DRK型空气电加热器DRK Electric Air Heater使用说明书OperatingInstruction Manual国能环保设备Jiangsu Guoneng Environment Protection Equipment Co., Ltd.一、 前言PrefaceDRK型空气电加热器是我厂近年来研制成功的专门供燃煤发电厂除灰系统使用的新型加热设备，该设备由空气电加热器和控制系统两个部分组成。发热元件采用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢无缝管作保护套管，0Cr27A17MO2高温电阻合金丝、结晶氧化镁粉，经压缩工艺成型，使电加热元件的使用寿命得以保证。控制部分采用先进的数字电路、集成电路触发器、高反压可控硅等组成可调测温、恒温系统，保证了电加热器的正常运行。DRK electric air heater, the new type heating equipment special for coal-fired power plant ash collection system, is successfully made by our companyrecent years. This equipment consists ofelectric air heater and control system. Heating unit adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti seamless steel tube as the protective case. After compression craft formation,0Cr27A17MO2high temperature resistancealloy wire and crystalmagnesia powder could make sure the life of electric heating element. The tubularheating elementis a heating unit with the characteristics of advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, highmechanical strength, corrosion-resistant and wear resistance. Flow deflector, installed in the drum, could make the air uniform heated when circulating.2.控制工作原理 Control principle数显温度控制柜采用数显温度调节仪，集成电路触发器，大功率可控硅和测温元件组成测量、调节、控制回路，在电加热过程中测温元件将空气电加热器出口温度电信号送至数显温度调节仪进行放大、比较后显示测量温度值，同时输出010V电压信号到可控硅触发组件的输入端，控制输出脉冲相位，从而控制可控硅导通角度大小，使控制柜有良好的控制精度和调节特性。利用联锁装置可远距离启动、关闭空气电加热器。Digital display temperature cabinetusesdigital displaytemperature regulator, IC trigger, high power SCR and temperature elementto compose the measuring loop, regulating loop and control loop. Temperatureelement sends the outlet temperature electrical signal of electric air heater to the digital display temperature regulator, which could indicate temperature value after amplification and comparison. Meanwhile, the digital display temperature regulator outputs the 010V voltage signal to incoming endof SCR trigger assembly, in order to control outlet impulse phase. Consequently, making control box being more controllablethrough control thyristor operating angle, 四、安装与使用 Setup and use控制柜应安装在干燥通风、便于操作的地方。空气电加热器外壳、控制柜外壳应可靠接地、空气电加热器应水平安装，底座螺母要拧紧使其稳固。本体与外接收道安装时，应注意进出口方向。安装测温元件时，应区别“+”“-”端接入控制柜接线端子的“+”“-”对应处。加热器在使用前应测量电源接入端子与金属外壳的冷态绝缘电阻不得低于2M，使用环境相对湿度不大于85。电源线的出、入端应牢固可靠，不得松动。使用前首先检查电源线、测温元件输出联线是否正确，控制柜元器件、螺丝是否松动损坏，如有异常与时拧紧或更换，确认无误后可通电试车。Cabinet should be installed in the dry ration and handy place. Shell of electric air heater and cabinet could with the connection to the earth. Electric air heater should adopt horizontalinstallation. Make the base nuts tighten in order to fix heater.1. 合上空气开关（QS），电源指示灯亮，数显表控制灯亮并显示所测温度指示值。Open QS air switch, power indicator light illuminates digital display control light illuminates and indicates the temperature value.2. 温度的设定temperature setting:1）.温度控制仪面板示意图diagram of temperature regulatorpanel：指示灯切换开关（K）指示灯显示器 设定电位器W1设定电位器W2XMT数显温度调节仪显示器 indicator； XMT数显温度调节仪：XMT digital displaytemperature regulator； 设定电位器：set potentiometer;指示灯：indicator light；切换开关：switch2）.温度预置方法 Temperature initialization：将“切换开关K”拨向右边“控制”，旋转“设定电位器W1”,当顺时针旋转时，温度设定值T设增大，反之减小。温度预置完毕，再将“切换开关K”拨至中间“测温”，此时显示测温值，即T实。当T实<T设时，控制指示灯亮，当T实>T设时，指示灯灭。Move K switch to right “control” position and spin set potentiometerW1, when clockwise rotation, temperature setting value Tset would grow, otherwise would reduce. After temperature initialization, moving K switch to “thermometer” position, at this moment indicates the thermometer value Tactual.When Tactual<Tset , control indicator light illuminates, otherwise control indicator light off. 3）.报警设定方法 alarm setting： 将“切换开关K”拨向左边“报警”，旋转“设定电位W2”，当数值达到T设预置完毕，再将K拨至中间“测温处”。当T实<T设时，报警指示灯灭，当T实>T设时，报警指示灯亮。Move K switch to left“alarm” position and spin set potentiometerW2. The initialization is finish when value arrive T设, then move the K switch to middle “thermometer” position.When T实<T设, alarm indicator light off, otherwise alarm indicator light illuminates.3. 温度设定好之后，如无异常情况即可按下“加热器工作”按钮，交流接触器KM1吸合，可控硅进线端得电，有数显控温表所输出PID电信号控制空气电加热器工作。开机时，可能出现温度过冲现象，但逐渐趋向恒定围之。After setting temperature, pressing the air heater operation button if there is no any abnormal. Then AC contactor begin to work, SCR input terminalpicks up current, electric air heater start-ups via the control of PID electric signal output by the digital displaytemperature regulator. After start a short time, it may have a temperatureoverswingphenomenon, but tends to gradually the constant scope.五、 维护与保养MaintenanceDRK系列空气电加热器特别是控制部分，系精密仪器，运输时要小心轻放，严禁冲击、撞打。简体部分应合理吊装，以免变形损坏部发热元件。空气电加热器与控制柜存放在库，严禁淋雨。 DRK series electric air heaters are precision instruments, especially the control parts. Handle with care and strictly prohibit the parts to beimpacted. Hoist the drum reasonably in order to avoid damaging the internal heating unit. Electric air heater and the cabinet should be put in the warehouse, strictly prohibiting to be exposed to the rain.六、故障原因与排除方法Failure cause and repair 故障一：电源指示灯不亮，数显表不工作，电压表无指示。排除方法：检查空气开关是否合上，控制回路熔丝是否完好。Failure 1: Power indicator light does not illuminate, digital display instrument does not work, pressure gauge does not indicate.Repair: Check whether air switch is off. Check whether control loop fuse is broken.故障二：加热器温度不上升。排除方法：用示波器检查触发器有无输出脉冲波形、数显温度调节仪有无PID信号输出。Failure 2: Heater temperature does not rise.Repair: Check whether triggeroutputs impulse waveform by oscillograph. Check whether digital displaytemperature regulator outputs PID signal.故障三：三相不平衡。排除方法：1.用双踪示波器观察触发脉冲与被触发可控硅电压的波形相位，触发脉冲能否移相120°。2.打开空气加热器防护罩，用万用表检查单支电热元件是否断路，然后用专用配套扳手更换，更换时注意不要损坏橡胶垫圈。Failure 3: Three phases unbalancedRepair: 1. Overview e waveform phase of trigger pulse and trigger SCR voltage by dual trace oscilloscope, checking whether trigger pulse could phase shift120°. 2. Open the protector of air heater, checking singleelectric heating element and replacingit iftrips off.
