1、一、编制依据：1、现场施工的条件和要求2、结构施工图纸3、建筑施工模板安全技术规范（JGJ162-2008）4、混凝土结构设计规范(GB50010-2002)5、建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范(JGJ130-2001)6、建筑施工手册第四版二、工程概况XX生产科研综合楼位于武汉市武昌区杨园和平大道745号，长江二桥南岸。总建筑面积约54650m2，总用地面积9959.6m2，其中地下15602m2，地上39048m2。地下2层，地上24层，局部25层。本工程在轴/轴入口大厅 ，支撑高度为14.4m；另外在轴/轴，2 /C轴/轴，支撑高度为10.6m；DG轴/12轴，支撑高度为9.6m。共

2、计4处，支撑高度均大于8米，支撑体系为高支模项目。三、施工方案高支模采用扣件式满堂钢管脚手架，使用48mm、壁厚3.5mm钢管,立杆采用4m,6m钢管，纵横水平杆采用6m钢管，剪刀撑采用6m钢管。 1、施工流程：场地清理弹立杆定位轴线排放纵向扫地杆竖立杆将纵向扫地杆与立杆连接安装横向扫地杆安装纵向水平杆安装横向水平杆安装剪刀撑安装连接件绑扎水平安全网 2、脚手架的设置： 、脚手架立杆纵横距为0.9m，其中600800mm梁纵距为0.9m,横向间距为0.3m，竖向支撑采用单立杆，并用对接扣件相互错开对接，且不能在同一步距内，下端第一杆采用4m杆和6m杆相互错开。 、纵横水平杆采用6m钢管，纵横向

3、间距均为0.9m, 600800mm梁纵距为0.9m, 梁底横向间距为0.3m连续设置，步距均为1.5m。 、剪刀撑四边与中间每隔4m设置一道竖向剪刀撑，由底到顶连续设置，满堂脚手架两端与中间每隔5m设置一道水平剪刀撑。 、连墙件采用4.5m钢管，连墙杆( 钢管) 拉结预埋在砼结构梁内的短钢管上，采用扣件连接的方式，或是连接在框架柱上，连墙杆内外两个受力方向均采用不少于两个直角扣件固定。连墙件水平方向不大于4.5m，高度每4.8m 设置一道。 3、脚手架的搭设、立杆施工要求（1）立杆设置前要用墨斗线弹出立杆位置线，并在位置线处设置立杆。（2）立杆接长严禁搭接，必须采用对接扣件连接，相邻两立杆的

4、对接接头不得在同步内，且对接接头沿竖向错开距离不小于500mm,各接头中心距主节点不大于步跨的1/3。（3）严禁将上段立杆与下段立杆错开固定在水平杆上，立杆的垂直偏差不大于架高的1/300。（4）、严禁使用不合格、锈蚀、和有裂纹的扣件。、水平杆施工要求 纵横水平钢管水平方向间距与立杆间距相同，在保证扫地杆，顶端水平杆距楼板、梁为900mm,步距为不大于1.5m。 （1）脚手架底座上不大于200mm处的立杆上必须设置纵、横向扫地杆，横向水平杆设于纵向杆之下，纵向水平杆固定在立杆的内侧，并采用直角扣件与立杆扣紧。 （2）纵横向水平杆接长一般采用对接扣件连接，相邻纵向水平杆对接接头应交错布置，不应设

5、在同步、同跨内，相邻接头水平距离不应小于500mm。 （3）每一主节点处必须设置一根横向水平杆，并采用直角扣件扣紧在纵向水平杆上，该杆轴线偏离主节点的距离不应大于150mm。 （4）水平杆必须扣接在立杆上，不得相互扣接。扣件螺帽一定要拧紧，立杆竖接和水平杆横接一定要采用对接扣件，保证竖向传力和水平观感。、剪刀撑的设置要求 （1）每道剪刀撑宽度不应小于4跨,其宽度为46m,连续布置，斜杆应用旋转扣件固定在与之相交的横向水平杆或立杆上，旋转扣件中心线至主节点的距离不得大于150mm。剪刀撑杆件的底端应与地面顶紧，夹角为4560之间。 （2）满堂脚手架应在同一立面处按相应间距连续设置剪刀撑（3）剪刀

6、撑斜杆的接头采用搭接方式，搭接长度不应小于1000mm,并采用三个旋转部扣件分别在离杆端不小于100mm处和搭接中段固定。、扣件要求：（1）扣件式钢管脚手架主要由直角扣件、旋转扣件、对接扣件连接，直角扣件用于两根呈垂直交叉钢管的连接，旋转扣件用于两根呈任意角度交叉钢管的连接，对接扣件用于两根钢管的对接连接，承载力直接传递到结构板上。（2）扣件与钢管的接触面要保证严密，确保扣件与钢管连接紧固。 （3）扣件和钢管的质量要合格，满足施工要求，对发现脆裂、变形、滑丝的严禁使用。 、连墙件连墙件：与墙柱连接，竖向间距4.8m，水平间距4.5m，采用单杆箍式与双排箍柱式，用适长的横向平杆和短钢管各2根抱紧

8、材料应由专人传递或用绳索吊下，不得往下投扔，以免伤人和不必要的损失。、拆除过程中最好不要中途换人，如必须换人时，应将拆除情况交代清楚；拆除过程中最好不要中断，如确需中断应将拆除部分处理清楚告一段落，并检查是否会倒塌，确认安全后方可停歇。 、拆下来的钢管、模板、扣件要分类堆放，进行保养，检修。 5、脚手架的安全防范措施：。、作业中，禁止随意拆除脚手架的构架杆件、整体性构建、连接紧固件。却因操作要求需要临时拆除时，必须经主管人员同意，采取相应弥补措施，并在作业完毕后及时予以恢复。、人在架设作业时，应注意自我安全保护和他人的安全，避免发生碰撞、闪失和落物，严禁在架杆上等不安全处休息。、每班工人上架工

9、作时，应现行检查有无影响安全作业的问题，在排除和能解决后方可开始作业。在作业中发现有不安全的情况和迹象时，应立即停止作业进行检查，直到安全后方可正常作业。 四、高支模满堂脚手架的设计验算轴/轴入口大厅,支撑高度为14.4m；另外在轴/轴，2 /C轴/轴，支撑高度为10.6m；轴/轴，支撑高度为9.6m,经比较在轴/轴入口大厅的梁最大,板110mm, 为KL4-5(2) 截面尺寸600800mm作为梁模板支撑满堂架计算对象，立杆纵为0.9m横向间距取0.3m，纵横水平杆步距均为1.5m。选取板厚为110mm楼板作为计算对象,立杆纵、横向间距取0.9m，纵横水平杆步距均为1.5m。 计算参数为：使
