要</p><p>本课题最终形成神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件中的上支架-前悬架减震器正冲侧冲模具,进行三维数字化设计。 通过其他公司的试验,针对神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件,对上支架-前悬架减震器正冲侧冲模具进行计算机辅助设计,实现模具三维数字化设计与虚拟装配。用以指导神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件正冲侧冲模具的生产实践,达到提高生产效率、获得高质量产品的目标。就神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件模具设计,通过现场调研发现存在如下主要问题:1:模具制造周期长,成本高,人工操作量大,劳动时间长,根据工厂的生产设备,规划出好的生产加工工艺过程,设计出合理的方案,达到降低生产成本,提高生产效率的目的,以方便后面的工艺设计。2:此次生产需要了解产品,对图纸进行深入分析。基于上述原因,对神龙G29及T91,东风D760项目制件正冲,侧冲模具设计研究已势在必行。通过对模具的设计,不但能够缩短生产周期,降低制造成本,提高加工精度,延长刀具寿命,而且依据本公司产品的生产及发展需要,可以建立或完善生产加工工艺流程,从而更大程度上提高模具设计水平,获取更大的经济利益。</p><p>关键词:正冲侧冲模具 三维数字化设计</p><p>Abstract </p><p>This topic eventually become the dragon G29 and T91, dongfeng D760 project parts of upper bracket - front suspension shock absorber are blunt side blow mould, 3 d digital design.By other companies test, in view of the dragon G29 and T91, dongfeng D760 project parts, on the bracket at the side of front suspension shock absorber is blunt blunt mold for computer aided design, realizes the mould 3 d digital design and virtual assembly.To guide the dragon G29 and T91, dongfeng D760 project parts are side blow mould production practice, to improve production efficiency, high quality products.Is the dragon G29 and T91, dongfeng D760 stamping mould design project, through the field investigation found the main problems are as follows: 1: mold manufacturing cycle is long, high cost, large amount of manual operation, work time is long, according to the factory production equipment, planning a good production and processing process, design a reasonable solution, to reduce the production cost, improve production efficiency, the purpose of the design for the back of the process.2: the need to understand products, in-depth analysis was carried out on the drawings.Based on the above reasons, the dragon G29 and T91, dongfeng D760 project parts are blunt, side blow mould design research is imperative.Based on the design of the mould, not only can shorten the production cycle, reduce the manufacturing cost, improve the machining accuracy, extend the service life of cutting tools, and according to the company's products of the production and
