自行组织会考的,要根据新课程标准制定实验方案、课程设置计划及会考方案,并报相关部门审批后方可进行(具体办法见附件)。 3原综合高中、特色高中等学校,因课程设置差异较大需实行“科目替代”的,须重新进行登记审核(具体办法见附件)。替代科目原则上为2-3科,语文、数学、外语不得替代。替代科目的考试结果,应按实际内容和成绩记录。 4高中阶段入选市级以上体育或学科集训队,参加北京市或国家级各种比赛(竞赛)的选手,其时间与会考时间冲突的,经有关部门审核同意免于当次相关学科会考,免试科目成绩以平时成绩评定。原则上语文、数学、外语学科不予免试。5非在校公民、职技类学校学生、外籍学生参加高中会考办法另行制定。五、有关事项 (一)目前在校的高二、高三年级学生会考仍执行原会考政策。 (二)会考政策颁布后,北京教育考试院要依此制定相关的管理办法;要在每次会考结束,及时将考试成绩报送各相关部门;要做好全市普通高中会考成绩的统计与分析,撰写北京市普通高中会考统计分析报告,并在系统内公布。 (三)各区县教育行政部门和学校,要充分认识改革和完善高中会考制度的意义,切实加强对高中会考工作的领导和管理,进一步发挥高中会考在实施课程改革、推进素质教育中的重要作用,积极关注会考工作中出现的各种问题,并及时报告市教委基础教育处。 第二部分 2011年北京春季高中会考安排一、时间与考试科目安排2011年春季高中会考将于1月11日至13日举行。2010年11月15日至26日,各类学校将组织学生报考。参加此次会考的在校生有高二、高三两个年级,其中,高二年级开考历史、地理、物理和化学4科,高三年级开考语文、英语、数学、思想政治、历史、地理、物理、化学、生物等9科,涵盖全部会考科目。除语数外3科考试时间为120分钟外,其余科目考试时间均为90分钟。二、大纲版会考制度退出舞台今年7月举行的夏季高中会考是原会考方案最后一次全市统考,从明年1月起,所有报名考生都要参加新课程会考。市中招办有关负责人介绍,在校生报考由学校统一组织,可通过网报系统由学校集体报考,或学校安排考生本人上网报考,各区县报考时间不同。中职生如想参加会考,可在其学籍所在学校报名,学校会在规定日期向区县会考办集体报名。11月20日,非在校公民要带上户口簿、身份证到区县会考办报名、报考。取消原会考方案后,社会考生如果还想参加高会统招,可报考新课程会考。虽然新旧课程会考在命题、考查知识点上有一些差别,但考生只要按书本认真学习,即使转为新课程会考,也并非不能取得好成绩。第三部分 2010年北京市春季普通高中毕业会考英语试卷分析一、 试卷特色(一) 命题原则遵循科学性、基础性、综合性和公平性大纲版会考要求学生掌握英语的基本语音知识,基本语法规则,学会使用一定数量的词汇和一定数量的短语、习惯用语以及交际用语;具有一定的听说读写能力,能独立阅读一般题材的读物、科普文章。新课改后的会考考试遵循科学性、基础性、综合性和公平性原则,体现对课程标准要求的知识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观的考查,而且英语科目考试的量化指标比较明显,要求学生学会使用24002500个单词和300400个习惯用语或固定搭配,并对语法、功能、语言技能(听说读写)等有一定的掌握。(二) 考试范围的要求体现出语言运用的灵活性与实用性1、词的考查基本一样但是说法更简洁。例如系动词助动词和情态动词;动词的时态单独作为一项语法项目,对过去完成时和过去将来时只要求理解。并且增加了日常生活中非常常用的将来进行时和现在完成进行时。2、弱化语法难度,增强语法的运用性。被动语态作为第11项语法并且没有具体说明;非谓语动词作为第12项语法没做具体要求,只是动词的doing, done和to do的形式。更加开放,不必拘泥框框,更重视理解应用。体现了教学中方法可以多样灵活。最明显的是构词法放在了词类和句子种类中间。句子成分中补语只做理解。间接引语只做理解没有直接引语一项。名词性从句中宾语从句变为必须掌握,删除了同位语从句。增加了对强调和虚拟语气的理解。(三)编排体例便利化。1、词汇表可以作为工具,因为所有要求掌握的2500个单词统一按照字母顺序编排。2、过去分词和现在分词、不同书写、缩写直接在单词表的该单词的后面注明,3、数词、国名、月份星期以及缩写单独编排。二、试卷整体结构(一)本试卷共分为两部分。第一部分选择题,四道大题(共75分);第二部分非选择题,两道大题(共25分)(二)第一部分选择题又分为:1、听力理解 (共15小题,15分)听力选择2、单项填空(共15小题,15分)3、完形填空(共15小题,15分)4、阅读理解(共15小题,30分)第二部分非选择题又分为:1. 听力理解(共5小题,5分)听力填空2. 书面表达(共20分)三、试题详解(一)单项填空例题1(2010北京春季会考英语第19题)19.
