The next test step will be in process after the above result is acceptable.4 试验准备Test Preparation4.1 压力表的选用与安装Selection and Installation of Pressure Gauge应按图样规定的试验压力，配备两个量程相同并经校正过的压力表，其量程宜为试 验压力的2倍，但不应低于1.5倍和高于3倍，其精度：不应低于1.6级。表盘直径 不应小于100mm。压力表应安装在被试验容器顶部便于观察的位置。”一一 一 =一一一一一一一一= 一 = = 一 = = 一 = 一 = = 一 = = 一 = = 一 = = = 一 = = » 一一 pressure, but notIt shall be arranged two calibrated pressure gauges with same range according to the specified pressure in the drawing. The gauge ranger should be double test less than 1.5 times and nor more than 3 times. The gauge precision should be not less than class 1.6 . The gauge dial shall not less than 100mm. They shall be inspected prior to test to ensure that there are no defect to affect the test safety and quality.4.3 水压试验排气泄放装置的安装Selection and installation of vent valve应按图样规定的连接形式、压力等级，配备相应的泄放阀或堵塞，并在安装前检查 其是否有不能保证试验安全和试验质量的缺陷。其安装一般应安装在容器的顶部(或 最高位置)，并安装稳妥和牢固。The vent valve or plug which is assembled in the vessel shall be compliance with the form of the connection face, pressure grade which specified in the drawing. They shall be installed at the top of vessel (or at the highest position on the vessel). They shall be inspected to ensure that there are no defects to affect the safety and quality prior to test.and ensure to be assembled stably and firmly.4.4 试验设备Test Equipment用作水压试验的设备，其输出压力源应满足受试产品的需要，并确保能正常工作。 The hydrostatic test equipment shall meet the output pressure of test requirement, and ensure the procedure is normal.4.5 水压试验场地Hydrostatic test filed水压试验场地应有可靠的安全防护设施，并应经公司技术负责人和分管安全的负责 人检查认可。水压试验过程中，不得进行与试验无关的工作，无关人员不得在试验现场 停留。There is the dependable safeguard at the test field, and all the safeguard shall be checked and accepted by the Chief of technology department and the safety management department. It is forbidden to do anything which has no relative with the test, and anybody, who is nothing to the test, is also forbidden to stay at the test field.5 水压试验Hydrostatic Test5.1 试验及检查Test and inspection5.1.1 试验顺序： Test Order先用试验压环进行壳程试验,合格后进行管程试验。First Step: It shall use the test press-ring to make the test at the shell side.Second Step: The test of tube side shall be continued after the test of shell side is acceptable.5.1.2 试验(Tes t)设备中应充满水，滞留在设备内的气体必须排净。设备外表面应保持干燥，当设备 壁温与试验水温接近M5°C时，才能缓慢升至图样规定的设计压力；确认无泄漏后继续 升压到图样规定的试验压力，保压足够时间，然后降至设计压力，保压足够长的时间 进行检査。检査期间压力应保持不变，不得釆用连续加压来维持试验压力不变。试验 过程中不得带压紧固螺栓或向受压元件施加外力。如有渗漏，卸压放清介质后按相应 规定进行处理，合格后重新试验。The clear water shall be full-filled in the vessel, and ensure the air invessel temperature and the testwater temperatures are closed and not less than5°C, increase the pressure to the specified design pressure slowly. After being pressure, and hold the pressure enoughtime, then decrease the pressure to the design pressure. Hold the pressure enough time to make the inspection. No leakage; 2.Novisibleabnormaldeformation; 3.Noabnormalnoise;5.1.4 监督和确认Supervision and Acceptance整个试验过程应有压力试验责任工程师和合同情况下有顾客要求委托的第三方 (监理机构)在场监督和见证试验。The hydrostatic test engineer of manufacturer and the third party Inspector (designated by the buyer) should supervise and witness the test in field.试验完毕试验员应认真出具水压试验报告和在压力容器产品制造过程流转卡上签 字，压力试验质控责任人和合同情况下顾客要求委托的第三方分别在试验报告和压力 容器产品制造过程流转卡上签字认可。After the test, the operator shall prepare the hydrostatic test report and sign on the process sheet.
