1、冬季雨季施工方案 冬季雨季施工方案 一、工程概况：本工程为兰桥雅居二期拆迁安置房09#、10#工程，建设地点位于浦口区、桥林镇，浦口经济开发区，建筑面积约34000m2,建筑层数为：09#为地下一层，地上十八层；10#为地下一层，地上十一层；结构为框剪结构。根据施工进度计划，本工程09#、10# 施工过程要经过冬期。为确保工程顺利进行，必须从思想上、措施和物质上做好充分准备，严格制定冬期技术措施 ；确保冬期施工质量，不延误工期。二、编制依据1、建筑工程冬期施工规程（JGJ/T104-2011）2、砼结构工程施工质量验收规范（GB50204-2011）3、建筑工程资料管理规程（DB11 T695

2、-2009）4、砼外加剂应用技术规程（GB50119-2003）三、冬期施工时间确定当室外日平均气温连续5天稳定低于5即进入冬期施工。室外日平均气温连续5天稳定高于5即解除冬期施工。四、施工准备1、组织准备项目部成立冬期施工领导小组，负责组织冬期工程施工的生产技术质量、安全管理和冬期施工物资的供应，负责冬期施工工作的协调组织，并明确责任，确保冬期施工中，各项工作及时有效的进行，避免由于冬期施工工作组织不力给生产进度、工程质量、安全施工造成影响。进入冬期施工前应采取一定的措施以满足施工要求，防止突然的降霜、寒流等对砼造成伤害，现场准备工作包括：（1）、排除现场积水，疏通施工现场内的排水沟，做好排

3、水措施，对现场进行必要的修理、平整；清走杂物垃圾和无用的废料，保证消防道路的畅通。（2）、普查机械设备和临时设施，该保养的保养，该保温的保温，该检修的检修，不用的及时清退出现场。做好施工机械防冻液的添加。（3）、施工现场水管、阀门井、消防栓、龙头等做好保温。（4）、做好职工生活区取暖保温的准备工作。2、施工技术准备工作（1）、根据现场特点编制行之有效的冬期施工方案，选择合理的施工方法，做好冬期施工安全，实现冬期施工现场的文明施工。（2）、组织审定冬期施工方案，并逐级进行施工技术交底。（3）、与商品砼搅拌站进行书面交底，交底内容应包括砼出料温度，到达现场温度、防冻剂类型及掺加时间、砼塌落度等要求

4、。（4）、冬期施工人员培训，冬期施工管理人员通过培训了解本工程的冬期施工任务，特点，在组织生产过程中能够安排劳动力，及时做好冬期施工准备工作，使生产从常温顺利进入冬期施工。避免因气温突变造成质量事故或停产，施工管理人员通过培训和技术交底，必须掌握如下工作要点：、了解当天的天气预报和测温报告。、检查分部、分项工程冬期施工保温措施落实情况。、检查冬期施工安全措施执行情况。、冬期施工过程中发现问题，及时反馈信息。3、冬期施工材料物资准备：、根据实物工程量提前组织有关机具、外加剂和保温材料进场。备好彩条布、草包、塑料布等作为施工作业面及周边环境的保温。、外加剂和选用：本工程砼采用商品砼，重点检查商品砼

5、外加剂的资质证明及检查报告等文件。砼防冻剂生产厂家必须具备有关部门批准的生产资格，材料应为当年的检查报告和合格证明。五、施工方法1、砼结构工程（1）、砼结构过程施工采用麻包、草袋覆盖保温养护，本工程使用的砼为商品砼，根据工程特点，不得使用氯盐类防冻剂，宜采用引气剂或引气减水剂，并通知搅拌站提前进行外加剂选择和复试工作。（2）、防冻剂的选用：、在日最低气温为0-5，砼采用塑料布和保温材料覆盖养护时，可采用早强剂或早强减水剂；在日最低气温为-5-10采用上款保温措施时，宜分别采用规定温度为-5、-10的防冻剂。（3）、施工优先选用硅酸盐水泥和普通硅酸盐水泥，水泥标号不应低于今42.5，水灰比不应大

