19、nuous tense.釷鹆資贏車贖孙滅獅赘。釷鹆資贏車贖孙滅獅赘慶。结合以上实例,我认为存在的问题如下:1.学生参与活动的广度和深度 在教学中我们往往会犯两大错误:一是资料太多,没有经过适当剪裁;其次是知识呈现和组织的形式不当,过于雷同和单一,不能真正实现操练活动的实效性。从学生活动的广度来看,大部分学生常处于一种无任务的消极状态;从学生参与活动的深度来看,教学内容和活动的组织形式过于机械和单一,学生没有太多思维的参与和碰撞,若让学生以小组活动的形式互相问答,就能使全体学生参与到课堂活动中来,而且学生在讨论中也能开阔思路,从而提高活动的实效性。怂阐譜鯪迳導嘯畫長凉。怂阐譜鯪迳導嘯畫長凉馴。2

20、.缺乏有效的评价和反馈传统教学模式中,教师是绝对的主体,学生只是知识的接收器和存储器,反思这些年的教学,我们意识到,只有充分发挥学生在学习中的主体性,才能实现知识的积极内化,提高教学效率。新课标倡导的自主、合作、探究的学习方式,为学生的自主学习和自我发展提供了广阔的空间。 缺乏有效的评价和反馈。评价和反馈应该具有三方面的功能:强化优点、指出不足和提供建议。尽管教师常使用“Good”、“Wonderful”之类的评价语,但太抽象、太空洞,没有针对学生的实际展示把他们做的好的方面和做得不到位的方面点拨出来,也没有提供切实的建议和指导,如果下次再开展类似的活动,可以从哪些方面进行改进和提高。另外,台下同学是否在听、听到了什么、听懂了多少,也没有任何形式的监测和反馈。在这样的教学情境里,学生主体效能的发挥从何谈起?没有了主体的积极参与和反馈,课堂教学效率的提高也只能是水中月,镜中花。谚辞調担鈧谄动禪泻類。谚辞調担鈧谄动禪泻類谨。
