1、洪河屯西北公路桥临时道路改线工程施 工 设 计 方 案一、概况洪积路洪河屯西北公路桥是由201国道通往屯冶的一条主干道，车流量大。公路桥施工预期9个月，正式通车按一年预计。为确保公路正常通行，改道工程路基路面质量按正规公路路基标准施工。二、施工方案1、计划由洪河村西村口“小村外饭店”西10m处慢弯道向南10m，直线向西200m，慢弯道向西北30m，通向原公路。2、全线230m，路基宽11m，路面宽9.0m，平均填高1.35m左右。3、工程量：项目厚度（cm）工程量(m3)路基开挖801002200砂砾石填筑802024灰土填筑20400水泥稳定碎石20400安全防护墙C15砼4.0白灰（12%

2、）3：7120三、施工方法1、路基开挖用CAT320反铲挖走原地面表层土80cm1m，换填符合质量的砾石作为路基。2、土方填筑土料由堆料场用20t自卸汽车拉至路基，用TY220推土机推平，每层20cm厚，18t自行振动碾压，碾压质量由项目部质检部抽检合格后方可上料。3、砂砾石用渠道开挖含泥量不大的砾石，每次20cm厚，振动碾压（质量同上）。4、灰土填筑土料拉运堆料场，粘土用20t自卸汽车拉运路基面，白灰用旋耕机人工配合翻制而成，振动碾压。5、水泥稳定碎石由拌和机械拌制，水灰比按有关规定执行。20t自卸汽车拉至路面，光面碾压机碾压，人工配合处理路面。四、质量保证在施工过程中，坚持把临时改道工程当
