1、SY相变蓄热建筑砂浆外墙外保温工程技术交底卡一、施工前准备1、基层墙体准备1.1 施工前清除墙面浮灰、油污、隔离剂及墙角杂物，保证施工作业面干净，混凝土墙面上因有不同的隔离剂，需做适当的界面处理。其他墙面只要剔除突出墙面大于10mm的异物保证干净即可，不需特殊处理。1.2 基层墙面，外墙四角，洞口等处的表面平整及垂直度应满足有关施工验收规范的要求。1.3 按垂直、水平方向在墙角、阳台栏板等处弹好厚度控制线。1.4 按厚度控制线，用SY相变蓄热建筑保温砂浆做标准厚度灰饼，从筋、间隔适度。1.5 填充砌块与混凝土梁柱接缝处应提前做好处理，铺贴50cm宽镀锌钢丝网片，每边搭接25cm并锚固。1.6

2、加气砌块上墙时间28天以上，方可施工保温层。2材料配置砂浆的配置： 强度等级为42.5普通硅酸盐水泥：中砂：界面剂按1:1:1的重量比，搅拌均匀即可使用。2.2砂浆的配置： 按照料浆需水灰重量比（0.850.3:1），先将水放入搅拌容器中，再将本产品放入加水后的搅拌容器中，搅拌3-5min，使料浆成均匀膏状体，即可使用。料浆必须即配即用，配置好的料浆需在60min内用完并不得二次加水使用。2.3聚合物抹面抗裂砂浆的配置： 按照料浆需水灰中比（0.250.3:1），先将水放入搅拌容器中，再将本产品倒入搅拌容器中，搅拌4-5min，使料浆成均匀膏状体，静放5min即可使用。料浆必须即配即用，配置好

5、行收平压实。3、抹灰厚度大于3cm时，可分二次抹涂，待第一次抹浆硬化后即可进行第二次抹浆，抹涂方法与普通砂浆相同。4、对于用水泥砂浆包裹的阳台或窗口，水泥砂浆与SY相变蓄热建筑保温砂浆的结合部位不应在阳台上，应当在主体外墙上，离窗口510cm的部位，各留45度的斜坡，抹抗裂砂浆之前要在他们的结缝处加1层耐碱玻纤网格布。5、对于外饰涂料的墙体，待SY相变蓄热建筑保温砂浆硬化后在其表面涂抹聚合物抹面抗裂砂浆，铺设耐碱玻纤网格布，用铁抹子将耐碱玻纤网格布压入抗裂砂浆中，聚合物抹面抗裂砂浆涂刮为34mm，以完全包裹住网格布为准，使其具有很好的防渗抗裂性能。同时对后续装饰工程形成良好的界面层，增强装饰装

7、带来体现立面效果时，在SY相变蓄热建筑保温砂浆施工完毕后，弹出色带控制线，用壁纸刀开出设定的凹槽，深度约为10mm，处理时应做工精细，保证色带内表面和侧面的平整和光滑。聚合物抹面抗裂砂浆施工时，色带和大面同时进行，色带部位用专用小型工具做出阴阳角，并保证平整和顺直。10、外装饰：SY相变蓄热建筑保温砂浆属于柔性涂层，所以严禁在其表面进行刚性涂层施工。其外装饰可以按照设计要求进行涂料装饰、贴瓷砖、干挂石材等，但与其配套使用的涂料必须是弹性涂料和柔性耐水腻子，专用面砖粘结砂浆等，以保证施工工程质量。六、注意事项1、SY相变蓄热建筑保温砂浆型干混砂浆和聚合物抹面抗裂砂浆为专业厂家严格按照专业配方配置

8、的袋装材料，现场施工只需按照要求加水搅拌，不需添加任何外加剂，配置好的砂浆要即时用完。2、采用机械搅拌方式，确保搅拌时间，保证工程质量。3、施工现场唯一需要加入的就是水，所以必须对水的计量严格控制，确保水灰比正确。4、产品运到工地注意防水、防潮、贮存期不宜超过期2个月。5、施工完毕后应注意成品保护，墙面避免磕碰及水冲浸泡，并保持室内通风干燥，冬季施工注意防冻。6、每次施工完毕后，要及时清洗干净施工工具和搅拌器材，以免影响下次使用。7、再设计保温层厚度大于5cm时可采用内外复合保温，外墙最大抹灰厚度不能大于5cm，内墙最低抹灰厚度不能小于1cm。当设计SY相变蓄热建筑保温层厚度为5cm事也可采用