6、于0.6水：水泥（包括外掺混合料），并严格控制砼坍落度。为避免达到抗冻临界强度前受冻破坏，要求砼经运输到达现场温度不低于15，经泵送入模后温度不低于10，因此应会合搅拌站以研究采用可行的运输路线，并应有多种方案配合，以防因出现交通堵塞或者恶劣天气而中断砼和供应。（4）、砼浇筑：砼在浇筑前应清除模板和钢筋上的冰霜，雪和污垢。砼送至浇筑部位后，应采取快布料、快振捣、及时覆盖保温，覆盖应均匀，尤其是边角、接茬部位要严密、压实、覆盖完毕，设专人认真检查，遇有大风天气，留专人值班多次检查保温、覆盖情况，如有被风掀起时及时恢复压牢。楼板砼浇筑完后应用大杠刮平，磨光机抹面，最后一遍抺压要掌握好时间以终凝前为

7、准，可用手按压法控制，然后再进行覆盖保温养护。（5）、砼保温养护措施：保温层在砼强度达到要求临界强度（4MPa）后方可拆除，拆模后的砼表面应及时覆盖保温，使其缓慢冷却，以防止温差过大引起的收缩裂纹。2、钢筋工程（1）、在负温条件下使用的钢筋，施工时应加强检验。钢筋在运输和加工过程中应避免碰击和磕痕，防止产生物理脆断。（2）、钢筋负温焊接:、钢筋焊接前，必须根据施工条件进行试焊，合格后方可施焊。、负温焊接时，应调整焊接工艺参数，使焊缝和热影响区缓慢冷却。、钢筋在负温度环境下焊接时，可采用闪光对焊、电弧焊及电渣压力焊等。当雪天或风力大于三级时，应采取挡风、防火措施。焊后未冷却的接头应避免碰到冰雪。

8、、搭接焊时焊缝厚度不应小于钢筋直径的0.3倍，焊缝宽度应不小于钢筋直径的0.7倍。、主体结构钢筋在负温条件下施工，应及时按照规范要求对钢筋进行检验取样和试验。（3）、钢筋机械连接接头加工：钢筋机械连接接头加工的环境低于0时，在水溶性切削润滑液中掺入1520亚硝酸钠。不得用机油代替润滑液或不加润滑液就进行剥肋、套丝。3、砌筑工程砌筑工程的冬期施工采用外加剂。砌筑砂浆采用预拌砂浆，要求试验室根据材料情况提供冬期施工阶段砂浆配合比。施工时应符合以下规定：、砌块在砌筑前，清除表面污物、冰雪等，遭水浸后冻结的砌块不得使用。、施工时所有的砌筑砂浆按要求掺加经市建委认可的防冻剂。、拌制砂浆所用的砂，不得含有

9、直径大于1cm的冻结块和冰块，砌体在负温下砌筑时不应浇水，要适当加大砂浆稠度。、砌墙采用上墙温度5的水泥砂浆，随砌随清扫砌体表面残留砂浆。砌体施工时，每日砌筑高度不宜超过1.2m.、严冬砌筑时，对每日砌体覆盖保温。六、冬期施工管理措施和消防管理措施1、安全管理措施：（1）、冬期施工安全教育：、全员应定期进行安全技术教育。、对新工人必须进行安全教育和操作规程教育。、特殊工种必须经过培训，持证上岗。、高空作业要衣着灵活，挂好安全带。、建立健全冬期施工安全责任制，备齐安全防护用品。（2）、现场安全管理：、所有冬期施工部位和工序必须有安全技术交底措施。、现场内运输道路、临电、临时上下水管都要有明显标志

10、。、现场各种材料堆放场要符合安全要求，并加强管理。、现场内严禁吸烟。、经常检查加固脚手架、马槽、梯道和卸料平台的使用状态，施工前应及时清扫，不得有积水、积雪和堆放杂物。高层高空施工作业人员不得穿硬底及带钉的鞋，力求衣着轻便，所有高空作业人员必须系好安全带。（3）、冬期施工用电管理：、现场电器、机械线路应由电工负责安装、维护和管理，严禁非电工人员私拉乱扯，随意改拆。、施工现场严禁使用裸线和没有插头的用电。2、消防管理措施：（1）、现场施工总体布置：、固定用火区，设明显标志。、生活区用火规定位置，制定用火制度，预防煤气中毒和为灾。、易燃可燃材料，对放在指定地点。、消防用水管线、消防栓齐全有效，有明

