3、认报告 机开工程部主管审核确认方案、确认报告 QA经理批准确认方案、确认报告机开工程部经理批准确认方案、确认报告 3.设备概述及工艺流程SZAX820型热风循环隧道灭菌烘箱是由上海新旭发机械科技制造，安装在山东孔府制药股份冻干制剂车间灌装间，用于生产过程中的无菌药品生产所用的瓶子灭菌去热源和枯燥。瓶子由洗瓶机送进隧道烘箱由烘箱的链条网带输送至烘箱的预热区，高温灭菌区、冷却区。最后灭菌、去热源的瓶子送出烘箱到灌装加塞机。高温灭菌区由耐高温风机、加热器、高温高效过滤器组成一个热风循环系统。干净的热空气通过网带上的瓶子不断的循环送风。即到达对瓶加热灭菌和去热源要求又到达层流百级的保护。预热段由风机、

4、高效过滤器和抽湿风机组成。冷却段由风机、高效过滤器和排风机组成一个冷却系统到达冷却瓶子和层流百级的保护。本机各部的功能采用PLC控制调整，操作采用触摸屏显示的操作。本机具备新风不断补充的装置、风压平衡和在位网带清洗装置。采用高档数字式温度控制器控温，风机和网带采用变频调速，并设有故障诊断和排除设施。4.安装确认IQ4.1 安装确认内容 安装确认主要对设备各组成局部的组装，电气系统及相关配套设 施的连接，安装位置等进展确认，并确认每项测试都符合规定要求。 任何影响该机正常工作的异常情况均应予以纠正并记录下来，作为偏差进展分析，并在确认报告中进展说明。4.2随机文件以及附件确认一、主要材料确认工程
