1、一、防撞墙概况：光华路口改建工程防撞护栏为外侧带弧形花槽的钢筋混凝土结构，设于跨线桥主桥两侧及两侧钢筋混凝土挡土墙墙顶，起点桩号为K0+090，终点桩号为K0+980，两侧合计长度为1780m。防撞栏墙体顶面宽度为20cm，外侧花槽厚度为8cm，防撞栏墙体内侧高度为1.16m，外侧的混凝土花槽高度为1.36m。防撞护栏混凝土强度等级为C30。本工程的主要工程数量：混凝土1021 m3，钢筋227.1t。二、首件施工情况：1、施工准备 （1）组织技术人员熟悉图纸及有关设计文件和资料，由技术人员写出书面交底，并召开技术交底会。 （2）清理桥面上的杂物以及压浆时形成的混凝土块。 （3）及时进行混凝土

2、配比实验，配合比报告出来后及时上报监理处。 （4）测设出防撞墙边线，及时对预埋钢筋进行复位，并对防撞墙范围内的混凝土进行凿毛。2、模板制作模板进场后，物资设备部、技术部、安质部联合对模板进行验收，对不符合设计图纸及规范要求的模板进行清退。模板制作要保证施工线型流畅、平整度和拼缝的质量。模板进入工地前要严格验收才可交付使用。防撞墙模板制作验收按照如下规范进行：钢模板制作外形尺寸长和宽0，-1肋高5面板端偏斜0.5连接配件（螺栓、卡子等)的孔眼位置孔中心与板面的间距0.3板端中心与板端的间距0，-0.5沿板长、宽方向的孔0.6板面局部不平1.0板面和板侧挠度1.02、钢筋制作与安装钢筋安装前要先清

3、理钢筋防撞护栏底部，钢筋在现场桥面加工制作，安装与预埋钢筋焊接，墙体绑扎时采用不低于C30砼的高强混凝土垫块，每平方米数量不少于4个，用箍丝将塑料垫块在钢筋上绑扎牢固，防止滑动或移位，以确保防撞护栏两侧的砼保护层厚度。钢筋及预埋件安装好后，按钢筋加工及安装检查表检查，并经过现场监理工程师验收合格后，方可进行下一道工序施工。检查表如下：检查项目规定值或容许偏差检查频率受力钢筋间距(mm)两排以上排距5每构件检查两个断面同排20箍筋、横向水平钢筋、螺旋钢筋间距(mm)10每构件检查510个间距钢筋骨架(mm)长10按照总数的30%检查宽、高或直径5弯起钢筋位置(mm)20按照总数的30%检查保护层

4、厚度(mm)10每构件沿周边检查8处3、 模板试装栏身模板采用工厂制定型钢模，每节长度1.5米，节与节之间法兰盘螺栓固定连接，模板运抵现场后进行试拼，主要是看模板安装后的整体效果，模板接缝处是否平顺，有无缝隙和明显错茬，检查无误后方可正常使用。钢模板在正式安装使用前将表面浮锈清除干净，打磨并清洗完毕后，用脱模剂将模板表面涂抹均匀，以此保证混凝土表面关节和混凝土不沾模板。 4、测量放样 首先用全站仪在桥梁边板上准确放样，用墨线将防撞护栏内边缘弹好。每隔5m精测平面位置及标高，以此为基础控制防撞护栏模板的位置和标高。 5、预埋件处理 防撞墙预埋件较多，穿线管、路灯接线箱、路灯灯座等，安装穿线管及其

5、他对预埋件时，要对位置进行详细的检查，不得遗漏或安错位置，对于铁制预埋件要和防撞墙钢筋点焊连接，确保浇注混凝土时预埋件位置。灯座的预埋需要对标高精确测量，安装时应保证其水平、垂直，防止以后出现错台使线型不美观。6、模板安装（1）防撞栏模板利用自制平车起重架起吊运输安装。内外模板安装时紧贴混凝土底座并用螺栓拉杆拉紧连结，下部及顶部各设置两道拉杆，间距75cm。外侧拉杆和调节板由站在站人吊蓝的工人进行安装。模板安装完成后进行检查，主要是检查安装尺寸是否合适，各个固定点（拉杆、支杆等）是否牢固可靠，模板顶面高程控制是否在规范允许的范围内，对超出标准的地方进行相应调整；模板必须采用可靠的拼缝止水措施，

