32、the aggrieved signatory Party of the contract and 1% to all of the Consultants designated in the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement. Said 1% will be divided according to the percentage delineated distributions in the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement. 如果本文任何签约方不能按照条款履约，正如本合同所要求的，一