11、显标志。（2）、易燃易爆物品管理：、要设专用仓库存放，分类码放，设足够的灭火器材。、存放地点要保持干燥，有良好的通风环境。、各种可燃物不准堆放在电箱、电焊机、变压器周围，防止材料存放时间蓄热自燃。、不同性质的外加剂应分类堆放并建立领发制度，有毒、有害或可能引起其他危险的物品，应实行专门管理，明确标识，防止错用。若外加剂使用亚硝酸钠，要特别强管理，防止误食。（3）、现场用火管理：、现场用火时，要有专人看火，旁边有消防器材。作业之前必须将附近和下发的易燃物清理干净，作业完毕后仔细检查有无遗留火种。、木工棚、车库内不得用火取暖，周围15米范围内不准有明火作业或在周围堆易燃易爆物。（4）、消防器材和设

12、备管理和材料管理：、专职消防人员对各种消防器材设备定期检查，保证安全有效。、做好保温防冻工作。、定期检查、回收、退场现场零散材料，保证道路畅通。七、冬期施工环境保护措施1、现场所有冬期施工材料、外加剂必须符合环保及消防（阻燃）要求。2、现场所有的细颗粒、易飞扬材料应入库存放保管，不能入库存放的应覆盖严密，以防止飞扬造成污染。3、积雪及时清理，防止结冰，造成危险。4、掺有外加剂等有害材料使用完后及时隔离处理，不能直接接丢弃、倒撒，防止造成土质污染。5、加热保温措施应符合环保规定，不得采用污染较大的燃料进行加热保温处理。雨期施工方案一、成立雨期施工领导小组为了保证雨期施工顺利进行，保质、保量、保安

13、全，按期完成施工任务，项目部成立雨期施工领导小组。二、雨期施工准备1、人员思想准备（1）、组织对全体职工进行雨期施工安全教育，提高每个职工的安全意识和质量意识，防止发生工程事故和人员的防电击、触电、高空坠物、物体打击等安全事故发生。（2）、由生产上组织贯彻落实雨期施工技术、安全措施，落实劳动力、材料、机具计划。（3）、加强气象预报的收集工作，以便根据天气变化情况及时调整施工部署。2、施工现场准备（1）、施工现场做好疏排水工作，合理确定雨水流向。材料场地加排水坡度应不小于3，确保雨期道路畅通，材料不被冲淹。（2）、对材料库房等现场暂设工程进行一次检查维修，做到不渗不漏，周围不积水，防止雨期地基下

14、沉和房屋倒塌。材料库房门口砌筑200mm高门槛，防止库房材料被泡。（3）、现场临电设备要进行一次全面检查，使之符合规定，对塔吊基础做好排水，并要经常检查，定期观测沉降，做好记录，发现隐患要及时报告项目部。（4）、砂子、石子、等松散材料，堆放周围应加以围护，防止被雨水冲散。3、技术准备（1）、雨期施工前要进行一次控制桩及水准点校核，雨期施工期间要定期校核，防止发生沉降、位移并做好记录。（2）、雨期施工前，由项目部及时负责人对相关人员做雨期施工方案技术交底，工长对班组做各种安全技术交底工作。（3）、由工长根据实际情况编制雨期材料机具需用量计划报材料组。4、材料机具准备（1）、按照材料机具计划组织料

15、具进场、分类保管并设置标识，以备急需使用。（2）、现场堆放材料场地要平整、坚实，料下应加垫木码放，离地高度300mm，数量符合规定，防止下沉和倒塌，损坏材料，造成浪费。（3）、水泥、白灰、方木、面板等怕湿怕潮材料要及时入库，防止受潮变形。（4）、水泥严格执行“先进先用”原则，防止水泥过期受潮结块。5、生活准备（1）、对职工进行雨期施工安全教育，提高安全意识，杜绝伤亡事故。（2）、对办公室、宿舍、食堂等现场暂设工程进行一次检查维修，做到不渗不漏，周围不积水，防止雨期地基下沉和房屋倒塌。（3）、做好开水供应工作，杜绝食物中毒，减少疾病。（4）、生活区要同一管理，做到整齐、清洁、卫生。三、主要分项工