6、确保模板不漏浆，模板安装好后，必须清理干净，才能移交给下一道工序；使用过的模板必须经过清洁处理后才能重新拼装使用；预埋件的模板要确保位置准确，稳定可靠；模板的支撑，必须有足够刚度和强度，支承部位必须牢固可靠。脱模剂涂刷均匀，并且不能污染钢筋及预埋件。在混凝土浇注过程中，密切注意模板的支载情况，发现问题及时处理。桥梁段的护栏模板拆装示意图：桥梁段模板拆装示意图自制平车起重架(带站人吊蓝)示意图（2）、模板安装前的检查准备工作 模板安装前,应检查模板板面是否平整、光洁、有无凹凸变形，并清除模板上的灰碴和管道孔内的杂物；检查模板焊缝处是否有开裂破损，如有均应及时补焊、整修合格。 模板与混凝土接触面上

7、应涂脱模剂，脱模剂可采用厂制专用脱模剂，严禁使用废机油、废柴油混和物作脱模剂。涂刷脱模剂时应注意油量少而均匀，做到不漏涂而板面又不积聚。 模板安装前应检查各预埋管处开孔位置是否准确，凿毛是否符合要求。模板安装尺寸允许误差应符合下表要求。序号项目技术要求1模板倾斜度32中心线偏离设计位置10mm3相邻模板间的错台3mm4模板各处接缝紧贴密实5所有配件、螺栓和预埋件齐全、完好、牢固7、混凝土的浇注(1)、防撞栏混凝土标号：C30，设计塌落度1014cm,搅拌前先由工地试验室测定砂石材料的天然含水量，依据测定的含水量及监理工程师批复的配合比计算出每盘料的施工配合比，搅拌站按批复每盘料的水泥、砂、各种

8、规格的碎石、水的质量，输入电脑自动计量进料、准确的计量砂、石材料质量。（2）、混凝土浇筑采用吊车配合料斗提升入模，浇筑时按照规范及工程师的要求自下而上严格水平分层。（3）、花槽砼由于混凝土厚度仅有8cm，并且混凝土中心还有一层钢筋网，导致普通插入式振捣棒无法插入振捣，因此需要采用直径为3cm的插入式振捣棒。（4）、用插入式振捣棒振捣。混凝土振捣过程中不得触模振捣，为了保证新浇注混凝土与先浇注混凝土的良好结合，并本着快插慢拔的原则，避免形成空洞，使混凝土密实。（5）、在混凝土浇筑过程中安排专人察看模板的支撑、接缝、拉杆等情况，检查是否漏浆，是否跑模，发现问题及时处理，将质量事故消灭在萌芽状态，在

9、混凝土浇注过程中应按照规范要求频率根据监理工程师的要求或随机制作混凝土试件。8、模板的拆除当混凝土强度达到设计强度的70时,开始拆除防撞墙模板。模板拆除时，采用人工配合自制平车起重架起吊车进行作业，先拆除对拉螺栓等连接、支撑件，再由上而下逐步拆除，用撬棍轻轻撬动模板，使模板与混凝土脱离，模板拆除时，要严防落物，做好安全防护，模板拆除后，进行打磨涂油进行下一次使用。9、养护为减少水分蒸发，避免阳光照射，防止雨淋和风吹，在砼养护期内用土工布覆盖洒水养护。三、施工工艺流程1、防撞墙施工工艺流程图对桥面进行检测，检查桥面铺装高程，在护栏内边缘测设坐标点钢筋骨架尺寸，保护层，间距，规格，预埋件位置报检精
