1、一、 项目概况1.1项目简介某项目废气污染物主要为SO2、NO2、PM10,数据如下:烟气排放速度m/s烟囱高度m烟囱内径m烟气排放温度环境温度SO2排放速率g/sNO2排放速率g/sPM10排放速率g/s24803116221752102001.2估算模式及所选参数估算模式SCREEN3 是一个单源高斯烟羽模式,可计算点源、火炬源、面源、和体源的最大地面浓度,以及下洗和岸边熏烟等特殊条件下的最大地面浓度。估算模式中嵌入了多种预设的气象组合条件,包括一些最不利的气象条件,在某个地区有可能发生,也有可能没有此种不利气象条件。所以经估算模式计算出的是某一污染源对环境空气质量的最大影响程度和影响范围

2、的保守的计算结果。所选参数如下:源的类型P点源计算点距地面高度(m)0城市/乡村(U/R)R是否考虑建筑物下洗N是否使用地形高于烟囱高度的复杂地形N是否使用地形高于烟囱基底的简单地形N全部的稳定度和风速组合1是否使用计算点的自动间距Y整理为word格式烟囱底部的地形高度(m)0最小和最大计算点的距离(m)10,25000是否计算不同距离的计算点N是否计算熏烟情况N是否需要通过打印机打印结果N1.3评价等级的划分方法根据项目的初步工程分析结果,选择1-3种主要污染物,分别计算每一种污染物的最大地面浓度占标率Pi(第i个污染物),及第i个污染物的地面浓度达标准限值10时所对应的最远距离D10。其中

3、Pi定义为:式中:Pi第i个污染物的最大地面质量浓度占标率,%;Ci采用估算模式计算出的第i个污染物的最大地面质量浓度,mg/m3;Coi第i个污染物的环境空气质量浓度标准,mg/m3。结合项目的初步工程分析结果,选择正常排放的主要污染物及排放参数,采用估算模式计算各污染物在简单平坦地形、全气象组合情况条件下的最大影响程度和最远影响范围,然后按评价工作分级判据进行分级。评价工作等级按照下表的分级依据进行划分:评价工作等级评价工作分级判据一级Pmax80%,且D10%5km二级其他三级Pmax10%或D10%污染源距场址最近距离1.4参考标准Coi一般选用GB3095中1h平均取样时间的二级标准