16、程施工技术措施1、基坑边坡（1）、测量人员对设在基坑周边设置的观测桩，应及时观测，随时观察基坑边坡的稳定状况。特别是下雨期间及其雨后，一旦发生情况应及时处置并报告项目部。（2）、基坑四周6米范围内严禁震动性较大的机械作业，3米范围内严禁堆放重物。2、基坑排水（1）、基坑四周上口1500mm宽度范围内砼硬化，若 边缘没有找坡的沿其边缘往外采用C15砼找坡，不小于5，路面与基坑周边衔接处均采用砼硬化。（2）、基坑一旦有积水，应该及时使用潜水泵将其抽到基坑上口周边的排水沟内。3、基坑周边防护护栏：沿基坑周边距基坑上口600mm设1200mm高护栏，刷黃黑漆。4、钢筋工程（1）、钢筋运到现场后按规格、

17、型号、品种分别架空堆放。（2）、钢筋绑扎前应清除淤泥，若有锈蚀现象，应除锈之后再运至相应施工部位绑扎。下雨天严禁焊接钢筋。（3）、雨天严禁进行电焊作业。5、砼工程（1）、下雨时，不宜露天浇筑砼，在按排生产之前首先了解天气预报，随时做好浇筑工作的一切准备，避免忽然遇雨以致影响浇筑工作。（2）、浇筑砼时，如果中间突然遇雨，影响浇筑时，应按规范规定留设临时施工缝，方可收口，混凝土浇筑部位要采用塑料布遮盖。雨后连续浇筑时应先对结合部位进行技术处理后，再进行浇筑。（3）、已入模具振捣成型的混凝土应及时采用塑料布覆盖，以免受雨水冲淋。6、模板工程：（1）、模板堆放地必须平整夯实，模板必须垫高300mm，防

18、止雨水浸泡。（2）、入模后，如不能及时浇筑砼时，应在模板上口进行防雨遮盖，模板底口适当位置留设排水口，防止模板内积水。（3）、方木和模板应堆放在防雨的材料库房内，加工好不能及时使用的模板应垫起堆放整齐，下雨前应及时用塑料布覆盖压紧，防止雨淋。7、架子工程（1）、经常检查架子的根部稳固情况，及时维护和加固根部的垫板垫木，确保垫设位置正确，平稳牢固。（2）、要经常检查和及时维修和固定各类人行脚手板和斜坡的脚手板及防滑条确保架板稳固，防滑措施有效。（3）、雨期施工中，龙其是在风、大雨后，要加强对各类架子及塔吊的沉降量及垂直度的观察测定发现异常情况及时采取有关措施予以解决。（4）、大雨天气严禁外挂架上

20、4）、塔吊基础要做好排水，防止积水下沉，要切实做好安全接地，并要经常检查遥测，确保接地电阻不大于4欧姆。（5）、塔吊收工时小车先收回，然后大臂要调向顺风处，并将吊钩固定好。（6）、所有机械设备的操作运转都必须严格遵守相应的安全技术操作规程，专人操作，雨期施工期间应加强教育和检查监督。2、电器设备安全管理措施（1）、现场用电必须按照施工现场临时用电安全技术规范的规定实施。（2）、在雨期施工前对现场所有动力及照明线路供配电设施进行一次全面检查，对线路老化、安装不良、绝缘降低及漏电跑电现象及时修理和更换。（3）、配电箱、电闸箱等采取防雨、防潮、防淹、防雷等措施，各种电器设备不带电的金属外壳和箱体必须

21、接保护零线。（4）、多云雷雨天气，严禁遥测变压器中性点防雷接地极的接地电阻，应在雷雨期节到来前，进行遥测。要注意检查接地极的紧固情况，发现问题及时维修。（5）、配电箱、开关箱的箱门必须牢固，班后关闭加锁，防护棚必须防砸、防雨，配电箱、开关箱周围应有良好的排水措施，雨后要及时检查维修。（6）、使用各种电气设备及手持电动工具，必须到达两级漏电保护，各种电气设备必须每月遥测一次绝缘电阻，阻值达不道具规定要求立即停止运行，严禁使用，漏电保护器每月进行一次测试，不符合要求立即更换，并做好各项测试记录。（7）、各种灯具的金属外壳必须接保护零线不准有接头，应使用电缆线，严禁使用铝线，保护零线鼻子必须刷锡处理
